One reason for pursuing this opportunity is to get more involved and out of the house. I currently have only my little Percy - he's strictly an indoor cat with his routine - early am feedings and lots of sleep during the day. About: As a marine biologist, I love and adore all animals. Ever since I grew up, I have always had family pet(s) -- a dog (Golden Retriever, Shitzu, Lhasa Apso) and cat at the same time. My current cats are rescues Tip and Tiny, domestic black cats age 12, and they would love to interact with kittens or puppies! I have volunteer experience with wildlife, sea life/ aquarium cleaning, and domestic house fur babies. I am comfortable administering medication/cleaning of wounds to pets of all ages. I'm not sure what is worse, scooping poop or picking up poop! I'm happy to do either! Walks near Inman Park, Stn Mtn, or the beltline can be expected with me as your dog walker! Open availability during weekdays and Saturdays. This includes feeding, exercise, and grooming of pets or visiting new green spaces. Treats and medication are normal routine. My pets at home eat prescription brand food and I would care for any other client's pet that needs special care as well. I have volunteered at several animal places before like PetCo, Pelican Harbor Station, and the Marine Mammal Rescue Society so I have a unique skill set in caring for animals.

About: I’m a huge dog lover, there isn’t much that I’m more passionate about than dogs. I come from a big dog loving family. I’ve been a dog owner most of my life. Since I was about 8 I would study and research all I could about dogs and I’ve even trained pretty much every family dog we’ve. It was mostly the basics and cool tricks. About: I have had dogs my entire life and don't know what I would do without one! I grew up with poodles, labs and golden retrievers. I now have a Goldendoodle, Fiona, who is the apple of my eye. I got Fiona in early 2020 and trained her myself. I have experience with puppies and senior dogs alike. The poodles I had growing up had special care requirements, so I have experience providing daily medication and watching for certain behaviors. About: I have had two dogs and one cat: an 11-year-old Bichon Frise, a Chihuahua who passed away at 17, and a cat who is now four and a half years old. I got my first dog when I was 11 years old, and from then on, I spent all of my allowance on my pets’ spay/neuter surgeries, routine checkups, treats, and supplements. I have an unusual amount of patience when it comes to animals, because I grew up in a family that truly loves them. I also have a lot of experience caring for very young pets under two months old, as well as experience being around large dogs. My work schedule is three days in the office and two days remote, so I have plenty of time to do the part time job during the week. When I take care of pets, I focus not only on their physical needs, but also on making sure they feel emotionally cared for. I like to keep a regular routine for them every day, including dedicated playtime and treat time. I also often buy them new toys and talk to them about my day, even though they may not fully understand.

About: Throughout middle & high school, I have volunteered at my local animal shelter and I loved walking and feeding the dogs! “Hobey had such a great time staying with Josh & Chrissty. He loved the big yard to play in and the romping he got to do with Buzz and Phil. He was an exhausted and happy pup when we picked him up. I had peace of mind knowing he was in great hands with frequent updates and Josh and Christy were super accommodating and flexible. Overall, a great stay!”

“Hope and her husband were great! My buddy looked like he was having a great time! They were communicative and put my mind at ease immediately. The only only only hiccup that we had was since this is a multipup home some dogs are adverse to dogs that are not neutered. This could have been very bad! BUT, Hope was flexible and they were able to accommodate my dog’s needs to the fullest!”
“I cannot brag on Courtney enough! If you want a sitter to literally treat your dog like her own, you’ve found her. She is so sweet. Provided plenty of updates and videos my Mello! My dog was literally crying because he didn’t want to leave her 😂 He had a great time and this was the best experience I’ve had on Rover thus far with a sitter and with such short notice. Her dog is also a super sweet cutie and I’m pretty sure my dog missed him too. I’m adding her as ny top choice now! Will recommend and definitely return!”
