About: There’s never been a time in my life where I haven’t been active. Realizing I could be both; active AND hang out with some furry friends - it was a no brainer for me. I’ve had two of my own dogs for the majority of my life (cat lover as well), so I’ve most definitely been acclimated to all that they may throw at me. I started rover mid 2025 as a side gig after hopping out of the 9-5 life - I now have a consistent clientele and pups/ kitties that I’ve watched grow up. I’m looking to continue booking up my schedule as I love what I now do! I most frequently get requested for walks and drop-ins. If you have any questions, do not hesitate to send me over a message!! I’m currently only working part-time. I have some time on my hands and love dogs as is, so when I realized this was a side gig option, I hopped on it! If food is not provided, a $30 supply fee will be added to the booking to cover food provided during their stay. Thank you for your understanding and for trusting me with your pets. About: I have had dogs all my life. I grew up with a small dog, rescued a dog 12 years ago, and currently have my own dog that I raised from a puppy, Archie. Together, Archie and I have taken numerous training courses, such as: FIT dog, Canine Good Citizen, Therapy Dog, Beginner 1 & 2, Agility, and more. Archie is well trained and I can work on commands with your dog, too, if you'd like. I have been watching dogs of all ages for roughly 12 years. I have experience giving medication. When your dog stays with us (me and Archie)- they will get plenty of exercise and are welcome to go on car rides with us. I work full time during the school year. I live close to work and can stop home if needed. My work day is roughly 8-3:30 Monday-Friday. I do not work weekends and will be available to spend the majority of the weekend with your pup! I can easily crate your dog if needed. I live in a duplex on the ground floor (so minimal stairs). I can close doors as needed to keep the dog in a smaller space. I have a front yard and a small, unfenced backyard, but your dog will be on the leash at all times for safety reasons.

But it turned out that I had absolutelynothing to worry about because Rachel was seriously so amazing. She was incredibly communicative throughout the entire time I was away, which immediately put me at ease. And she handled Bailey with so much patience and care that he quickly became comfortable with her. She made a real effort to keep him engaged and active, and it was clear she took the time to get to know his personality and adjust to what he needed in the moment. I especially appreciated that she didn’t just “watch” him—she incorporated him into her daily routine, keeping him busy and comforted. I came back to a happy, well-cared-for dog, and I sort of got the feeling he didn't want to leave! I would recommend Rachel to everyone. :)”
“I never have to worry about my dog when she is with Kimberly. She’s great about sending pictures and videos so that I can see how my dog is doing. My dog has never looked stressed in any of the pictures at Kimberly’s, and that is unusual for my tender hearted dog! I will continue using Kimberly as long as she’s available!!”
