“Sara provided awesome care for Josie, our Moyen Poodle! She took her into her own home and together with Sara's two dogs they all got along very well. Josie got a lttle anxious one day and gnawed a little bit of door casing, Sara was very understanding and more concerned about Josie than the gnaw marks. “Once again, Haley came through for us. She really went above and beyond in taking care of our boys while we were away. We are very particular where they are concerned and never had to worry, because we knew they were in good hands. She laid towels down on our steps so our slow-moving oldest wouldn’t burn his paws going up and down to go out. And there was even an unexpected out of the norm accident had inside that she took care of that I’m sure took a lot of love, understanding and patience. On the Rover side of things- they were great about working with Haley in adjusting rates to scheduling changes without our even asking for it. We’re so glad we found Rover and that they linked us up with Haley. We will definitely be rebooking with them for our next trip!”

About: I’ve been around dogs for years volunteering at the shelter and fostering. I have two dogs of my own so I have the experience with all different breeds and personality. ***If making a overnight house sitting request, I usually have to bring my two dogs*** I work full time from home but do have to go into the office some days for a few hours. I will crate dogs when leaving home every time for their safety. They will be loved and fed just like my own! Can provide excercise if needed, but will not exercise if it is to hot. About: I have been around dogs my entire life. Growing up, we had labrador retrievers, where I helped with the day-to-day care, training, and even helped raise liters of puppies. My previous rescues, Bailey and Kira, passed away of old age and it took several years but in January of 2021 I adopted Sprinkles, a lab-hound mix who is approximately 2-ish years old and 50lbs. She gets along well with all dogs and loves to play! She can be rambunctious so if your dog is mellow, she will get on their nerves. I grew up with dobermans and I regularly watch my bff's 10lb small dog (and Sprinkles' friend) so I'm used to dogs both big and small. Nothing phases me - I can administer medication and subcutaneous fluids and can follow complicated feeding instructions - some of our furry friends are finicky! I love the bond formed when walking dogs - it's very special. My home is pet-friendly, with a small fenced-in backyard. Your dog will have a lovely time and I will be thrilled to take care of them! I am a realtor with a very flexible work schedule so there will be a lot of 1:1 time with your pet. We have sidewalks everywhere and a dog park within walking distance (only if you give the ok). I set an alarm and feed them breakfast and dinner consistently at the same time - it typically provides a calming effect when staying in a new place. I can let them out first AM in the backyard and after that it will be walks in and outside of Bermuda Bay, with lots of great sniffs!

He is pretty high energy so I’m very accustomed to dogs that need constant stimulation and love :) I work remotely 8-5 Monday thru Friday but have lunch breaks and other breaks throughout the day to help let out or walk pets nearby or stay overnight when needed. I have weekend availability as well. I have a fenced backyard and typically walk my dog twice a day and let him run on beach in evenings while playing fetch in the waves. Overall I just want you to know your dog is in good hands and will get a ton of excersise while it is with me! - -PAYMENTS- Rover has a weird set up for payments so please refer here and not my actual price chart for payments. DAILY dog siting (7am-6pm) will be 30$/day. NIGHTLY dog sitting (6pm-7am) will be 20$/ night. Ex: if you drop off Monday at 7am and pick up Friday at 6pm it will be 230$. 5 days @ 30/day=150, 4 nights @ 20/night= 80. Combine the 2 for 230. Simple dog visits 30 min and under 10$.
