“Judith took very good care of our 10.5-year-old dog while we went on 3-day road trip. Judith is knowledgeable about many large breeds and observant of dog's individual needs. We did a meet-and-greet with her dogs and my dog prior which I appreciated. If you have any specific needs she will accommodate or let you know if she can accommodate. My dog has had surgery (2 ACL repairs) so we have to be mindful of his portion of feedings and limit running. It a bit hard to control his running and jumping especially when he sees a squirrel, so I requested that he spend 15-20 min outside during potty breaks rather than 30 -40 min outside, so he rests between breaks. Judith was able to accommodate. The next day he was up and moving around easily so he had a good amount of activity and not too much that he is too sore to move the next day. We will reach out to Judith for our next trip. Highly recommend.”

About: I had dogs growing up and got our own rescue dog 6 years ago. I prefer older dogs who like a quiet home. I understand dogs that every dog has their own quirks and embrace that. The rate listed on my profile for house-sitting care includes: Care in home from 7pm - 7am with a mid-morning and mid-afternoon drop-in. If your pet needs constant care (your dog cannot be left alone for more than 2 hours at a time, OR 2 hours total over the course of the day), the rate is $125/day. About: I raised my Shih Tzu from 3 months up until I lost him to kidney disease on 9/11/2024. I walked him on a regular basis except rainy days (he hated getting wet lol), he was potty trained and free to roam the house while I was not home. Everyone ( family, friends, neighbors) knew how much I loved and cared for him. When he was in his last days from kidney failure, I stayed by his side until the end. I kept his routine the same. I pushed him in his stroller when he could not walk anymore. Administered him an IV daily to keep him hydrated when he barely ate and drank. I laid with him and held him until he let me know it was time for him to go to that Rainbow Bridge. The best times to schedule me are between 8am and 8pm, but I am open to other hours with planning in advance. :) I have a screened in yard, as well as 2 crates for small dogs and cats, comfy beds, and toys for them to play with! I also have treats and a dedicated space within my home for them to relax in.
About: I’ve had pets of all shapes and sizes all my life and have been heavily relied on by friends and family for their pets care. I have experience in all stages of life for pets including senior care and medication management. I had a Golden Retriever for 18 years! He had a lot of health problems including a lot of ear surgeries, skin allergies etc. I never gave up on him or any animal! I’m dedicated to providing the best care for animals as I do at the hospital with my patients as a Labor nurse. I’m a Labor nurse and I currently work 3 days a week from 7 am to 7 pm. These days tend to fluctuate but I have 4 days off. This encouraged me to find something I love to do on my free time. I’m flexible as long as the pets are happy and well cared for. I just want them to be okay and the client to be satisfied with the quality of care. My pets are probably more spoiled than most and very high maintenance.

About: I’ve raised five rescue dogs and two rescue cats over the years. I currently have two pups: my Lola, a working breed with many VERY important jobs that the future of this country depends on (if you ask her) and Linus, my funemployed couch potato. My dogs are my life and they’re spoiled for it is their God-given right. I extend that same God-given right to every pet I care for :) They deserve the best in life! They’ll get as much walking, snuggling, fetch, or enrichment if they need their minds kept busy. I also sing opera and jazz to them but will stop if they tell me to 🙂↕️ I’ve worked with all kinds of dogs: high energy herding/working breeds, snuggly companion breeds, 70 lb lapdogs, dogs with separation anxiety, dogs with eccentricities that we don’t judge - this is a safe space. I’ve watched so many dogs that make me crack up with their antics. I’m also a big cat lover. I have experience with social cats who need to help out when I’m doing yoga or cooking or just want to snuggle and watch movies. I also have experience with divas and independent cats who lurk and come out when and if they feel like it. I know it can be tough when you’re away from your pets, so I do everything I can to keep their routines consistent and comforting. On the first day of a house sit, I’ll usually work a half day so I can spend extra time helping them settle in or get their new person excitement out. After that, I work a flexible 9-5ish from your home, so they’ll have plenty of company throughout the day. I work from home and have a flexible schedule. I leave to walk my dogs and run errands but aside from that I’m with your pets. I prefer at least a couple days notice but can occasionally do last minute so don’t be afraid to ask! I’m comfortable pet sitting at your home and will follow the routine your pet is used to. Unfortunately, I can’t offer boarding at my house.

About: A lifelong cat lover, I got my pet-sitting start with greyhounds — basically giant cats that can hit 40 mph and then lounge for 20 hours straight. If there's a dog bed, a couch, or a sunny patch of floor, these couch potatoes will find it! I love working with all breeds and sizes, from small dogs to big mixed breeds. “Judith took very good care of our 10.5-year-old dog while we went on 3-day road trip. Judith is knowledgeable about many large breeds and observant of dog's individual needs. We did a meet-and-greet with her dogs and my dog prior which I appreciated. If you have any specific needs she will accommodate or let you know if she can accommodate. My dog has had surgery (2 ACL repairs) so we have to be mindful of his portion of feedings and limit running. It a bit hard to control his running and jumping especially when he sees a squirrel, so I requested that he spend 15-20 min outside during potty breaks rather than 30 -40 min outside, so he rests between breaks. Judith was able to accommodate. The next day he was up and moving around easily so he had a good amount of activity and not too much that he is too sore to move the next day. We will reach out to Judith for our next trip. Highly recommend.”
