The place I kept my little dog, Gumbo, Best Friends Forever, made a mistake and I was later told that the person working when I initially called, had not reserved his spot there, although I was told Gumbo’s place was held. I was very worried as it was our first Christmas vacation after the passings of my mom (who lived with me) and my children’s “Papu” who died just two years ago. Needed my dog to be safe wherever I kept him as he is our beloved family member. Someone mentioned the Rover app and I found Jennifer. I was worried as there were other dogs at her home, however she and het family kept Gumbo safe and happy during our trip! They sent photos and videos. He made sure the plan for Lem was super clear beforehand, which I especially appreciated since the schedule I gave him to complement my friend's visit schedule was not perfectly regular, and he didn't miss a visit! He also had to deal with a terrible cold spell, but when he couldn't walk Lemon for more than 5 minutes at a time (about all she can tolerate when it's that cold), he took her for two short walks to make sure she did all her business and then played ball with her in the house. We came home to a dog who, while happy to see us, was clearly doing just fine without us, which is all I can ask for :)”

I’m also happy to follow your pet’s normal feeding, walking, medication, potty, and bedtime routines so they experience as little disruption as possible. I’m available for pet care Monday through Thursday from 5:00–6:30 AM and 6:00PM–10:00 PM, with full-day availability Friday through Sunday. I work close to home, so pets staying with me can receive a lunch-break check-in during my workdays. I’m happy to accommodate your pet’s routine and provide dependable, loving care. Your pet’s safety and comfort always come first. I take the time to learn your pet’s routine, personality, likes, dislikes, and any special instructions before providing care. I’m attentive during walks and visits, keep pets supervised, and follow your instructions carefully. I’ll also provide updates and photos so you never have to wonder how your fur baby is doing. My goal is for you to feel completely comfortable knowing your pet is in caring, responsible hands.
“She had done greet with our dog lili she is about a year and six months old no issues at all very knowledgeable of dogs in their situations as well as understanding their behavior with no issues she took care of my dog and my dog played with her dog so now my dog has a friend they went to the park together and everything and she bought my dog back, clean safe and sound no issues Thank you very much once again for watching her for the five days. It’s been great. We definitely use her again just for dog play dates. Also she’s amazing. Don’t hesitate.”
