About: I have spent much of my life taking care of different animals. I grew up on a farm handling chores for animals of all kinds from horses to dogs and cats. I currently have a 3 year old Maine Coon cat named Boston! I currently work mornings, typically 7-3 M-F. My hours vary depending on the week and what I am busy with at work. I work shifts on weekends and nights when needed I have a yard for your pet to run around in and play. I do have 3 other pets in my home that are properly vaccinated and friendly!
About: I’ve been caring for pets for family and friends for much of my life and am excited to bring those skills to Rover. I have owned my own dog for 6 years now and have learned a ton about having a dog that requires boundaries and maintenance for triggers of his reactivity. I’ve learned patience and am happy to do that for your furry friends as well! I work from home on Mondays and Fridays which gives me the flexibility to leave for drop-in visits throughout the day and after work! Tuesday-Thursdays can also be arranged if your home is near my office - contact me for details! While I’m unable to care for others’ pets in my own home since my pup prefers human friends, I will care for your pet in any way you need in your own home. I prefer homes where I can let your pet out into a fenced yard but am happy to take pets out on a leash if they are leash trained and/or you prepare me for their behavior.

“We were so lucky to find michelle! We literally just moved into the neighborhood and knew no one. She was close by and available to watch my furball on late notice. We met in her and Luca adorable apartment and immediately I felt this was a safe comfortable place for Luchia to stay. Michelle is so easy going and super friendly. Her dog Luca is absolutely adorable. Throughout Luchias stay with Michelle I received many pics and updates. My dog takes a while to warm up to new people and other dogs so seeing her snuggled up at michelle’s in the picture really set me at ease. About: I love animals and have been taking care of family and neighbor pets since I was young. I previously worked at a veterinary clinic and have experience taking care of dogs of all size and ages! We have an active 6 year old golden retriever, and a 9 year old cat who we love very much! I am a 1st grade teacher, and love to spend my summers taking care of pets. I am home all day in the summer, and can make sure dogs get plenty of attention and outdoors time! We have a fenced in yard and a friendly golden retriever who loves to meet other dogs. We like to take walks on the trails around our neighborhood, and play in the backyard.

Your dog will have the ability to be part of our family and our family pets are on our furniture. We do separate our home animals, fosters and house guests at night. About: I have been the main caretaker of any animal I’ve ever had, some because I was the one who begged for it. And others because I just love animals so much that their care is only half the fun. I have experience with animals in all stages of life, from puppies to seniors. My puppy experience ranges from being the one who nursing a parvo puppy back to excellent health, she is now 3 years old and thriving. I also have a senior dog, who is such a joy but I think he forgets he has arthritis with all of his puppy antics. I also have a lot experience with teaching many tricks so don’t be surprised if your animal learns something new every time they see me! I work from home and have only two courses a day, so I have a lot of time on my hands to do a good pet care routine. My babies (my cats and hermit crabs) are on a routine or rather I am. We do feedings in the morning and have an hour of down time for everyone to “stretch” their legs before I go to class. I’m away for 3 hours before I’m back and during that time I can walk a dog if one is staying. And then I work from home so pretty much I’m at the animals beck and call whenever they need anything. I am in an apartment which lessens the risk of anything happening to your pet on my watch! Also with living in an apartment by campus we can always go for walks and meet some college students wanting some animal love!
