About: We’ve had dogs our entire lives and currently share our home with an Australian Shepherd, so we’re very familiar with active dogs and consistent routines. We’ve also fostered dogs, giving us experience helping pets feel comfortable in new environments and working with different personalities. Pet care fits easily into our routine since we both work from home and are around throughout the day. About: My home was set up for an 80lb dog with a fenced in yard and areas around the house. Should be very comfortable for any dog. I’m very attentive to the pets, making sure their needs are met and that they are safe and sound. When I take on a job, my schedule is pretty cleared out for it since I’m a retired person. I can schedule my time around the care of your pet. I care for pets in my home by keeping an eye on them. Taking them out into the fenced yard and walking them twice a day. If they like to play fetch or tug I’ll do that with them too. I keep them fed, watered, exercised and rested.

Daily walks, playtime, and outdoor time are already part of my normal routine, especially since my dog loves to play catch and relax outside. I provide a calm, safe, and loving environment where dogs can feel comfortable and at home. I have a fenced-in backyard for supervised outdoor play and daily walks can also be provided. Dogs are allowed to freely relax around the house and are treated like part of the family. I also have a medium-sized crate available if needed. I do have my own dog who is 3.5 years old. Springer is on behavioral medication and eats a prescription urinary diet, so I'm very familiar with administering medications and managing special medical needs. Mary Jane and Willow like to remind me that cats can be wonderfully quirky—they both have behavioral urination habits that have taught me lots of patience and understanding. Willow is also crate trained! April keeps me on my toes with her constant need of love & affection, while Figaro is my biggest success story. He was the most fearful foster I've ever had, and after years of patience and letting him go at his own pace, he blossomed into the sweetest lap cat. Then there's my little orange dude, Lil' Dorito, who joined our family as a tiny 4- to 5-week-old kitten that I bottle-fed around the clock. One of the most special cats I had the privilege to love & care for was my hospice girl, Cleo. She was only with our family for six beautiful months, but she left the biggest paw print on my heart. Despite her health challenges, she was the sweetest, shy little mama's girl. Caring for her was one of the greatest honors of my life. Living with six cats means I understand that every cat is wonderfully unique. Some want to be your best friend immediately, while others prefer to admire you from across the room—and that's perfectly okay! I always let cats set the pace, because earning their trust is one of the most rewarding parts of caring for them. About: My friends, family and neighbors have always looked to me when needing someone trustworthy and reliable to stop by and watch their furbaby. I truly am an animal lover, having experience with all different kinds of pets such as dogs, cats, rodents and exotics! Age is not a problem for me, I actually currently have a 17 year old cat amongst other pets! I am very experienced and able to provide age appropriate care whether that would be for your puppies, kittens, or senior pets. I also have personal experience providing for disabled cats and would love to aid in any way I can! As a student, I have plenty of time to dedicate to pet care! I am able to provide dog-walking services or drop in visits for any pet between the hours of 6am to 3pm Everyday of the week excluding Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays for my classes. My pets are my world and so my home is filled with a variety of toys, treats, and even more for all kinds of pets. On drop in visits, I like to go above and beyond by bringing some gifts like treats or toys to surprise my new friend and help build the relationship, however I’ll always make sure run these over with you first! I currently live in a apartment across the street from a beautiful park with my friendly cats! The space is rather large with extra room I can use for boarding, if you would like your for your pet to be kept separate or crated, as well.
