About: I sometimes feel like a dog/cat whisper. I have a very calm nature and I think dogs/cats can really pick up on this. I have had animals of my own but could no longer afford the monetary funds it takes to care for dogs and cats. I am a retired active senior citizen and I have a lot of spare time I would love to devote to dog/cat boarding or walking. When I do care for dogs/cats in my home, I try to make sure they feel I care for them and snuggle and hold them, if I am allowed by the animal. I always wait to see if they have sniffed me and that lets me know they are or are not accepting of me.

They really took time to understand Mo, his habits, preferences, house boundaries, etc. so they could make him feel at home. Communication was excellent before, during, and after. We also received regular updates throughout the week with photos ❤️ We will definitely be in touch for future trips!”

“Charlie had an amazing time and felt right at home at Luke’s house. His huge backyard offered the perfect space for him to run around and play in. It was also a plus Luke’s dog was there to play around and wrestle with. Luke is great and very tentative to whatever your dog’s needs are no matter how big or small. “Sharon and her dog Rodeo were so welcoming and good with our pups. Our dogs are a lot of work - they're young and have a LOT of energy! Sharon kept us informed with how they were settling in and updated us with pictures and videos along the way, which we loved! Her house is the perfect size for her to keep an eye on the dogs she's watching and she has a great backyard space for them to run around and get their energy out. She was also very accommodating when our plans were a little up in the air for pickup time and we ended up getting back to town later than expected. We would not hesitate to leave our dogs with her again and recommend her to others.”
