He responds promptly, his home and backyard are in incredible, and you can tell he treats each dog like his own. He sent us updates throughout her stay with pictures and videos showing us how much fun she was having while we were away. We ran into major travel delays on the day we were supposed to pick up Peanut. Richard helped keep us calm and assured us that Peanut would be well taken care of until we made it home. We didn’t pack enough food for the extra night, but no problem- Richard steamed rice & fed her treats. We are so thankful to have found Richard and we know Peanut can’t wait until her next visit! 😊”

Rather you have a cuddler or a high-energy zoomer I make my space convenient for them. As a veteran and healthcare professional. I provide notes on my time with your pet no matter how big or small. The goal is for me to not only communicate that he/she is okay but to also communicate their emotional state. Rather requested or not, I provide photos so that you can view how your pet appeared throughout our time together and also see any adventures we may have taken. If you have ANY special requests to make regarding your pets potential time with me that creates a stress free environment for them and you please feel free to ask prior to or during booking. I am an army veteran and student who has plenty of time to be hands-on with your baby. I treat any animal care job as a clock-in job and remain dedicated during those timeslots. I live in a townhome and have a fenced in playground where animals can run free. I reserve the playground to ensure that your baby, my two (toy poodle and mini schnauzer) are the only ones there. I have walking trails all around me and utilize that as a way for exploration and exercise.

About: Now that I am retired from special education, I can pet-sit full-time! I’ve had dogs all of my life. I got “my” first dog when I was 11. He was a Jack Russell named Patches and lived to be 15. In college, I got a terrier mix named Claire. She lived to be 16. After Claire passed, I adopted June Bug and Ryder, two lab mixes. Ryder and I trained to be a therapy dog team and worked in assisted living homes cheering up the residents. I have gone through many hours of training with both June Bug and Ryder and am now considering working for a dog trainer. Ryder passed away in May 2026. I recently retired from the field of special education, and I’m ready to care for four-legged babies! I know how stressful it can be to find someone to watch your babies or to board them, so I’d just like to help. That’s my main focus. My pups are my kids. I’ll treat yours like family too. About: I’ve grown up with dogs my whole life and have raised them from playful puppies through old age. About 10 years ago, while working as a nanny, I also cared for two energetic husky mixes — from daily walks and playtime to feeding and snuggles. I have experience with dogs of all ages, from the patience and training puppies need to the gentle care older dogs deserve. No matter their age or personality, I’ll love and treat your dog like my own. I work from home, so I’m available Monday–Friday from 8 AM to 5:30 PM. During the day, I usually take 2–3 ten-minute walks and also have time for play in my fenced-in backyard or plenty of cuddle breaks inside. On weekends, I offer boarding with drop-offs anytime after 8 AM on Fridays and pick-ups through 5:30 PM on Mondays. I have a fully fenced-in backyard with 6-foot privacy fencing and gates set up to keep dogs out of anything unsafe. Since I work from home upstairs, dogs will be gated with me so I can always keep an eye on them. If you have an older pup who shouldn’t do stairs, just let me know and I’ll happily adjust to work downstairs with them. On weekends, any errands I run are kept under 2 hours, and I can crate your dog if that makes you more comfortable. I also love sending picture and video updates so you can see how much fun your pup is having while you’re away!

I care for horses in my day to day and I love them and wish I could board them but I need a much bigger space for that! So in the meantime, I have a spare room where crated dogs could stay or cats! About: I was a Rover sitter for 2+ years in Atlanta while I studied to be a vet tech, then I moved to Colorado where my only job was Rover sitting and now I’m back in Georgia doing what I do best, I love being able to watch dogs! I hope to help your family out and care for your fur babies soon! I am a stay at home mom so I am available to care for your babies as often as needed! My whole day revolves around the care of my children, whether they have hair, fur, leaves, feathers or scales! My home is very pet friendly, we love being able to have pets come visit and we treat them like family! My son and daughter have been raised around dogs their whole lives and they are always thrilled when they have a new furry friend around. We focus on respecting animals and their personal space as well as teaching about animal body language, I trained dogs for a bit so I am trying to pass that information along to my children: I do not allow them to climb, pinch, pull, get in their faces etc. however they are still rambunctious children so PLEASE do not book me if your dog doesn’t get along with children! We have three cats as well that are half indoor/half outdoor cats and will leave your dog alone, there are two lazy adult females who would rather be sleeping and one who is so scared of dogs and would much rather be outside running free anyway! We are a very active family, we love to go to the park and on hikes, camping, swimming, anything outdoors so as long as weather permits your pup will have adventures and tons of fun! My children also work on a local farm which teaches social skills through farm work and learning animal care and behavior so we are well versed in giving all animals the love and respect they deserve! Providing joy to the animals and humans I care for is truly my passion.
About: I have lots years of pet experience. I also do dog walking-boarding with Wag! Where we become certified and are background checked. I have two dogs on my own, a Chiweenie (Duke) and Maltese mix (Chess). I live with my parents and we are a pet friendly home! I always had a passion for animals and I will guarantee you and your pup won’t regret any minute! I love going to the dog park on my free time, taking walks and of course my favorite is play time (which is all day long). I do work part time over night but my parents are disabled so someone is ALWAYS home. I hope that you choose me to fulfill your wants for your pet and I hope to see you in the near future :) Thank you, Alexis PS: I do understand accidents happen when your pup enters a new home but if your dog constantly urinates or poops on carpet/floor along with them being let outside to do their business I will add a cleaning fee of $20. I work over night so I’ll be home all day to ensure your pup gets all the attention they need with lots of play time and walks. I treat each pet as if they are my own. All allowed on furniture and free to roam all throughout the house but I do have a gate keeping all the dogs away from the front door so you have no worry about your pup sneaking out. They also have free access to the backyard.

About: I have been caring for pets since I was 10 years of age, pets are like family to me. Pets bring joy, but their well-being is my responsibility. Yes, pet care fits in my daily schedule. It is something I enjoy doing as a side job it is also very fun to work with animals! Your pet's safety is my top priority. Your dog will not be walked outside without a leash. Your dog will not be fed or given anything you don't want them to have. If you have a schedule I will be happy to follow it. I have a friendly and loving Bichon Poodle, called Stella. We have a backyard patio with a screen all around it, it is a good size and they can get the outside time they need. I love to play games with them and make sure they are entertained. “I can’t say enough wonderful things about Richard and the care he provided to our pup while we were out of town! He responds promptly, his home and backyard are in incredible, and you can tell he treats each dog like his own. He sent us updates throughout her stay with pictures and videos showing us how much fun she was having while we were away. We ran into major travel delays on the day we were supposed to pick up Peanut. Richard helped keep us calm and assured us that Peanut would be well taken care of until we made it home. We didn’t pack enough food for the extra night, but no problem- Richard steamed rice & fed her treats. We are so thankful to have found Richard and we know Peanut can’t wait until her next visit! 😊”
