“Caitlin went above and beyond to make sure our elderly house cat, Chani, was very well cared for while we were out of town. Chani is a very affectionate cat and needs lots of human contact. Caitlin showered her with attention and affection. Except for her regular humans' presence, Chani had everything she usually does on a daily basis including pets, backrubs, brushes, and kisses, even a walk outside with her harness. Being an elderly kitty, she has to take a blood pressure pill every day or her blood pressure will spike and she'll start to lose her vision, so we're very thankful that Caitlin is experienced with administering medication to pets. Chani took to Caitlin right away and immediately felt at ease with her. We know this because of the many pictures and videos Caitlin sent us showing Chani being at ease and affectionate. When our flight home was delayed for several hours Caitlin graciously agreed to an emergency extra visit to make sure Chani took her medicine and had her dinner. That was really great. She is a great pet sitter and we highly recommend her.”

About: I have have been caring of all types of animals since I was 7+ years old. I have taken care of new born puppies, kittens, raccoons and reptiles of all types throughout my life and I love it!! They hate being alone and I don't think they had a moment unattended in the 5 days they spent with Lindsey. Her dog Lola sealed the deal for the pugs as they love other dogs and feel like it's a party if other furry beings are around. I'm retired now and travel extensively for part of the year, so I'm unable to have pets of my own and thought this would be a great way to keep busy while I am in town. When I'm in NOLA, I often work part-time from home. I'm retired so you could call me a homebody, and I'm often found working in my garden. My son recently moved and took his Boston Terrier with him, so there are no longer any pets in my home. I have a large, fenced yard perfect for games of hide-and-seek or fetch, and I'm often in the back as well working on my garden. I do not have any plants that would present a danger. I recently moved back to New Orleans and currently do not have a regular job. I have completely open availability to meet pets in the mornings, afternoons, or evenings. I allow pets time and space to get to know me. This includes sitting the room together, speaking softly, and holding out my hand for sniffing.
