Luis boarded my little dog, Daisy, for 2 nights last week. This was our first interaction so the four of us (Luis, his wife, Daisy and I) are in a "getting to know you" period. I reached out to him at one point to ask how things were going and he quickly responded "all is well." I was happy to receive AM and PM photos of Daisy both days. Even though she can't talk, it's reassuring to see a photo of one's pup sleeping or walking or eating. I anticipate developing an on-going relationship with Luis and have already booked a second visit next week.
