When we picked her up, everything was neatly packed in her overnight bag we had sent with her. I left the pickup spot wondering and looking for more times for her to watch her. About: 3 dog owner here, including a tripod. Two boys and a girl all came to us from people who could no longer care for them. Two were from former students and one from the husband of a colleague. I'm a full-time teacher and I also want to play with your dogs. My school hours are 7:45 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. I am happy to work out drop off, pick up, hang out time and potty breaks. My dogs have front and back fenced-in yards to hang out and run around. They are able to roam the house all day. They go on walks twice a day and we have recently incorporated logic toys to keep them sharp.

About: I have had dogs all my life. Growing up a Old English Sheep dog(ralphie) a Chihuahua(Penny) When i was out on my own, I had a jack Russell terrier(Spot), in college 3 Chow Chows(Gannon) later a Great Dane and lastly a Pit Bull (Pixley). So I have had small to extra large dogs and loved them all, I am very good with them and most dogs gravitate toward me. I am very patient with them as they are what I call perpetual 2 year olds!! About: I do take up to 3 clients at a time, so I can only accept dogs that get along well with other dogs. I am doing Rover full time. Which means more time to spend on walks, playing, exercising and affection time ! I won't be distracted with any electronic device, when outdoors with your dog. I don't smoke, drink or party. I grew up caring for a couple amazing dogs. I've taken care of my brother's, neighbors and friends dogs. About: I’ve been caring for animals for over 12 years. I treat my puppy like a family member and will do the same for yours! Since they are family they are allowed on the couch and will get plenty of belly rubs & cuddles. I work from home. My pup and I go for a walk through the park or around the neighborhood first thing at 7:30 am and then usually breakfast is serve. We go back four our next walk at 11:30/12 then we go out again after work at 5pm. This one’s a longer walk and we follow that with play time and dinner. :) That is followed by cuddles. About: While we currently don't have any pets at the moment, we have always been huge animal lovers our entire lives and grew up with a cat and multiple dogs and have watched friends and family pets over the years. We realize each animal is unique and with that requires different levels of love and attention. We try my best to adapt to their needs. We both currently work from home and have flexible schedules. This allows for time and flexibility to give your pet the time and attention they deserve. We have a decent sized apartment for animals to walk around during the day and have the space to crate them if needed. I recently had a little Jack Russell who passed in 2022, and it definitely was a tough loss. Unfortunately at this time, I’m unable to get another dog but I love taking care of your pets, when I have time. As much as I love all dogs, I unfortunately, cannot take on larger dogs or dogs that shed a lot of fur due to my allergies. About: I grew up with dogs and cats my entire life, there was always at least a few animals in my house growing up. I am a huge animal lover! Each animal is unique and aim to accommodate and adapt to each pet's needs. I have experience working with anxious and reactive animals and recognize the importance of taking things slow with new animal friends. About: I have dog sat many of times and even trained to become a service dog volunteer. I have dog sat for a few month old puppies to 14 year old dogs. My days are flexible, I work from home and love taking walks around the neighborhood during lunch break and after work. I have a wood turtle that likes to keep to himself in the terrarium, and most dogs and cats don't even know he is there. When I am pet sitting, I plan events and out of home activities, so I am no more than 3-4 hours away from the animals. I am very attentive to dogs needs. About: I’ve always been really good with animals; both dogs and cats. I used to dog sit for my neighbors’ older cocker spaniel growing up, until he passed over the rainbow bridge when I was 13. This inspired me to start dog walking for the neighborhood whenever they needed it. I treat any animal with kindness, respect, and a gentle hand/voice. I couldn’t be around cats because my mom was allergic. I owned a blind senior dog for a few years until life circumstances left her with my mom, and I generally have a lot of experience with senior animals. I currently have a client that is a senior dog that’s standoffish to most people, but is fond of me. As soon as I moved out at 18, I started volunteering at PAWS Tinley Park in their cat section. I took to it like a fish to water. I volunteered there for 2 years until I moved to the city. I have a cat and I absolutely adore her. I raised her from kitten up. My availability on Tuesdays and Thursdays is limited to afternoons after 2:00 PM due to classes. Other than that my schedule is very open and flexible, though I do ride the CTA so be patient with me if I run a bit late due to a bus delay. I am someone who is very stringent about schedules. Your pet will be getting their medication on time, going on walks at a certain time, and any other time sensitive pet care needs (like meals) will be done quickly and methodically. I am also someone that likes to help your animal adjust to me being there, I know I’m a new person, so for the first few visits, I will ask you to leave me a few of their favorite items (e.g. toys, bed, etc) so I can provide them for comfort. Your pet will also be getting a lot of love, care, and affection. I know that I can help animals that get anxious when their owners leave, since I’ve done it in the past. About: I have always grown up with multiple pets in our household. Hearing their barks or their paws on the floor always brings me such joy. I’ve cared for dogs for my family and neighbors for the past year. They trust me to walk, feed, and care for their pets while they’re away or if their work schedule conflicts with their routine, so I can do a drop-in. I am patient with shy dogs and even energetic, playful dogs. It's important to be attentive to each pet’s unique needs. My goal is to always make the pets feel safe, loved, and comfortable in their space while giving owners peace of mind. Every dog has a different energy regardless of their age or breed, so it is important for me to understand their personality and comforts so we can become great friends. I work part-time, which allows me to give your pets plenty of attention, exercise, and care throughout the day. I am also a part-time student who is aiming for a career in animal care. I’m available for drop-ins, walks, and pet sitting on certain weekdays. I will also make sure that your pets stay on their normal routine with feeding, potty breaks, and playtime to avoid any stress. I am also available every other weekend at any time of the day. Your pet’s safety and comfort are my top priorities. I can provide a calm and pet-friendly environment where your dog(s) can feel safe and relaxed. I carefully follow feeding schedules, medication instructions, and any special care requests. I will give your pet(s) plenty of attention, exercise, and love.
About: I grew up with dogs and cats my entire life, there was always at least a few animals in my house growing up. I am a huge animal lover! Each animal is unique and aim to accommodate and adapt to each pet's needs. I have experience working with anxious and reactive animals and recognize the importance of taking things slow with new animal friends. Currently in the job market but in the meantime I have a ton of free time and what better way to spend it than with pets. Just let me know your schedule I we can work with it! I have a pretty big space for a pet to be in. Hardwood floors that are easy to clean. I live one block away from a huge city park so I can take a pet there all the time.
