About: I've loved animals my whole life, back to the days of summer camp at the National Zoo. I've walked many different dogs through watching friends' and neighbors' pets and volunteering at local animal shelters. I'm also a cat lover who has had cats in the house my whole life, and I even have some experience with pet fish! About: I am a lifelong pet owner and animal lover with over 25 years of caregiving experience. I have had dogs almost continuously since kindergarten ranging in size from a 5 lb poodle mix (Trooper) to a 95 lb yellow lab (Nala), in addition to 3 years as a parent to 2 cats, Jules and Gemini. Jules was with us only briefly due to her advanced age when she was adopted, while Gemini is a much younger kitten who wasted no time claiming my home as her own.
