I had only dropped my dog off for a couple hours prior to this once before so I was very nervous and hesitant but she was extremely nice and reassured me my dog would be taking care of. What I loved immediately was her living room literally had little doggy beds and tons of doggy toys everywhere so that told me that she really loves her dogs and others. Throughout the entire 3 days stay she sent me multiple updates, pictures and videos which allowed me to see how happy my dog was. Sable needed to be watched during an evening event due to her separation anxiety, and she was not only happy to go to Emily’s house after we had a meet and greet the week before, but she also was completely comfortable and not even excessively eager to go home when we picked her up. Sable had a great time, and Emily sent many pictures documenting Sable’s day with her, as well as updates on how things were going. I have over a decade of experience working in the veterinary industry, so, unfortunately, I have seen what can happen to pets left with the wrong caretakers, and I’m very cautious with whom I entrust my pets’ care to due to this potential. I would trust Emily with any of my four dogs, and I am so glad she agreed to meet with me and watch Sable! She was incredibly easy to communicate with, had such a calm and trustworthy demeanor, and was very professional and thorough throughout Charlotte's stay. She even fit Charlotte into her schedule when she didn't have to, which I truly appreciated. She went above and beyond in every way—even giving Charlotte a bath before I picked her up! I received daily videos, prompt responses to every message and check-in, and it was obvious Charlotte was having a wonderful time. She kept her entertained, happy, and well cared for the entire stay. This was a 10/10 experience from start to finish. Knowing Charlotte was in such great hands allowed me to truly relax while I was away. “Jon was absolutely amazing with our pups.. he would send photos on a daily in addition to providing our old man his meds. We understand that our younger pup has some issues getting along with others but he was able to keep the peace with all the pups and that's a bit of a feat because she can be ALOT. Our littles were happy to come home but looked just as they did when we left them, plump and happy! We will absolutely be using Jon again for our next vacation!!”

“Anne did such an amazing job watching my dog calypso! Calypso had never spent time away from me and she had never really spent any time around other dogs, but Anne was so patient and understanding! She sent me pictures of calypso every single day and gave me updates On how she was doing! There was always someone spending time at home so calypso never had to worry about being alone! When I left calypso had horrible separation anxiety and was scared of other dogs, when I came back she was confident and her fear of other dogs was pretty much gone! I will continue to trust Anne with my puppy anytime I travel to NOLA and I definitely suggest that you do too! Thank you so much Anne!!”
