My goal is to always keep the pet happy and the owners at ease! I work from home, mainly in the mornings and usually take my dog to the dog park daily, or on runs or walks, my family is always active, we love animals and putting them together is such a joy! I make sure each pet that enters our home is taken care of the way they need to be treated, whether that’s a special meal schedule, certain activities a to burn energy during the day or just lots of love and reassurance, each animal is different and needs to be treated as such!

About: I am a dog lover and empath with 2 rescue pitbulls of my own. They’re favorite cousin is a chihuahua. I’ve loved and taken care of large and small dogs for most of my life. I’m a true introverted home-body. I work from home and so my availability is very flexible. I generally only leave the home for a few hours at a time and/or for short evening/weekend socializing I’m very sensitive to a dog’s mood and natural anxieties and so I don’t take unnecessary risks. Any boarded pets would have their own private bedroom and will be kept separate even for potty breaks in my fenced yard.

About: I raised my Shih Tzu from 3 months up until I lost him to kidney disease on 9/11/2024. I walked him on a regular basis except rainy days (he hated getting wet lol), he was potty trained and free to roam the house while I was not home. Everyone ( family, friends, neighbors) knew how much I loved and cared for him. When he was in his last days from kidney failure, I stayed by his side until the end. I kept his routine the same. I pushed him in his stroller when he could not walk anymore. Administered him an IV daily to keep him hydrated when he barely ate and drank. I laid with him and held him until he let me know it was time for him to go to that Rainbow Bridge. As a newly retired person, I have plenty of time to give your furry friend(s) all the love, walks, and attention they need and deserve. Whether in my home or a clients, I provide a comfortable environment with meals, walks, playtime and companionship. I follow their routines as instructed to keep them happy and comfortable.

About: Growing up around dogs and having three of my own, I understand the separation anxiety of leaving them at home for long periods or for vacations (been there!). I also understand if you have specific lists of needs as well (been there too!) So I will ensure your doggo is well loved and you get as much contact from me as you need to feel comfortable. My job allows me a lot of flexibility, so most of my days are spent at home or being active outside (I like walking, hiking and I run 3-4x/week). This makes my days very flexible with what I can fit into my schedule. I can guarantee they will fit right in. If we book an appointment, that means my time is now theirs! I do have a dog now, so I'm more limited who I can care for. Let me know what you need and maybe we can work something out. I have a fenced yard with a large doggie door for in/out access. I also have a separate doggie couch we can chill on and they are welcome to get on the bed at night (unless you have a no-furniture rule!) I do pick up backyard waste wherever they stay. It's no fun playing in poo...or coming home to a yard full of it! I can give medication and look after dogs that need extra care.

I currently have two pups: my Lola, a working breed with many VERY important jobs that the future of this country depends on (if you ask her) and Linus, my funemployed couch potato. My dogs are my life and they’re spoiled for it is their God-given right. I extend that same God-given right to every pet I care for :) They deserve the best in life! They’ll get as much walking, snuggling, fetch, or enrichment if they need their minds kept busy. I have experience with social cats who need to help out when I’m doing yoga or cooking or just want to snuggle and watch movies. I also have experience with divas and independent cats who lurk and come out when and if they feel like it. I know it can be tough when you’re away from your pets, so I do everything I can to keep their routines consistent and comforting. On the first day of a house sit, I’ll usually work a half day so I can spend extra time helping them settle in or get their new person excitement out. After that, I work a flexible 9-5ish from your home, so they’ll have plenty of company throughout the day. I work from home and have a flexible schedule. I leave to walk my dogs and run errands but aside from that I’m with your pets. I prefer at least a couple days notice but can occasionally do last minute so don’t be afraid to ask! I’m comfortable pet sitting at your home and will follow the routine your pet is used to. Unfortunately, I can’t offer boarding at my house.

About: Hey everyone! I am a huge animal lover. I have always had a dog in my home whether it be a family dog or my personal dog. Currently, I have two big, high energy dogs of my own a golden retriever and a husky! I love animals and understand needing to feel like your pet is safe and loved while you’re away! I will treat your furry friends just as I would my own 🩵 I am currently on summer break for work and have open availability for scheduling! Doggy daycare is now available me for the summer to book! I have a fenced in yard and two friendly, high energy dogs as well as a one year old son who loves dogs. My dogs are good with other dogs and children as well. They enjoy playing and running around together! I also have a large crate available for us if your animal is used to being crated. We do walk and lots of play time outside in our backyard.
About: I currently care for an English Bull Terrier that loves people more than anything else, and is not great with dogs. She has taught me the importance of watching body language, getting ample exercise, taking safe walks to avoid other dogs, and giving all the snuggles needed. I am very aware of dogs needs and keeping distance on leashes because of her. I have been around dogs all my life, from smell driven hound dogs, to ball driven mixes, and I love to play with and care for them all! I grew up raising rats and I love them too! I know the importance of them having social interaction, clean cages, and preferred food. I am also familiar with guinea pigs and hamsters. I also have fresh water fish tanks and can do water changes, feeding and medicine. I currently don’t have any cats (or other pets) because of my dog, so I am itching to get some quality cat time in as well! I would love the chance to care for your pets too! *I will have my 2 year old daughter with me most days. She’s very gentle with animals, but does get excited and laugh a lot. I wear her on my back in a carrier when I enter homes and walk dogs, however if your pet doesn’t like kids or is scared, I won’t be able to help this summer. I am a stay at home mom so I can come check on your pets at the most convenient time for you. If you need someone to come snuggle your pets, let them out, and play with them at anytime of the day, I am your gal! I will make sure your animal has more than just a simple potty break before I leave. They will have love, attention, and exercise. I like to come in the door with a treat (if allowed!) for dogs. I will play ball until the cows come home, or give them all the snuggles and love they need.
About: I’ve been surrounded by dogs my entire life and caring for them has always come naturally to me. Growing up with six family dogs, I gained experience with all kinds of personalities, ages, and needs. Recently, I helped care for three of my senior dogs through their later years, teaching me the importance of patience and attentiveness. I’ve been dog sitting for friends, family, and neighbors since elementary school and have been caring for pets through Rover since high school. I also have volunteer experience with animal shelters and am comfortable with dogs of all breeds, sizes, temperaments, and energy levels. Dogs truly feel like family to me, and I treat every pet I care for with the same love and attention I would give my own. I currently have a very flexible schedule while studying for my North Carolina real estate license, so I’m available for walks, drop-in visits, and overnight stays on YOUR schedule. I’d love the opportunity to care for your pets and make sure they feel safe, happy, and loved while you’re away! I recently graduated and am focused on studying for my real estate exam right now, so my schedule is pretty flexible and I’m more than happy to accommodate to your dog’s regular routine. I will not be able to bring dogs into my residence but will gladly take care of your pets in the comfort of their own home and outdoor spaces.

About: I’ve taken care of many different breeds, large and small, young and elderly, I know each dog or cat has their own unique personalities and sometimes require special care and attention! My goal is to always keep the pet happy and the owners at ease! I work from home, mainly in the mornings and usually take my dog to the dog park daily, or on runs or walks, my family is always active, we love animals and putting them together is such a joy! I make sure each pet that enters our home is taken care of the way they need to be treated, whether that’s a special meal schedule, certain activities a to burn energy during the day or just lots of love and reassurance, each animal is different and needs to be treated as such!

About: I’ve been caring for dogs since I was a kid. It comes natural to me. Because I work from home, your dog won’t be left alone all day. They will get consistent attention and supervision. I currently offer house sitting, doggy daycare, and dog walking, and I’m comfortable with dogs of all sizes and personalities.
