“Before we even go to Atlanta, we knew Beth was going to be the best. Her communication was thorough, positive and upbeat. When we arrived, she and her partner greeted us with big smiles and Watson could sense he was about to have a great time. Hope provided daily updates exactly when she told us she would. Watson was practically smiling in every picture. He made some new puppy friends as he ran around Hope’s spacious backyard. Thank you, Hope, for taking such great care of Watson. We didn’t worry one bit while he was with you. And if we ever are back in Atlanta, you know we will be stopping by. ❤️”

“Kim is the BEST OF THE BEST! At this point, I have to add her to my will as Polo’s next of Kin 🤣. I recently had an intense work travel season, and Kim didn’t hesitate to lean in and look after Polo. She is overly communicative (in the best way) to ensure that I feel comfortable, especially since this was the longest I’ve been away from my dog. I’m so grateful for her services and would 10/10 always recommend. Thanks again, Kim for everything!”

“Alvin did an awesome job taking care of my boy Oscar. He allowed me to have a meet and greet for him and Oscar prior to the booking. Oscar warmed up to him fairly quick and that’s not his normal. I felt it was a match from there. Alvin did a great job in communicating with me throughout Oscar’s day. I definitely plan on using him again for future bookings. EC”

Will definitely be having them stay with Lauren again.”

“Julianna has been an amazing pet sitter for my dog Tommy and kitten Oreo. She is an exceptional communicator and has a very keen eye for details. I know I can travel stress free if Julianna is taking care of my loved ones. Recently, Julianna noticed Oreo wasn’t being as playful as usual, I took him to the Vet and he was very constipated. I’m beginning to think Tommy and Oreo prefer Julianna over me!”

“Managing drop-in visits our large number of animals is no small task, but Jax handles everything with incredible organization and care. Every pet was well looked after, and we received consistent updates that gave us total peace of mind. Highly recommend for anyone with multiple pets who needs dependable, compassionate care!”

“Solange was really good with my two cats. When we got home, they felt safe and comfortable which is not usual for strangers. I appreciate her communication throughout the days. Thank you Solange!!”

Do not hesitate to reach out to her!”

“Mirabella did a wonderful job checking in on our cats on short notice. She kept the dishes full, cleaned the boxes, and provided photos of the ones she managed to spot. Will book again!”

I grew up and have lived with dogs most of my life, from lapdogs to Golden Retrievers. I did some dog walking and dog sitting in high school. I'm currently available any time most days as long as I have at least 24-hour notice. I will come on the days and times you want as long as those are clearly communicated. I make sure to keep your dogs away from any person or thing they might have a negative reaction to while walking.

“Carla made some house visits to feed my cat while I was out of town. She was so reliable and kind, even though my cat isn’t the friendliest to others!! I am so grateful to her and would absolutely use her services again.”

“Kamron was absolutely the best!!! He was extremely professional, timely, and always kept us up to date during each drop in visit. We have a very timid kitty who is always scared around new people, but she loved playing with Kamron. By far the best sitter we have booked on Rover.”

“Debra was an absolute perfect fit to watch after our two kitties while we were gone. We would not hesitate to book with her again! It was our first time using Rover so I based my search on proximity and reviews. Because of that, I had to add a review of my own because if you’re here reading through Debra’s reviews- you’ve found the right person! Debra was extremely easy to work with and she knows exactly what she’s doing. She went above and beyond, sending us pictures and notes of our kitties while we were gone. I’ll definitely have a lot of confidence in booking with her in the future and would highly recommend her for you, too!”

“Alexandria was awesome! She is knowledgeable, compassionate and professional. She goes above and beyond expectations and is very accommodating. No question…would use her again 1000x over! She is way more than she charges💕”

“Stacy was awesome and very caring! The first time my kitty met her she immediately went up to her which is unusual, since my kitty is very standoffish at first. This made me feel comfortable! Stacy was also super nice and a great communicator. I will definitely be booking with her again! Thank you again Stacy!!!”

“Andre was very detailed and thorough, and he took care of our cats very well. He communicated excellently, sending detailed updates and quality pictures. His updates made us not worry about the cats, because we knew they were well cared for.”

“This was my first experience using Rover and Anna made it a great one! She was communicative, sent lots of photos and detailed reports, and was reliable. I could tell she genuinely loves animals and my cat adored her, evidenced by all the pics of him making himself at home on her lap 😂 She also took initiative to take in our packages for us and cleaned the litter box even when I said she didn't have to. She really cared for my cat and that made me feel much better when traveling. Thanks Anna!!”

“Rebecca did a great job watching our cats while we were out of town. She came by beforehand for a meet and greet, and it was obvious she was very comfortable with cats. Her communication was excellent, she arrived on time every day, spent quality time with them, and provided thorough updates and photos. We especially appreciated that she cleaned up after one of our cats got sick one day without hesitation. We would definitely recommend her and would happily book with her again.”

“Cecil was great! Our three cats are trouble makers but Cecil made it so that we didn’t have to worry about them while my husband and I were on our honeymoon! Will definitely be booking with Cecil in the future (:”

“This was the first time that Stacie took care of our cats, and she was terrific! She responded quickly to my initial inquiry, and she is a great communicator, very professional, and gave us an overall sense of reliability and trust. Also, it is clear that she is a nice person who enjoys spending time with animals. We had great peace of mind leaving our pets in her care, and she will be the first pet sitter I will contact when I travel in the future.”

“Lindsey was amazing with my pup! She was so kind to my baby and made sure he got quality walks, was fed, and had plenty of time to use the restroom. She was very communicative and easy to work with, which gave me a lot of peace of mind while I was away. I’d definitely trust her again to watch Saint! Highly recommend.”

I’m a teacher—I typically let my dog use the bathroom each morning in the back yard and then give him 1-2 walks when I get off ~3. I have a fenced in back yard and plenty of room for a crate if you want your dog crated while I’m away! At your home, I’m willing to field lm what your routine is!
“Peggy is so conscientious and caring. Our dog has jumped fences in the past, so Peggy worked with us to make a plan to keep him safe during his stay. He has separation anxiety, and Peggy took so much care to distract him at drop-off and to calm him during his stay. She is super responsive and sent plenty of updates and pictures. We’re so happy to have connected with her. ☺️”

About: I am located in beautiful Belvedere park with lots of outdoor green space. For active pups, I have a large fenced in yard and the location is great for daily walks in the neighborhood. My 12 year old pup Leo passed away 🌈 recently and it has been a comfort to have furry friends in the house to keep me company! Being a dog lover who travels frequently, I know how important it is to find someone you can trust with your dog. I will be sure to keep your dog well fed, active, and loved while you are away. If you would like, I would love to send you pictures of your precious pup while you are away so you can share in their fun! I would be happy to schedule a meet and greet with your dog before your time away to discuss any special needs or care that your dog may require! I currently live in a house with a large privacy fenced backyard for dogs to roam around and get exercise. Whether we are playing fetch or tug of war, there is always something to keep your pup entertained.

About: Hello! I grew up in New Jersey and have called Georgia home for the last 8 years. As early as I can remember, I’ve loved being around animals of all shapes and sizes. I bond easily with most animals because I am a kind, calm, and confident person. My friends call it a nurturing spirit because countless times I have been to a gathering or party and someone's pet decided that I was their new best friend. When I started living on my own in Atlanta, I decided it was time to adopt my first pets as an adult. I adopted two seniors who still had so much love to share. Their names were Brittanica (the cat) and Roberta (the dog). Both were diagnosed with chronic illnesses that required IV fluids and maintenance medications that had to be given on particular schedules. With advice from their care team, I made sure that each interaction for treatment was a positive experience. Sometimes I pulled out all the stops with treats, bundling them in a blanket, and setting up a soothing environment. If your pet requires such treatments, written notes would be appreciated so I can reference the process as much as possible. My current pets are younger than my first two and keep me on my toes! We have a lot of fluffy fun as Stellaluna is a sweetheart, longhaired domestic cat and Sir Waddles Von Wigglebutt is a very friendly, laid back corgi. We have a good routine where the first thing we do when we wake up is pre-breakfast cuddle time! There have been times where we’ve needed to be flexible and eat breakfast first though. My day-to-day is structured so that I can get steps in with Waddles and I can set up enrichment activities for his working dog nature. Often you’ll see us with the Atlanta Corgi group so he can be a social butterfly. If the weather isn’t great or I have a deadline to meet at work, he’ll stay home and do puzzles. Other hobbies that fit in my schedule include playing DND or board games, doing dog training classes with Waddles, and watching TV with Stella. When it comes to taking care of your pets, I will make sure that we keep to the routine they’re most familiar with too! We’ll do videos and pics as much as we can during the visit. My goal with each visit is that your pet is treated well and feels like they’re getting their own vacation even though they’ll be missing you. I work in the film industry in post production and I work remotely from home. I will have plenty of time to play and check on your furry friend for scheduled appointments. When I do not have an active contract, I enjoy taking longer walks and playing with your pet extra with your pet. To guarantee more than 30 minutes of play time, please book my 60 min visits. Safety is a top priority when I am taking care of animals. Regardless of how well trained a pet is, they are animals and are unpredictable at times. For that reason, when walking your dog, I will make sure that it is on leash unless we are in your fenced yard. If your dog is staying over with me, a crate is necessary so they have their own space where they’re safe when I’m not home. I do have a cat so if your dog is not cat friendly, we will not be able to work together. I believe in strong communication and transparency. While with your fuzzy friend, I will send you updates and photos through the app!

About: I grew up in an animal-loving home and have cared for dogs, cats, rabbits, lizards, and rodents. I have worked as a kennel tech at an emergency vet, volunteered at animal shelters walking dogs and socializing cats, and have volunteered at a local wildlife center for over 5 years. Right now, I have 2 amazing dogs and foster kittens for Dekalb County Animal Services. I strive to offer enriching and engaging pet care services, whether that includes going on walks, playing in the park, or staying home and playing or giving scritches. I also pride myself in staying up-to-date with pet care methods. I can administer medication, provide simple grooming services (bath and brush), and provide small animal care. I have a soft spot for senior dogs and understand that they can have extra needs. My schedule is flexible and can accommodate you and your pet's needs. I am currently job hunting and fill my time with child-care and pet-care jobs, and I keep my availability calendar up to date and always strive to provide as much advance notice as possible for any changes. I will follow your pet's typical routines as closely as possible while building trust and comfort. My priority is providing engaging and safe care and caring for pets as if they're my own.
“It’s our last week with Solange and we are so sad. I would not have stopped if we didn’t move. She has so been attentive and caring with my dog on walks for the past year. Takes the cutest pics which is a plus. She's been flexible when possible and always has good communication. Would recommend her services in a heartbeat.”

“Charleah has been helping take care of Layla for a while now, and she is the best! She is always on time, communicative and Layla absolutely lovers her! Highly recommend her to anyone who is looking for a great person that both you and your dog will love!”

About: I’ve been caring for dogs on and off for more than 10 years, helping family, friends, and neighbors whenever they need a reliable extra hand. I genuinely enjoy spending time with dogs and making sure they feel comfortable, safe, and well cared for while their owners are away. I live in a dog-friendly neighborhood with plenty of space for walks, as well as a large fenced-in backyard that’s perfect for playtime and exercise. I’m also close to several scenic walking trails and dog parks, giving your pup plenty of opportunities for outdoor fun and enrichment. While I don’t currently have a dog of my own, I regularly spend time with my brother and sister-in-law’s dogs when they visit. This has given me experience with a variety of personalities, energy levels, and care needs. I also have a designated space available for a crate if your dog uses one, helping them feel secure and at home during their stay. Please note that I work in the office Monday through Wednesday and am not home during standard business hours. If your dog requires constant supervision or cannot comfortably be left alone during those workdays, I may not be the best fit. However, for independent dogs who are comfortable with a hybrid work schedule, I’m happy to provide a safe, loving environment with plenty of attention before and after work. While I am not home Mon - Wed, I make sure every dog in my care receives plenty of attention, exercise, and affection before and after work. My day starts with a morning potty break followed by breakfast (for pups who eat twice a day). Before leaving for work, I ensure your dog is comfortable and settled in for the day. Once I’m home, the focus is entirely on them. Evenings include another potty break, dinner, playtime, and a walk around the neighborhood. I believe regular exercise and outdoor time are essential for a dog’s well-being, so I make it a priority to provide opportunities for physical activity and mental stimulation. On weekends, WFH days and days off, I can offer additional walks, backyard playtime, and plenty of one-on-one attention. My goal is to provide a safe, comfortable environment where your dog feels at home while you’re away. I care for pets in my home by making sure all potential hazards are put away, since I know how curious fur babies can be. When I’m home, I keep a close eye on them while also giving them the freedom to explore and relax as they need.

About: I’ve had dogs and taken care of them since I was very young. I love all animals. And I can not wait to meet some new furry friends. I’m currently unemployed so I have plenty of time to care for your animals. I’m available to take the fur babies on walks whenever you need. I have a very friendly dog that is completely house trained. I can crate your animal, walk them, pay with them. Anything you need for them to be comfortable I can do.
“When I tell you she is absolutely amazing I mean it !! Not only did she put a puffer jacket on my dog when it was below 30 degrees outside without me saying anything ,she treated my dog like he was hers . I would hire her over and over again .”

“Our senior mid-life rescue gets a little depressed when we leave for a bit. Alayna was great w him! She sent us photos, was on time & gave us great notes. I get a little anxious when I leave him & she helped me feel more relaxed about the day-to-day & our dog warmed up to her quickly.”

“Katie was awesome! She sent great photos and updates and it looked like Paisley was getting lots of love and attention! We also appreciated her communication and flexibility. We would definitely book again!”

EC”

“Manuela was amazing. She communicated every day with updates about our pup, Otis. She shared pictures and videos and we genuinely felt he was in great hands. He was a happy boy with Manuela and we will definitely use her again in the future.”

“Thank you so much, Lauren! Our two dogs (both pit mixes and 60+ lbs) loved their stay. Our baby (3 yr old) wouldn't eat at first and Lauren tried multiple bowls and got her to do so :) They got all the snuggles, all the play, all the good times. Loved the pics, video, and updates! Will definitely be having them stay with Lauren again.”

“He took great care of my dog and provided daily updates. I was comfortable he was in good hands. His husky mix is adorable and played well with my dog. I booked a 2nd stay.”

“Thank you Trinise for going above and beyond in making us comfortable while leaving our family pet, Eboni with you. Thank you for sending so many pictures and for entertaining all of the phone calls. You were so gracious and polite.”

“Ayelet is a gem. I’ve heard some tough stories about Rover, so we did an interview first and knew she would be a great fit. My pup loves her and Luke, and she’s really made it his home away from home. Thank you again!!!”

“Denver always looks like he’s having so much fun, it’s like he’s on his own vacation whenever he is at Deanna’s!! Thanks for always taking great care of him :)”

“Isabella is just the best. Pear loves spending time with her and Ollie. While in Isabella’s care, I always receive frequent updates and pictures. It’s such a relief knowing when I’m out of town that Pear is somewhere that she’s excited to be!”

“Freeman is a wonderful sitter! My senior dog Nala was happy and well cared for. He was flexible with my drop off and pick up times and even sent us home with a bone and a fresh bag of treats. I highly recommend and I will definitely be using his services again!”

“Thank you for taking such great care of my dogs and providing me updates along the way. As you know I was pretty nervous because my pit bulls are so important to me and this was my first time leaving them. Blessings and many thanks again.”

“I couldn’t speak more highly of Jalil. He is not only flexible, but very professional and has a clear love and passion for dogs. He kept my dog safe, happy, exercised and in good health for the duration of my trip. Jalil is really really great.”

“Honey had an AMAZING time with Melissa and I loved all the photos and updates. So thrilled that Honey got to play with her Zoey and make a new friend while we were out”

“Simply cannot say enough good things about Carla. Such a kind and thoughtful person with great concern for pets. Followed instructions for our reactive pup to a tee and even helped us by taking him home. We had an amazing experience and will be booking with her in the future. 10/10. Will recommend her to all of our friends!”

About: I have fostered several dogs from PAWS Atlanta in my home & i'm a regular volunteer at that shelter. I love all the puppers but over the years I have specialized in caring for the seniors and the pittie mixes. I work from home full time with a lot of conference calls. My block is great for walking and there are several parks for longer walks near my home. I have a fenced-in backyard. I never give dogs people food, but i keep a wide variety of doggie treats. Dogs are not allowed on the human furniture but I have a lot of good size dog beds in my home.
“Douglas was super understanding when our flight plans changed due to weather. Our dog is very happy, and we appreciated the photo updates. The house is great for dogs with a big lot, and Douglas is an attentive sitter.”
