“We had a wonderful experience boarding our 8-year-old Greyhound (Annie) with Tyler! After reaching out, we set up a meet and greet where Tyler showed us around and made us and Annie comfortable with the environment. When we came to drop Annie off, Tyler came out to greet us and even helped carry some items inside! During the stay, Tyler sent photos to us every two hours! On top of that, Tyler took Annie on at least four to five walks a day (many more than she gets at home!) Tyler was attentive to our concerns and shared updates that were important to us. Namely, Tyler let us know when Annie finally began eating her (she's a picky east, especially when she's not at home). When we came to pick Annie up, Tyler was just as helpful as when we dropped her off. He brought all the items out to our car, which was a great help after a long and tiring weekend for us. We will DEFINITELY be reaching out to Tyler in the future!”

About: I’ve dealt with cats my whole life. I’ve owned cats as well as worked with cats. I’ve worked with cats at a day care that would board and currently work with cats that come from long flights or need to be out on to a plane. I also have a kitty of my own which I had since she was 4 weeks old. I learned how to bottle feed a kitten by being able to bottle feed her since she was so young when we found her.

About: We have had many dogs throughout our life. Right now we currently have 2 small Havanese dogs - Daisy and Luna. We have two children, 15 and 13, and both dogs get along with all children and other dogs as well. We will take care of your dogs as though they are one of our own! I adopted my first dog and rabbit when I was 9. Then, about 10 years ago, I fostered 2 dogs from a shelter and wound up adopting one of them. I have taken a lot of my neighbours and friends dogs on walks to the park and around the neighbourhood. I have a lot of experience with feeding, playing, cleaning, and walking dogs. Since I’m a nurse, I’m open to medical accommodations as well! Overall, any furbaby deserves eternal love! I'm up for discussion about availability and hours. Since I have 2 pets of my own, an example of my usual pet routine consists of morning breakfast, walking the dog 3 times a day, playing with my cat throughout the day, and dinner. For your own pets, I can come to visit and play, feed and/or walk. Just let me know what their routine is like! First things first, safety! I will always assess the well being of your fur baby first. When going on walks, I am careful about street safety and weather to make sure we are safe on all aspects! Any weather that may be too intense can be dangerous for pets. I am very receptive to body language, which is so important with animals since it’s their way to communicate. Everyone, including our fur babies, deserves to have their own boundaries respected.

About: The first dog that I fell in love with was Charlie, my best friend’s beagle. I cared for him for weeks at a time, and that’s when I realized how much I enjoy looking after dogs. Over the next few days Harley had a really rough time, but Karina kept me appraised about everything that was going on, and worked with me to find solutions for her anxiety. I felt a thousand times better knowing even though she was super stressed, Karina spent every second keeping her as calm as possible and making the situation as good for her as possible. I would highly recommend leaving an animal in her loving care with no reservations. She was amazing for my dog and for me.”

“We had great communication with Shirley throughout the entire process. We did a meet and greet before the stay, and she asked thoughtful questions beforehand to really get to know our dog. “We had a wonderful experience boarding our 8-year-old Greyhound (Annie) with Tyler! After reaching out, we set up a meet and greet where Tyler showed us around and made us and Annie comfortable with the environment. When we came to drop Annie off, Tyler came out to greet us and even helped carry some items inside! During the stay, Tyler sent photos to us every two hours! On top of that, Tyler took Annie on at least four to five walks a day (many more than she gets at home!) Tyler was attentive to our concerns and shared updates that were important to us. Namely, Tyler let us know when Annie finally began eating her (she's a picky east, especially when she's not at home). When we came to pick Annie up, Tyler was just as helpful as when we dropped her off. He brought all the items out to our car, which was a great help after a long and tiring weekend for us. We will DEFINITELY be reaching out to Tyler in the future!”

About: I’ve had animals my whole life and have extensive experience fostering both cats and dogs! More than anything, I love to meet new animals and put my whole heart into giving them the care they deserve. I have two lovely kitties of my own who I love so, so, so, much (I will tell you all about them if given the chance). In my foster experience, I have given loving care and found forever homes for all of the following: -Disabled Pets -Elderly Pets -Kittens and Puppies FULL of energy -Former Strays -Pets Requiring Attentive Medical Care I promise you, in any situation with an animal, I am more than willing and equipped to provide the best possible care. Additionally, I know what it’s like to trust your own pet with a stranger through Rover as I’ve done it many times. I know it can be nerve-wracking and anxiety-inducing just imagining your furry family member in the hands of someone else, so I always make sure communication and trust with you and your lovely pet are the number 1 priority. So please, allow me to allow you to take a (somewhat) easier sigh of relief that even if you can’t be there with your pet, they are in the best possible care! I work full-time until 5PM every weekday, so I am available for walks and care after 5PM M-F and boarding on the weekend. I have all the necessary materials and supplies for both cats and dogs (bowls, harnesses, leashes, adjustable crates and carriers, grooming equipment, etc), all the windows have screens, and I live near several parks and green areas. I have two adorable lovely kitties who are friendly but I also have a separate unused bedroom that can be used as needed.
