About: I’ve loved animals my entire life. Growing up, our family always had dogs and cats, and as an adult, I’ve had the privilege of caring for two blind rescue dogs, as well as my current lovable 16-pound Aussiedoodle, Zoey. Zoey lives with me and gets along well with other dogs. For the past 2½ years, I’ve owned and operated a dog-walking and cat-care business, caring for a variety of neighborhood pets. My experience includes three 19-year-old cats, two medium and large Doodles, a Dachshund I’ve cared for since he was just 10 weeks old, and dogs of many different mixed breeds, ages, and personalities. My approach is to always let the animal lead. Both of my rescue dogs came from very difficult circumstances, and I learned how important patience, trust, and a sense of safety are. Rather than expecting an animal to immediately feel comfortable with me, I give them the time and space they need to open up on their own. With a calm, loving, and safe environment, that trust usually begins to develop naturally. I’m especially comfortable with animals who may be shy, fearful, cautious, or unsure of strangers. I take a very gentle approach, allowing them to get to know me at their own pace. Once they feel safe and comfortable, that’s when the magic unfolds! I’m happy to follow your dog’s normal routine, whether that means sleeping in a crate at night or curling up on the bed. I live in a first-floor apartment facing a nice open green space, which makes it easy to provide frequent potty breaks and neighborhood walks. With pet-parent permission, it’s my norm to send daily updates and photos so you can see how your pet is doing while you’re away. I’m also comfortable administering medications and handling foods that require refrigeration or freezing. I watch dogs who are 1-25 lbs. My schedule is fairly flexible, and I do my best to accommodate each pet’s individual routine and needs. Just let me know what works best for you and your pet! I am currently retired so I am home most of the day/night. I live with my 16 lb non-shedding Aussie doogle dog, Zoey. I may step out to run errands, go to an appointment, other, but am otherwise at home. I allow dogs to sleep on my bed or stay in a crate at night, per pet parents wishes. If you are traveling and require a pick up after 6 pm just let me know so we can work something out. I live in an apartment on the first floor, so I have easy access to let dogs out for potty breaks as I face an open green space. I live in a safe community with plenty of sidewalks and street lighting. I often walk my dog clients in the morning when it is cool outside, so they can get adequate exercise. About: I have experience with loving and taking care off my family pets. Our current household is at 1 dog and 5 cats so I am no stranger to multitasking. I am able to handle dog walking, cleaning a litter box, and maintaining a consistent meal time schedule. All while making sure to get a healthy amount of play time in. About: We have been taking care of dogs since 2018! We are so enjoying it!! Hubby walks the dogs and I cuddle and play! It's a win win for your fur baby! For doggie day care we are available between 8 am and 6pm Monday through Friday. Would love long term . We do have one small dog. For boarding we are available both weekdays and weekends. We have a nice fenced-in backyard and my husband takes the dogs out for walks when possible! When that option isn't available,they have dedicated playtime in the yard.We have one dog that is not initially playful but takes a while to warm up but he does typically! I do require a meet and greet before committing and for pets to show proof of rabies shots,heartworm and flea and tic treatments. I work part time outside the home but my hubby works part time in the home so rarely are we both gone at the same time. I’ve worked with animals all sorts of ages and with many different personalities! I’m currently a barista and can typically stop by in the early mornings before work and spend my afternoons/nights caring for your furry friends! My husband is also at home—he’s a true animal lover (and a bit of a dog whisperer). Our pups are our kids, and we treat all animals like family. They’re welcome on the furniture, in the bed, and anywhere else that makes them feel safe, loved, and comfortable.
About: I have always loved taking care of pets for as long as I can remember. I have worked as a kennel technician for over 2 years, and have fallen in love with providing special care towards animals. There, I create safe play groups, feed, walk, play, and of course, clean! Along with training, I always make sure to spend quality time with my puppies because we are what’s most important to them. I believe playtime is very important to keeping a dog young and healthy! About: Looking for someone who loves animals more than people? I have been surrounded by all types of pets and animals since I was a child. I have mastered the Shiba Inu and bonded with Catahoulas. I love lap dogs and high energy dogs, big dogs and little dogs. I am trying to make this a full time job because I love dogs so much. About: I’ve had dogs all of my life, some of my first ever memories are playing with my childhood dog. I’ve always had a soft spot for animals especially cats! I also love walks and play time! I can’t wait to meet new fur friends! ( I’m also comfortable with most reptiles) I currently work full time as a barista at a small local business. Luckily I have a super flexible schedule. I typically work 10am-4pm Monday- Friday and 8am-3pm Saturday and Sunday 12pm-5pm. While I have pet sitting duties I am able to adjust my schedule to fit the needs of your pet as I am seriously on a super flexible schedule. Potty: At home my cats have a cattery so they can go outside whenever they need to use the bathroom. My dog gets let out every few hours or whenever she wants to go outside. I used to take my dog in a walk daily but as she’s getting older she’s developed some arthritis. Feeding time: Both my dog and cats get fed twice ( morning & night) a day and I refill water twice a day. Just let me know the needs of your pets and their routines.
