My first time sitting my dog was a terrible experience and I was terrified to sit him again but a family emergency popped up and I came across her profile. Her house is clean and she was so nice during the meet and greet, my dog Smokie adores her. Not only did she go over plans on what to do with Smokie while we were away but wrote down a detailed list of everything we told her which sits out in her home in case an emergency happened on her end that anyone coming to watch her own dogs and our dog would know exactly what he needed. She also provided us with all of her emergency contacts so we knew anyone who may be in her home. She also has close contact with the vets in the area if something should happen with our pet. She is amazingly organized and prepared. The dogs have plenty of space to roam and she even had a quiet room for the dogs that can’t roam if she had to pop out of the house and can’t bring the dogs. I will never even consider another sitter after booking with her because they all pale in comparison!”

About: I have had a multitude of animals since I was young, which has led to many years of experience. I currently have a pet cat and dog. I’m a very active person and love going out in nature for walks and requests for longer walks beyond the 30 minute allotment are definitely welcome! I would love to build a strong relationship with the pets and owners I interact with to help build my experience even more and make your pets comfortable with a familiar face. I have a dog of my own that I walk and I’m a stay at home mom, which allows my schedule to be relatively open. In my clients home I will make sure the pet’s needs are met 100%. About: Hey! I have been an animal lover since I was a kid. I have experience with dogs, cats, birds, reptiles, fish, rabbits, etc. I have volunteered with several pet rescues and I also foster dogs and cats sometimes. I have experience giving medications. I think what really sets me apart is how deeply I care for animals and how much safety and responsibility matter to me. I personally will only let one person watch my animals and that is because I’m super cautious with who watches my animals. I’m very careful about doors, gates, leashes, wildlife, etc and how to keep your pet safe and not get loose. If you are looking for someone who will treat your dog like their own and really prioritize their safety & comfort while you are away i’m your gal. I send cute photos, too! I also work as a mental health therapist and I’m home frequently doing video sessions so I’m around a lot. I also have experience in animal assisted therapy. My only request is that your animal is dog friendly especially since I have a little senior dog. I work from home most of the time so I’m around a lot. Because I do video sessions as a mental health therapist it is helpful if your animal doesn’t bark a ton for no reason. lol. In my home & yours I prioritize their comfort with feeding schedule, walks or hikes if desired, crate if preferred (sleeping, etc/safe space) , and safety.

He was very attentive to my dogs when I had a concern about my female during the day.. he really knows how to handle an acclimate dogs. I highly recommend him.. About: I’ve taken care of pets since I was about 8 years old. I also grew up with dogs in my home and responsibilities were shared amongst the kids in our house. Now as an adult, my husband and I have two furry family members of our own - Reba & Penelope. About: I’ve always had dogs and cats growing up. All have been taken care of from 2 months and onwards! About: I've taken care of dogs since I was five years old. I still distinctly remember the breeder of the first dog I ever owned - a chocolate lab named Ginger - looking me in the eye after seeing I was apprehensive about the dogs and telling me, "Son, some day this dog will be the best friend you ever had." Ginger and I went everywhere together. I've had dogs and cats virtually my whole life, and the animals love me. While I am employed full time, I work in a hybrid setting that includes roughly 3 remote days per week, so I can be pet sitting on site and developing as close a band as I can to alleviate the babies' separation anxiety. Our pups love to explore and play in the creek, they will get lots of love and attention between us and our kiddos they will not be without snuggles and pets! We are on 7 acres of land so lots of space to explore either on leash or off leash! We have a creek that lets them cool off and plenty of toys and dog beds to provide for your pup as well as homemade treats. Lots of room for your pup to run and play or lay in the shade of the trees in the back. Your dog is part of our family and cared for as such. I am CPR certified as well as Groomer Certified. Your pups will be safe and loved while they stay! I also provide daily photos and write ups that is sent daily so you always know how they are doing.

As a mental health counselor by trade, I know how important it is to have animals and the connection that they have with their human counterparts. I'm available for drop-ins and dog walking between 7:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m. Also I'm free between 6:00 and 8:00 p.m. I am a fulltime pet care giver. At this time, I do not stay overnight with pets in my home or my clients' homes. Instead, I do 30-minute drop-in visits and 30-minute walks in clients' neighborhoods.

About: I have been formally trained in dog and cat care at Wagly Inc. and taught to recognize animal body language and how to address their needs. Aside from caring for my own dog and cat for the past 10 years, I managed dog play time at Wagly with at least 10 dogs at a time, big and small, fed them, cleaned up after them, took them on walks, and did individual play time. I will be free over the summer of 2026, primarily at the end of May and all of August. I may be working part-time, but my schedule is flexible, and I can provide my own transportation. I am happy to work with any pet owners on when I may be needed and will make time for it. I am very comfortable with play and giving pets all the attention they desire. I know how to recognize their needs and body language and desire to keep them happy and healthy.

About: I have 2 dogs of my own, and I grew up around animals. I love going on walks and taking care of dogs and cats I’m currently working part time so my schedule is pretty flexible throughout the week as well as weekend. Just need a few days notice beforehand I don’t currently have a fenced yard but i will leash your pets and the pet must be crate trained if I am not around.
About: I have lived with animals my entire life, providing me with years of dedicated pet care experience. Our past family pets include dogs, cats, a rabbit, ferrets, rats, a bearded dragon, a snake, and various insects. I also ride horses, so have basic equine care experience such as mucking stalls, brushing, washing, and feeding. I have administered oral medication to all of our larger animal breeds. I currently own two senior animals, a bloodhound mix and a small kitty. I only work with potty-trained dogs if they are adults, but am completely sympathetic with cleaning up messes from puppies and seniors who can’t help it. Now that I am on summer vacation, i’m looking for more regular work with animals! As of now, I care for my own dog and cat diligently, providing daily enrichment and cosmetic care. I am a gentle person, and work best with animals that are not defiant or high-energy. I love to provide long brushing sessions, cuddles on the couch, playtime, and treats.
About: I have a caring, outgoing, and patient personality that dogs are attracted to. I've always had a love for dogs and love to meet new furry friends any chance I can! Since my one and only dog passed away several years ago, my heart has been longing for a new dog. Dogs give me such happiness and I enjoy the happiness they bring to others as well. I also have a competitive running background of 12+ years so there will be no trouble with walking, running, or doing any sort of fun exercise with your furry friend! My first time sitting my dog was a terrible experience and I was terrified to sit him again but a family emergency popped up and I came across her profile. Her house is clean and she was so nice during the meet and greet, my dog Smokie adores her. Not only did she go over plans on what to do with Smokie while we were away but wrote down a detailed list of everything we told her which sits out in her home in case an emergency happened on her end that anyone coming to watch her own dogs and our dog would know exactly what he needed. She also provided us with all of her emergency contacts so we knew anyone who may be in her home. She also has close contact with the vets in the area if something should happen with our pet. She is amazingly organized and prepared. The dogs have plenty of space to roam and she even had a quiet room for the dogs that can’t roam if she had to pop out of the house and can’t bring the dogs. I will never even consider another sitter after booking with her because they all pale in comparison!”

About: I have had dogs, cats, birds, and much more animals my entire life. I love taking care of animals and have done it for friends and family for years. I’m very active and love walks and runs! I have 3 animals of my own including 2 dogs and a cat. I have taken care of baby, Senior, adult, healthy, and sick animals. I’m an animal lover and love meeting new people and animals. I have a lot of knowledge with animals for the simple fact that I have been around 100’s my entire life, from saving strays to having pets. About: I have been a veterinary nurse at an AAHA accredited hospital for the last 6 years, and prior to that, worked at an additional hospital as well as a pet store with exotics. I am more than comfortable administering any method of medication, and taking care of your medical needs, special needs, or senior fur babies. I own two friendly dogs, two sassy cats, and a baby ball python myself- variety is the spice of life. If you’re looking for a medically experienced caretaker for your kids, I’m your gal! *also have grooming experience with medical needs animals I just moved to the Asheville area, so Im excited to explore around. I have two friendly dogs, who will play with dogs that want to play, ignore the ones who don’t, and will be gentle with the young and little ones.
