About: I have had many dogs since I was a kid. My whole family have them as family members. I adopted Colby, a mini poodle, 13 years ago and he recently passed on Mar 7, 2026 due to oral cancer one month before he turned 14 yr-old. I will board ONE NON-SHEDDING dog at a time so I can spend quality time with that dog ☺️ I would love help dog owners to walk, play, and love their dogs while they cannot and get some dog love for myself. I miss my dog tremendously so I am not ready to have another. Let me take care and play with your dogs and make them happy ☺️ I work full-time remotely. “Huey took such great care of my pupper Winky, and I honestly couldn’t have asked for a better sitter. Winky can be super shy at first, so I always get nervous leaving him with someone new, but he got comfortable with Huey so quickly it was amazing! She has two super friendly dogs of her own(a little bichon and a corgi), and they got along so well with Winky which is awesome. She also sent me updates and photos during the stay and it looked like he was completely relaxed and having the best time. I also added on grooming during his stay, since she’s also a home based groomer and did such an amazing job(she told me she has 20 years of grooming experience!!) Winky came home looking so clean and adorable with the cutest haircut! You can really tell she has a ton of experience with dogs and genuinely cares about them. “Shadid is amazing! It was my first time using Rover and I was nervous about leaving my puppy, Rudy, with someone else. From the moment we met Shadid, she was great with Rudy. I was concerned about Rudy getting anxious and being difficult to manage. I realized quickly that I had nothing to worry about with Shadid. Rudy was immediately comfortable with her. I don’t think he even noticed me leave because he was so excited to hang out with Shadid & Pebbles all day. Throughout the day, I received pictures of Rudy at the park and playing. Rudy can be challenging and usually takes a while to warm up to people, so I was extremely impressed by Shadid’s ability to care for dogs. “I called Ekaterina when my regular dog sitter was not available. She quickly set up a meet and greet and was able to accommodate our schedule. She and Cenk live with two sweet and bouncy dogs. It didn't take too long for the dogs to accept Loki, and they all got plenty of exercise chasing each other around. They also went for walks to a local park several times a day. I asked for a photo, which Ekaterina sent each day. Although Ekaterina would have fed Loki with their food, I brought Loki's diet which they had no trouble following. Ekaterina and Cenk are obviously dog lovers, as am I. A shy or retiring dog may have a different experience than Loki did. To be fair, I don't have enough experience seeing Ekaterina with all different kinds of dogs to know for certain. Both Ekaterina and Cenk are clearly good people. I would use them again.”

“I cannot recommend Jessica enough! She was fantastic with our two older dogs! It was the first time we left them with someone other than a friend, so I was a bit concerned as to whether our little dog (who is very skittish) would warm up to Jessica. I was also concerned because our bigger dog has a lot of medical issues (including mobility problems). Jessica was phenomenal. She arranged some time to come by and meet them and us beforehand. She asked really detailed questions - which let me know she was tuned into their care. She gave great updates on her visits and sent photos, too. Her updates let me know how well she was getting to know their unique quirks and personalities. She kept in touch with everything that came up - and even suggested some things to make our bigger dog more comfortable. I was blown away by the care she gave to our girls! Her thoughtfulness erased my concerns about how the dogs were doing while we were gone. I was able to relax and have a worry-free trip. And our little dog was giving her kisses and greeting her at the door after only a couple of visits! If we travel again without the dogs, I wouldn't want anyone else to care for our girls.”

For now, when I am home on breaks, my schedule is wide open. I have a pretty consistent unofficial routine of going on runs, lifting weights, and hanging out with my girlfriend Personally, I have one dog at home and when I get back I love to take him on long walks. I also just have a mental clock of refilling his food and water. Every other week or so we get him showered and cleaned up. I’ve also helped take care of other peoples pets stopping by and taking them on walks.

“Marylee (and her husband) were amazing!! I pick Rover people based on if I would want to stay with them lol!! At the meet and greet she was very thorough with her questions about the cat and dog and making sure all their needs were met. It felt like she has an understanding about the types of issues that could arise and how to deal with them. Very organized. Very attentive, warm loving people. I was sent updates and photos throughout my time away. Her yard is crazy big and beautiful and fenced in. My dog LOVED it! She was able to accommodate my daughter’s cat at the same time last minute. I felt so secure knowing they were being well taken care of while I was gone. Cat had her little cat tower and pictures of the cat by the glass door able to look outside and see everything. I am done searching for Rover people… will definitely use Marylee again. Excellent!!”
