About: We’ve both loved animals since childhood, and for nearly 15 years, we had the privilege of caring for two rescue dogs we brought home from Korea. Over the years, we cared for them through surgeries, illnesses, and their senior years. They had very different personalities and needs, and we learned how important it is to understand each dog and care for them as individuals - with patience, attention, and plenty of love. We’ve since said goodbye to both of our beloved dogs after long, happy lives. While we aren’t quite ready to adopt again, we miss having dogs around and would love the opportunity to care for yours. We offer a calm, comfortable home where your dog will be treated like one of our own. We also only board dogs from one household at a time, allowing us to give your pets our full attention without the stress of unfamiliar dogs sharing their space. We’d love to welcome your dogs into our home and give them the same patience, affection, and personalized care we gave our own. Our routine allows us to provide plenty of attention and companionship throughout your dog’s stay. One of us works from home and is here nearly all day during the week, so your dog will have someone around for most of the day. We keep a comfortable, relaxed routine with regular opportunities for potty breaks, walks, playtime, and plenty of affection. We’re also attentive to each dog’s individual schedule and will do our best to maintain the routines they’re accustomed to at home. On weekends, we have a few occasional commitments, but we plan our schedule carefully and will never leave your dog alone for more than about three hours at a time on the days or evenings when we’re away. Our goal is to give your dog plenty of attention, companionship, and care throughout their stay. Your dog’s safety and comfort are our top priorities. We have a fully fenced yard where dogs can enjoy some outdoor time safely, along with a comfortable home environment where they can relax and settle into their own routine. We also have a crate available for dogs who are comfortable being crated or whose owners prefer that arrangement. When we need to leave the house, we have a dedicated, small space that is free of potential hazards where your dog can stay safely and comfortably until we return. We understand that every dog is different, so we’ll follow your instructions regarding feeding, medications, routines, sleeping arrangements, and other care needs.

About: I’ve been around dogs my whole life, and my wife and I have two of our own who definitely keep us on our toes! Over the years, I’ve cared for dogs at pretty much every stage of life, from puppies who are still learning the ropes to seniors who need a little more patience and a slower pace. I also have experience with blind and special-needs dogs, as well as dogs who are fearful, anxious, reactive, or have shown aggression. I’m comfortable reading body language and giving a dog space when they’re telling me they need it rather than forcing an interaction. I really enjoy training and working with dogs, so I’m happy to reinforce the commands, boundaries, and routines you already use at home. I also understand that play and socialization look different for every dog. Some want to play nonstop, some need help building confidence, and some are perfectly happy just hanging out with you. Most importantly, I know your dog is an individual. I want to get to know their personality, what they enjoy, what makes them nervous, and what makes them feel safe so I can care for them in a way that works for them. I work from home and have a pretty flexible schedule. Whatever routine your dog has/needs, it will be respected and reinforced while in vacation with us! I try to make every dog feel safe and comfortable while keeping their normal routine as consistent as possible. I follow your instructions for meals, walks, medications, crate time, play, and anything else your dog needs. Since my wife and I have two dogs of our own, I’m careful with introductions and always supervise interactions. I also pay close attention to body language and never force a dog into a situation they’re uncomfortable with.

About: I raised my Shih Tzu from 3 months up until I lost him to kidney disease on 9/11/2024. I walked him on a regular basis except rainy days (he hated getting wet lol), he was potty trained and free to roam the house while I was not home. Everyone ( family, friends, neighbors) knew how much I loved and cared for him. When he was in his last days from kidney failure, I stayed by his side until the end. I kept his routine the same. I pushed him in his stroller when he could not walk anymore. Administered him an IV daily to keep him hydrated when he barely ate and drank. I laid with him and held him until he let me know it was time for him to go to that Rainbow Bridge. As a newly retired person, I have plenty of time to give your furry friend(s) all the love, walks, and attention they need and deserve. About: Hi! I am a former teacher and nursing student, who, sadly, does not have a pet at the time. I grew up with family dogs, but haven’t made the commitment to adopt my own yet. So I’m hoping to spend time with some pups here! I have experience with dogs both personally, with past family dogs, and professionally, with past pet sitting jobs. My partner works at home remotely and loves having a furry companion for company until I am home from my day at Queens University! I am an avid walker and runner, so I would be happy to take your dog for a light stroll or an off-road adventure. Some of my favorite pet sitting jobs in the past have been with dogs I have taken for hikes in nearby parks and mountains with me! I grew up with very particular dogs too, who needed a variation of additional care and attention, so I can manage just about any requirements your pup has as well. He is pretty happy to give an occasional pet and get back to building Minecraft legos. I’m a student, so I start my day early, around 5 am, to get all of my studying in! My partner works at home and can let dogs out very frequently and give a constant stream of snuggles and love ❤️ Animals that stay with me have free roam of the house—furniture included! Since I do not have a pet, I spend as much time possible with the pups—snuggled up watching tv on the couch together, going on walks, playing.

I am available 7 days a week from 9am-3pm for check ins and walks. Message me for anything after that as I can try to make accomodations based on your needs and my schedule. I am more than happy to stop by your house for a quick check in or an hour long play and cuddle session. Expect me to give full attention to your fur babies as needed as well as wall, scoop poop ,clean and refill water bowls and make sure auto feeders or food bowls are replenished.

About: Hello, I have had a dog since I was a little girl that I helped take care of back home until I moved away to college. I miss taking care of my dog. Feeding them, bathing them, & taking them on walks. I work remote most days so I’m pretty flexible with my time. I will be able to pour a lot of time into the dogs. I will let them be free in my townhome. I can also use a crate if needed. I like to let them be free. About: After many many years of learning the daycare/kenneling business, as well as becoming very familiar with dog behavior, I currently work full time as a dog groomer. Eventually I will return to in-home pet sitting and check-ins as I will be living in an RV traveling part time! I realize that not every pet prefers to socialize with other pets, and some owners are very uneasy about leaving their babies in a kennel for an extended period of time. It can be stressful for both. I aim to make both the pet and parent's comfort a priority. And there isn’t a personality I haven’t seen, so I’m willing to work with you on anything! I absolutely LOVE larger dogs and excel at handling their personalities but I do have a soft spot for the little ones as well. I have my own 4 year old Aussie/Heeler mix that is picky with certain dogs but once they're friends it's always a party. While dog-sitting overnight or long term in the house I would be providing intensive 24 hour care (flexible), bringing in the mail (unless you've put in on hold), watering plants, scooping the yard if needed, and doing regular cleaning every day to maintain the house in addition to the care of your pup. It will be like you never left! I currently work part time as a dog grooming Tuesday-Thursday, typically 12 hours a day and unable to step out, so I prefer to sit during the weekends. I have a fenced in yard and 3 pups in the house - my own personal pup and my roommates two small fluffy dogs. Because of this I will most likely only be able to board small dogs in home, but can sit in your home with any size or breed.
