“My last pet sitter canceled last minute and everything went to crap as my cat pepper "drama king screaming demon" needs medicine for his stomach and anxiety in his old age. Sonny took my black fur ball of rage and distrust and made sure he had his medicine and space as pepper can be a bit "much" she gave lots of pictures and updates and was available within 2 days of booking which I desperately needed. She also worked with me as my family trip had gotten derailed when our car broke down and was willing to watch him for a bit longer as we figured out how to get home. She builds a great rapport and I can tell her own animals adore her and are VERY well socialized. Her kitten peaches ran up to me wanting to say hi and her dog ham was not aggressive in the least meeting me for the first time, he just wanted pats!”
About: I've cared for both healthy cats and cats with underlying conditions. For 10 years I had a cat that was diabetic that I had to administer insulin to. My current cat is 15 and requires a lot of love and attention.My cat Mabel is a rescued kitten/ cat almost 16 years ago on Halloween night while coming home from work , about 4 cars ahead of me something went flying out the window . I was able to stop and pull over due to not having other cars behind me . It was very cold that night and the sun was just starting to set . I got out of my car and looked around for a few minutes but didn't see anything and I got ready to leave I hear faint cry and I turned and looked down into some tall weeds and there she was , this poor malnourished kitten crying for help . To make a long story short I got her home and the day my wife and I took her to vet . They kept her for 3 days running ivs into her . We able to come and after 3 days thinking she wasn't going make it. And here she is still with after such a traumatic start to her life . I am very grateful to have Mabel as my best friend and wouldn't trade for the world . I love you very much Mabel .

About: We had a small dog when our children were out of high school and our world revolved around him. We miss him a lot since he crossed the rainbow bridge but I am lucky to be a grandma to 5 dogs—a Saint Bernard, a chihuahua mix, 2 terrier mixes and a German Shepherd mix. All rescue dogs with some quirky personality traits that make them a challenge and fun. I have also cared for my sister’s senior Maltese and a neighbor’s senior Boxer. Dogs are my favorite animal and I just love spending time with them! I recently retired from being a paraprofessional at a local school so I have a pretty flexible schedule. My husband works on Tuesday, Wednesdays and Thursdays so those days I am much more available but he is flexible if I’m working or have something scheduled. We live out in the country and have a fenced in yard so dogs can play and have some fun time running free. Our neighborhood is safe to walk dogs (we used to walk our little guy around the block daily—1 1/4 miles) and there are also 2 parks close by that we could walk if they seem bored with the block.

About: For several years I owned a Doggy B and B where the dogs were part of my family. There were no cages or crates which the owners really appreciated. They slept in bed with me, jumped and lounged on all the furniture, watched TV, ate plenty of homemade treats, went swimming in the pool and don't forget the car rides to the park and river. Every weekend I would shop for new, safe and tough toys. We celebrated holidays and birthdays with homemade pupcakes, presents and costumes. They also got a "report" card saying how their day was and what they did that day or weekend. There were lots of pictures taken and shared too. Areas and toys were thoroughly inspected each day to ensure a safe and fun playtime. I love pets! All kinds of them. Your pet will get my undivided attention. I bring toys & treats plus send lots of pictures while you're away. That way you can enjoy our pawty too. Since I can't have pets in my home, I'll come to your pet's home. I care for them like they are mine. Give them lots of pets, play with toys inside & outside, walk them on a leash several times a day, watch TV with them & most importantly, share the bed at night. About: I’ve lived with a dog my entire life (other than my 4 years I was away at college). I absolutely love animals! I adopted an older dog in 2022 who loves socializing with others. Due to his age and time spent in the shelter, he has anxiety of people going out in public, so I can’t take him out much. But when other dogs are around he THRIVES! I’d love to take your dogs on walks and get active with them! I live in a house, with a huge fenced in backyard. I’ve watched my friends dogs and have good references. My dog can tag along as well as he’s great with other animals to get socializing in! I can come to your place or you can drop your dog off at my place for the day or overnight! I have a dog myself to keep your dog company if need be! I live in a house that has a huge fenced in backyard if you prefer your dog to come to my place. I have reliable transportation to drive to your home as well. If you prefer your dog to be crated at night and/or if I leave for a bit I can accommodate those needs! If your dog is comfortable outside of the crate, the whole place is free game.
About: I have experience with kittens and puppies. I have extra experience in caring for aging and older pets. Experienced in small pets as well. I love animals. I am a school social worker and have the summers off. I am looking to make some extra money. Lots of experience with dogs and cats. I recently lost my puggle Boomer and my golden doodle Ollie. Boomer was 15 and Ollie was 13. They had good lives and I miss them. I would like to make some extra money also.

“Luke and his family went above and beyond caring for our Yogi. They have a large fenced in backyard and a host of other animal friends that Yogi fell in love with. Our Yogi has a tendency to pee on himself vs the ground and they bathed him before pickup. My toddler wouldn’t stop asking us to smell the dog on the way home. Thank you Luke and family! Your pet will be my main focus for the duration of their stay whether it be training or sitting. The same goes for sitting or training in your home as well. I adapt well to new houses, don’t mind cats as well. I like to keep clean around the house, and I do offer deep cleaning as an extra.
