About: I’ve had a dogs my entire life. I love them all big and small. I’ve also fostered for the last 20 years. I love all dogs and have 4 of my own. I’d love to pamper your pup too! I am currently a stay at home mother and have plenty of free time to walk or help care for pets. I have mornings and afternoons free. I have 4 very spoiled rescues. We have a fenced in yard but I never leave my dogs outside alone. My dogs are not crated but I would crate a visiting pet for safety if I was not home.

“Skye was amazing. It was a pretty last minute booking but from the time we met, I felt comfortable leaving Leroy. We got regular updates and photos and he always looked happy. Any concerns we had about Leroy going on a hunger strike(normal for him when he's left behind) or not going #2 on a leash were alleviated quickly. He even apparently was friendly with other dogs which can be a challenge at times. I will not hesitate to use Skye again and am confident that we just found our regular sitter when the need arises.”

About: Majority of my experience working with cats in a professional setting comes from my time working as a veterinary assistant. A previous housemate of mine had an orange cat named Daenerys who I adored and would care for and play with whenever her owner was gone for the weekend. I’ve also cared for dogs of all sizes and temperaments. I am American Red Cross Certified in Dog First Aid 🐾 and have experience caring for medical dogs who require a little extra attention. I’m comfortable with dogs and cats of any breed or temperament, and my experience extends to exotic pets like geckos too — so no animal is outside my comfort zone. Beyond the basics of feeding and playtime, I’m fully capable of transporting pets to vet or grooming appointments and have experience administering medications, whether oral, topical, or otherwise. Pet owners can trust that their animals are in safe, capable hands with me — no matter what their needs are. I'm currently working with a family as an on call pet/house sitter. I work anywhere from 3 days to 2 weeks, taking care of 2 cats and 2 dogs. I’m also careful with yard safety, checking that fences and gates are secure before letting a dog out and keeping an eye on them the whole time, rather than assuming a fenced yard means no supervision is needed.
