I will walk dogs around that And on days off. I can stay in your home; but, Keep in mind If you need me to House sit I may need to send my Husband (Whom is a cop) to check on your fur baby til I get there this will be for first day only and then I take over for rest of time. About: I've worked with all kinds of animals from the age of 10 and onwards. Whether it be helping elderly neighbors with their high energy dogs or being there for elderly unloved cats at local shelters, I'm happy to take care of any size, needs, or energy levels of your pets. I'm currently a student at a nearby university. As a full time student, I'm most available in the afternoons on weekdays and midday on weekends. However, my schedule is constantly changing so I'm very flexible! I'm very comfortable accommodating any length of walk your dog may need, whether that be 30 min or 90 min. About: I was raised around cats and dogs since before I could walk, I absolutely adore animals however at the moment it unfortunately doesn’t make sense to get pets of my own. That’s why I love taking care of other people’s pets! Prior to making this account on Rover, I volunteered at an animal shelter and have dog sat/walked for friends and family and completely fell in love with this line of line of work. I will no longer be able to accept verbal verification that your pet will be fine with a stranger entering the home. (Exceptions are small puppies) I have taken care of dogs and cats since I was 10. My neighbor growing up had 4 cats, that I loved dearly! She was the first person who allowed me to watch her fur babies when she went on vacation! I've pet sat many times since then. Dogs big and small of all breeds from a little pug to a 100lb+ Rottweiler. I own a 85lb pit bull mix and a 10lb weenier dog. 🐶 They are my babies.💗 I can drop in anytime to check on your fur babies. Spend extra time with them. I do bathing, and walks also! If you need your fur babies to be crated, no problem! I will make sure their safety comes first. You can put your mind at ease knowing your pets will be taken care of! This is my full time job, I enjoy every second of it! So day or night I can always do a drop in visit or a walk! Your pets safety comes first! So during a meet and greet I will be going over a small list of questions to make sure I can take care of your fur baby to the best of my ability. With this I create a “pet profile” so when you need to rebook with me I’ve already got a reference to look back at. EXAMPLE; if your dog is good with other animals, or if there is a certain amount of food that needs to be given. My babies are always interesting - all their personalities make them all so different just like people, except that they love you unconditionally. They are always there no matter what! One of my all time favorites was a bulldog I used to pet sit. He was a funny slobbery clumsy little man. Sliming corners of my jeans and my shoes and running as hard as he could to me when I came thru the door and always ready to hang out and cuddle. Fun stuff!!!!! One customer had two cats that required lots of love visits! They loved to play and run all over when u visited. Mommy Suzanne loved pics so my son and I would get them playing and start taking pics. Sweet personalities. My weakness used to be taking in animals when I couldn't afford any more. I try not to do that now - instead I try to place strays that others bring me into other good homes. My brother took in one such cat that I took in as a rescue. Jazz brought him and my brothers wife a lot of happiness over the years! His name is so different I can't remember how to say or spell it. Protective dog that I kept for my friend Val. Loves his regular walks. I currently work full time but work from home but and can work from your home if house sitting and/or visit when needed thruout the day(s). I follow your lead. Whatever you allow them to do i will allow and will restrict as you see fit. I go by your rules.
About: I’ve cared for dogs & cats since I was kid and will care for your fur baby like they are my own! I’m an avid walker/runner and happy to help you and your pup in whatever way you need—drop in visits or walks. I have cared for senior pups before and am happy to care for your’s if that’s what you need! I’m a full time PhD student doing research from home with a flexible schedule. About: I was a zookeeper for 15+ years and have experience with a plethora of species. I have fostered animals of all kinds through different rescue organizations. I am a large breed person who currently has a smaller dog and cat. I spent many of my zookeeping years training animals, and have experience with strong stubborn dog breeds. I thoroughly enjoy a senior pet who will cuddle on the couch while I drink my coffee. I currently work from 9-1:30, with a spouse that works from home. My schedule allows plenty of time for morning walks and afternoon love and care. I am available for boarding most days, and dog walking, house checks in afternoons. A large portion of my yard is fenced so there is plenty of room for your dogs to stretch their legs outside of walks. I have a 30lb senior dog at home who occasionally enjoys a new companion. Otherwise my children love animals and always enjoy a new playmate, while being respectful of their boundaries. I prefer crating dogs whenever we are not home, at least until we know them and how they interact with my pets. I have crates from small to XXL so no need to bring your own.
