“Cara provided daily drop in visits for our two kitties while we were away. She did a wonderful job! She and her kiddos came daily (which we had discussed/approved ahead of time) during the requested time frame each day. Daily pics and updates were sent. The kitties were fed, played with and well loved while we were gone. And the one that usually hides with strangers even came out to play on occasion. The litter boxes were kept clean as requested and she was great about cleaning up a mess or two when the kitties started getting homesick. I cannot say enough good things about Cara and her great care and communication! Will definitely use her again next time we have Rover needs!”

About: I have always had cats growing up. I have cat sat for a few friends and their families when they go out of town. Meeting new cats/kittens is always fun because they have so many different personalities. From the stray kittens that showed up when I was younger to my angel girl of 14 years, I've cared for cats/kittens of all ages. I have always had a connection with cats too. One time at a family friends house I picked up their cat to hold her and the family was shocked because she never let anyone do that. She was purring loudly and was rubbing her head against my shoulder which was even more surprising to them. I hope to bring the same love and care that I provide for my own cats to yours.

About: My experience includes caring for cats and doggies, including pups, with a variety of personalities and energy levels. Super comfortable following detailed care instructions, maintaining feeding and medication schedules when needed, managing puppy potty breaks and exercise, and providing the same attention (and cuddles) for kitties. I prioritize safety, consistency, and positive interactions to ensure pets feel well cared for! I currently work remotely and have a flexible schedule. This allows me to do drop ins when needed as well as at home care/boarding attentively. I also live with my partner who can offer a second set of eyes in the afternoons and evenings! As part of our normal routine to stay active, my partner and I regularly like to step out for sun and take brief walks around the community area—so unless specified otherwise, we are happy to take your doggo along with us on our short walks (during boarding services). About: I had a dog growing up (Hershey) and helped take care of him. And I have always enjoyed playing with friends' and family's dogs. I absolutely love walking and being outside and would love canine companions to encourage me to do it more! I've hosted one friend's dog at my place already (see pics; that's Georgia sleeping on her little doggy mat in my living room). Overall, lifelong love of dogs + good head on my shoulders = strong instinct for what they need and when. I work from home, and other than a few set calls, I set my own schedule. And I work from a treadmill desk — so when I say I love walking, I mean it! I take frequent breaks to get sunshine and exercise outdoors, so you can expect your dog to get the same! I can keep an eye on your dogs the entire time I have them! I have a fenced-in, upstairs deck (with a staircase that can be easily blocked). And a backyard that is NOT fenced, but where I could tie a leash around one of the deck supports, so your dog can be outdoors as much as they want! Inside, I have a fully hard, vinyl floor upstairs and a carpeted area downstairs, with vinyl flooring in the downstairs kitchen as well. So whichever surface your dog likes to sit on, I can accommodate!

About: In-home insured training, boarding, and daycare business with 10+ years of professional experience with dogs, from working at a shelter, fostering dogs, vet tech experience, training in a commercial kennel, and running my own training business. I am home most days full time, however some days I leave for 2-3 hours for private training clients, in that time all dogs are kenneled or otherwise contained for safety. The dogs have over a quarter acre fenced in yard to enjoy. I do regular activities, enrichment, and occasional field trips to ensure your pup has a vacation as great as your's while you're gone. It was clear from the updates and photos that he was comfortable, well-loved, and treated like part of the family. When I picked him up, he was happy, relaxed, and clearly had a great stay. They were easy to communicate with, responsive, and genuinely cared about making sure both Macario and I felt comfortable throughout the experience. As a dog mom, having peace of mind while you're away is priceless, and that's exactly what they provided. I'll definitely be using them again in the future.
