I do have visits with clients that can last 1-3 hours but if I know that I’m caring for your dog I will do my very best to not schedule two visits in a day! I will spend lots of quality time with your dog and make sure it is getting more than enough love and care that it needs! I work in social work, so I usually have 2-3 visits per week that last between 1-3 hours. Other than that, and the other activities I spend my time doing, I will give your dog so much love when I am home! I am rarely ever gone for more than 3 hours at a time. I am available any day of the week on a normal week. I live at an apartment complex, but we are only on the second floor, have a good amount of space, and our complex even has a dog park!

About: Ever since a young age I’ve been obsessed with animals. I should have made it a career choice but I didn’t. In my teens and young 20’s I did a lot of house sitting and dog sitting for friends, family and neighbors. I’ve owned many pets in my lifetime and have a special love for dogs. We currently have 2 friendly small dogs and my 7 year old son in the home. Being a dog sitter is my compromise with my husband to not have a million more animals! Lol. I get the joy and pleasure of new animals and friends but it’s temporary. I currently watch my “nieces and nephews” anytime my sisters are out of town and I love them extra time with another pet! I work as a full time realtor and although I am on the go a lot i’m often back at my home office multiple times a day. And when i’m doing office or marketing or other real estate tasks, I work from home! I’m also VERY open to having a travel buddy so if your pup likes car rides they can always come with me while i’m running around delivering signs, picking up paperwork, etc. Also my husband works 100% from home so he will also be available for the dogs for anything they need if I happen to be at an appointment The dogs in my home are very well cared for. We have a nice home and enjoy keeping things nice BUT our pets are family. Therefore they are allowed on most furniture, beds, etc. we have 3 steps to go down to get outside so if your pup struggles with stairs we have minimal. We don’t have a huge back yard but it is clean and six foot fenced. We do have a pool but we always watch the dogs outside and if that is an issue than we will just take them out on a leash in the front or the back. The pool is only open in the summer and has a cover on the rest of the year. We don’t love when the dogs walk on the cover but it is strong enough to hold my 120 pound Rottweiler niece so i’m confident it will hold any other dogs! Ha! We ALWAYS have lots of treats and toys on hand! I’ve done my research so we do not offer stuffed toys, raw hides, small choking toys or other items deemed dangerous for dogs.
About: My husband and I recently moved to KC and are looking for ways to give our dog some company and satisfy our love for additional dogs. We spend every minute with our 6 year old Lab/German Shepard, Mia, and treat her like our child! About: I’ve had dogs since I was young. As well as taking care of many of my neighbors/ relatives animals. I have also taken care of dogs and cats young and old and I am volunteering at KC Pet Project. I’m currently a college student home for the summer and will have a part time job. My family are all pet lovers here as well, so my husband and kids love having extra dogs around to spoil with treats, walks around our subdivision up to the pond, couch snuggles, and endless playtime in our large fenced in backyard. I never watch more than four at a time, to make sure every one of them gets plenty of attention. I am currently working on obtaining my Masters degree, primarily online, so I am home with the pets I “board” the majority of the day. I currently work from home 20 hours a week medical billing and coding and doing online program for my masters. My schedule is very flexible and I am at home pretty much 24/7. I have a fenced in large yard in a quiet neighborhood, so I walk dogs I watch/my dogs 1-2 times a day and let out any elderly dogs I am currently watching through the front door to avoid the deck steps. I feed my dogs twice a day, they drink filtered water and get denta sticks each day. I always bring dog treats on walks so reinforce good behavior. We consider our pets people here, so getting on furniture is allowed as well, unless the owner says to discourage. I do not kennel dogs unless owner provides kennel and instructs me to use it for crate training/destructive behaviors.

I have experience with dogs of all sizes and breeds and treat them all like the little fur babies they are! You just have to book a few weeks in advance I currently work full time and depending on how close the dogs are to my work could swing by before and after work as well as on my break for potties and meals! On my days off I can spend much more time if not the whole day those days! My dogs at home are friendly but one is getting old and a little cranky so in home boarding/visits wouldn’t work best for me as it would likely make your dog more comfortable to be at their own home!
About: I've been pet sitting for about three years now, petsitting many different breeds such as Danes, Australian Shepards, Labs, Golden Retrievers, Huskies, and German Shepards. I love big dogs and grew up constantly around Great Danes and Mastiffs. I've also raised three puppies over the years and been involved in basic care, walking, playing, and potty training. About: I’ve had at least one dog at any given time since I was young. I’ve gone through multiple puppy stages and adopted my current dog when she was a teen. She suffers from the occasional seizure so I’m familiar with that as well. I work from home full time so frequent potty breaks or pups with separation anxiety will always have someone there with them. I have a 6 year old son who loves dogs. I have a fenced in backyard and a super friendly dog. She’s about fifty pounds but she’s super gentle with the little or younger ones too.
