I have had dogs almost continuously since kindergarten ranging in size from a 5 lb poodle mix (Trooper) to a 95 lb yellow lab (Nala), in addition to 3 years as a parent to 2 cats, Jules and Gemini. Jules was with us only briefly due to her advanced age when she was adopted, while Gemini is a much younger kitten who wasted no time claiming my home as her own. I also recently lost my 10 year old corgi (Sadie) unexpectedly to an extremely aggressive form of cancer, and so would love the opportunity to spend some therapeutic time with your furry kid. Prior to beginning work through Rover, I have several years of experience caring for cats and dogs for a variety of friends, family, and neighbors including everything from drop-in visits and dog walking to full-time house/petsitting. Outside of my petsitting duties, I am a PhD chemist working hard to make the battery in your phone last longer and your electric car drive further. “This is my third time booking with Bria. My dog absolutely loves her!! He tried to run back in her house when I came to pick him up 😩 lol. I was almost offended 😂, but to me, that’s a great sign and makes me feel comfortable and at ease to leave him while away for an extended period. Plus, he doesn’t have any playmates at home, so I know he truly enjoys play time with her dog. Will definitely continue to use her as his sitter as long as her schedule allows!”
“Our very social and attention-craving lab mix loved his stay with Natalia and Edward. We were out of town for seven days and received adorable pictures of him playing with their dog, lounging in the living room, or romping with the family. We especially liked the big backyard that allows for built-in outdoor space and the very walkable neighborhood which allowed for going further afield. It was clear they perfectly understood what our Milo needed and were more than happy and ready to accommodate. Relieved we’ve found a go-to Rover we’d be happy to use again. Highly recommend.”

“Michelle and Stacy were fantastic! I felt completely at ease knowing Ivy was in their hands. They treated her like family, which was exactly what I hoped for. Ivy got along wonderfully with their dog, Stella, giving her a friendly companion while my husband and I were away. A significant plus was how they handled Ivy’s unexpected heat cycle with calmness and efficiency. Despite the early onset of her cycle, we collaborated seamlessly through the app to ensure Ivy could comfortably stay in the common areas. “Jose was amazing! It’s was our pup’s first boarding experience so we were worried about how he would react to being in a new environment and around other dogs consistently. It was clear he loved Jose from the beginning. Jose sent pictures and communicated with us throughout the entire stay. As soon as our dog hopped in our car to leave, he immediately watched for Jose. This was my dog Blob's first time boarding, so I really appreciated all of the photos and videos that Amani sent every day of naptime, playtime, and bathtime. Our pick-up and drop-off also went very smoothly and she kept me updated with how Blob was doing health-wise and potty training-wise. Overall a great experience and I highly recommend Amani.”
“Christian was amazing! Accepted my sitting request with pretty short notice after I found out my roommate wouldn’t be able to watch my dog. She also gladly watched my dog for an extra night than was originally planned when my flight got delayed.
