About: I’ve grown up around cats my whole life, but my hands-on experience really deepened in college when I began fostering kittens. Since then, I’ve fostered a total of 9 cats, ranging from very young kittens to more independent cats, all with different personalities and needs. One of my most meaningful experiences was rescuing and raising a stray kitten from just 4 weeks old, which taught me a lot about patience, care, and building trust with animals at such a young age. Through fostering, I’ve gained experience with feeding routines, litter training, socialization, and helping cats adjust to new environments. About: My name is Roma :) you might recognize me since I’ve probably waved at your dog while exploring some trees in a nearby park! Or admired your puppy on morris ave while on a walk! I’m a deep lover of animals, a responsible house sitter and former volunteer EMT, as well as a very active walker who can match the pace of the fastest dogs but loves to stop and sniff the flowers as much as any slower paced pet :) I had the privilege of watching many pets with various needs and levels of care while attending Emerson College in Boston:) I am now back home in NJ and eager to meet lots of new furry friends :) I have experience with senior pet care and special need pet care I am extremely patient, loving, and thoughtful with my animal care and can adapt to any needs of yours and your pet. I have 2 dogs of my own, a Newfoundland and a Bernese Mountain Dog. About: I currently relocated, and our dog lives with my family in Upstate New York so Im missing my dog around. I have a background in dog training, as I watched my own dog, go through several trainings and courses to become a therapy dog. I have a large range of experience working with baby pets, to older pets. I also have two vet doctors in my family on speed dial if I ever have any questions. I really love long nature walks as well as taking frequent breaks between studying for my doctoral program throughout my day to walk around my neighborhood. I have recently moved into a new apartment. I don’t have too much furniture allowing for a very spacious environment. My apartment is very clean and I never have any items lying around on the ground.
