Shevon even went out of her way between visits to help us find a new vet when Loki was struggling with a severe case of pneumonia. Can’t recommend them enough!”

About: Our family said goodbye to our 16 year old Jack Russell Terrier, Lou, and we are ready to open our home to our neighbor's pups for love and attention while you're away! Britt grew up with lots of dogs (and cats), and the whole family has experience caring for animals at all ages. Both Britt and Mike work from home full time, and are able to care for pets throughout the day and night. Our three children are in school and preschool in the neighborhood during the week, giving us several opportunities to go on daily walks. We have a large, fenced in backyard for dogs and our children to share. We do not require dogs to be crated at night or when we are away for short amounts of time. We do have a medium crate if their normal routine includes crating during short times alone at home. Our children are used to being around animals and know how to be gentle and respectful of space.

“I couldn’t be happier about finding Shevon & Ian - they are a perfect fit for Loki. Very caring, very attentive and understanding of a young but very large dog’s needs (and quirks!) They have a wonderful house with a huge fenced in yard in a quiet neighborhood, and their daughter and dog Warren are equally awesome. Shevon even went out of her way between visits to help us find a new vet when Loki was struggling with a severe case of pneumonia. Can’t recommend them enough!”

“Our pug LOVED his 4-day stay with Brenda and her family! Our little guy got along great with her two pit bulls and really bonded with their little boy. The dogs played and ran together in the fenced in yard. Our pug came home happy and ready to nap. Each day, I received a couple of photos with a brief update which I appreciated. This was a short-notice booking, and I am so grateful that Brenda was available. We will definitely arrange dog-sitting with Brenda in the future.”
“Kari and Randy are just awesome! Since he’s getting older, we didn’t want to board our dog at a doggie daycare because all of the sounds and action can be too fast-paced and stressful. He prefers lazing around and snuggling, and that’s just what he got with them! Both are very down to earth, responsive, and caring people and we highly recommend!”

“Amy took great care of my dog Maple! Maple is dog-reactive and takes a while to warm up to people, but Amy showed him nothing but patience and made it a great, fun stay for him. She asked great questions at our meet and greet and when I dropped him off to make sure she knew his favorite toys and games, his meal and treat habits, and how to make him feel supported. I felt assured he was in safe and attentive hands! She even agreed to keep him an extra night when our flight got delayed, and her flexibility and understanding turned a minor nightmare into a small hiccup. Apologies to the neighbors that had to listen to Maple bark all weekend, but huge thanks to Amy! 💖”

“Miriam was an outstanding dogsitter for our young puppy, Jack! My partner and I got married this past weekend in Duluth and felt like it was best to leave Jack behind. It was honestly really hard to leave him - he's never been with anyone but us for the past two months. Enter Miriam. She absolutely set me at ease with daily updates and photos of Jack. I could tell that Jack was living his best puppy life and was completely okay with us leaving him for the weekend. He's been home for the past 4 hours and he seems more well-behaved than when we left. So, I'm not sure what kind of magic Miriam wove, but I cannot recommend her highly enough. She is outstanding! We'll definitely rebook!”
