About: We are a family of four! We have my kids 50 percent of the time- they are 8 and 6! We have a fenced in yard that the animals can run in! I work from home so I’m home majority of the day- I leave for some meetings randomly but not for too long. We are members at a great dog park in NH that we take our dogs to often especially with nicer weather! We have two dogs- A 3 year old Bernadoodle and a 2 year old long haired chihuahua. Both very friendly with other animals! We also have a 10 month Mancoon Cat who loves playing with the dogs and acts like a dog herself! As a school counselor, my day job is to take care of families, and that’s what I’m looking to do here too! I have a lot of experience with all kinds of dogs and look forward to taking care of your furry friend! I’m a school counselor, so I’m available after work/at night time typically after 3pm for any of your pet needs. I’m available most weekends. I also have all school vacations, summers off and available for holiday sitting. Me and my husband have a fully fenced in yard in a safe, and quiet neighborhood on the Haverhill, MA/Plaistow, NH line. I have a very friendly and low/medium energy dog of my own who loves other pets and will definitely keep yours company! I always want to try to copy and paste what they are familiar with while you're away, so that they are as comfortable as possible. This looks different for every dog, and we are flexible to that. Safety is a huge priority at our house. Dogs are never left unattended in our fenced in back yard, me or my husband will always be outside watching them. We also never let the dogs off leash if we take them to the public park/walking trail across the street from our house.

“Five stars is not enough! We left Chewbacca with Karen for a few days this week. Chewbacca has various specific needs, including oral medication and prescription diet, and he gets very nervous when first dropped off. We have never had such a strong sense of peace of mind with a dog sitter as we did this weekend. Karen was extremely communicative, updated us through text and pictures throughout the day, and always made sure to go the extra mile so Chewbacca felt safe and cared for.
