“Diana went above and beyond with her care of Kenobi. My pup can get a little nervous at some homes he’s stayed in, but with Diana he came home relaxed and calm. She not only sent frequent pictures as requested but did a few little extras I wasn’t expecting to care for some tattered toys and bedding. Great stay for my little guy!”
“Our second time having our dog stay with them and they were great again! Always stayed in touch with us and sent us pictures. Also let us know if she was having any issues. Our dog always has a blast when she stays there. Would highly recommend booking them!”

“Amazing stay with Alicia. Our baby Elsa was left for about a week which is the longest she’s been away from us. Alicia made sure she updated us with pictures and messages on how she was doing. Elsa was really comfortable throughout the time and I think Maddie helped with that too. Thank you Alicia! Will definitely recommend and rebook with you :) .”

I really appreciated that he was very understanding of Calliope's needs and wanted to make sure she was as comfortable as possible. I highly recommend his services.”

About: Hi! I'm Charli, and I've been caring for animals in both a professional and personal capacity for several years. I've worked as a bather, groomer, daycare, and veterinary clinic professional for over 5 years, and have experience with all of the following animals: dogs (all sizes), cats, ferrets, guinea pigs, rats, fish, pigs, lizards, birds, & more! I most enjoy house sitting, dog walking, and daytime care, and I am able to travel to the further parts of the Tallahassee metro area upon request. For overnight animal guest needs, I have a home in the Astoria Park area of Tallahassee with a big fenced back yard and 5 animals of my own (2 cats, 2 dogs, and 1 ferret). All of our animals are great with other pets and love to meet new friends. If needed, we can also set up a room your pet can have all to themselves. Pet care is my everyday priority! My fiancée works full time from home, allowing me to devote my time to giving our pets and others' pets the care and attention they need (and deserve). I take pet care very seriously and am very attuned to animals' body language. As a veterinary worker, I have been trained to handle any situation in a calm and collected manner. Additionally, I like to ensure proper nutrition, adequate play time and potty breaks, and down time/quiet time when pets are feeling overwhelmed.
“Ashley did a great job keeping my lil Luna. I didn’t receive many updates, but I was so busy that I didn’t notice. Luna came back happy and she had a few friends to play with, which she loves. I will use Ashley again in the future.”

“Morgan was a great cat sitter. She's super professional, quick to respond to messages, and experienced, so she was confident handling my cat's medicine. I felt at ease leaving my cats in her care.”

“Louisa did an amazing job! I have a kitty with special care/feeding instructions that require attention to detail that she followed perfectly. She also took great care of my home and provided updates on everything as I away. I could tell she genuinely cares about animals just from our initial meet & greet too. I always get so nervous leaving my cat when I go on trips but Louisa absolutely earned my trust and I will be booking with her again in the future for sure as long as she’s still pet sitting. Thank you so much again :)”

“Can't recommend Jordan highly enough. She clearly loves animals, and she did a great job of taking care of The Bandit and keeping us updated. Will definitely be booking again :)”

I would highly recommend Katherine to anyone looking for a reliable and compassionate pet sitter.”

I would recommend her to absolutely anyone! 5 stars all day long!”

About: I remember taking care of some family friends cats since I was little and sadly I had a bad experience that tainted them for me. Recently I’ve met some awesome ones that have completely changed my opinion between long stays and short stays for watching cats, I love watching them grow closer and more comfortable with me! Earning their friendship is like cloud nine and I’d love to make more cat friends!
“Katherine has been awesome! This has been super easy and she has taken such great care of my babies, has been on time each visit and sends pictures. Highly recommend her!”

About: I trained canine assistance dogs for 9 months and have over 25 years of experience. I’m very good with all types and personalities when it comes to our furry companions Working on switching my career path right now since there is a shift to corporate medicine in animal hospitals and as support staff I lost the feeling of being supported, or properly compensated myself. I recently started watching my neice from 6-4 Monday through Friday. Sometimes I will do delivery driving at night, but only if that is ok with you! I also have my medical marijuana card. Despite that review that says I agreed not to, I have never negotiated this. I’m an anxious, insomniac with cyclical vomiting syndrome. Some days I would not be ok without it🥺 I apologize if that does not work for anybody, but one must take care of themselves before they can care for others. This actually isn’t lucrative enough with my schedule. I ONLY do this because animals are my passion!!! Feel free to ask me any questions at all! I really am an open book! I have a 3/3 townhouse set up with lots of room for walks. Unfortunately there is no fence, but it is a very pet friendly environment.

“I was traveling and needed to someone for my furbaby to stay while we were out and about. I felt very comfortable leaving my furbaby Clyde with Sarah. Nice home with fenced yard and very sweet pooch of her own. Would definitely book again.”
About: I have had dogs my entire life. We adopted Frankie in June 2025. He’s very dog friendly. Frankie is about 45 pounds. He is pretty energetic and can play rough so we’d do best with dogs his size or larger that match his energy and play style. We are a pretty active household. We like to spend time in the backyard and go for walks around the neighborhood or on the trails. I typically work from home so your dog won’t be alone for long. We have done a lot of training since getting Frankie. I’ve become very knowledgeable on training and dog behaviors. I am certainly no expert, but you can trust will we care for your fur baby as if they were our own. If there are behaviors or training you are working on, I will be happy to continue that during their stay. Contact me for any additional information! I primarily work from home so I have the flexibility to accommodate most needs. We tend to walk in the morning and evening with a midday potty break and play. You can trust I will follow any and all care instructions you provide for your dog. You know what’s best for them and I understand the importance of that. I will be sure to follow your typical routine so your dog is as comfortable as possible.

“Judith was wonderful. We needed a last minute dog sitter and Judith responded quickly. She welcomed Dakota into her home and treated her like her own. We definitely will book again…. Thanks Judith for loving our baby…”

About: I've cared for furry friends since I could walk. My family raised me in an environment where caring for animals was a form of education, and one I'm happy to share every day. I own a business that operates in a seasonal fashion. This affords me the opportunity to be available where most aren't. Whether that be for day visits and walks, or night time check ins. My home is great for dogs. My old boy loves company. He's very gentle. I have access to walking trails as well. I am happy to accommodate for kennel trained or non-kennel trained.
About: I’ve taken care of different pets since I was 7 years old. I have experience taking care of house pets, farm animals, and exotic pets. I recently completed my Masters of Public Health and working full time. My schedule is very flexible throughout the week. I own a dog myself, so I am always willing to make time to take care of somebody’s else pet as if it was my own. I enjoy building a connection with the pet first. I want the pet to know that I am not a threat to them and that they can rely on me to support and take care of them. I am detail oriented, which allows me to provide the pet assurance of being in good hands.
“Cooper had a fantastic time with Ainla! We received abundant updates of his activities, including some fetching and some much-needed brushing. Our furry monster is quite active, and Ainla did a great job wearing him out with exercise. He is looking forward to another visit with Ainla next weekend!”

About: (my prices listed are negotiable, every situation is different, so please still feel free to message me, and we can work something out)I LOVE Animals, I'm an Animal Activist, I'm a Vegetarian, I'm always the girl who pulls over to chase a loose dog, let them stay with me until I find their owner, I keep cat food in my car to feed stray cats..animals are just my life. Aside from my 10 month old angel. I'm married and have 2 cats, but they won't be a problem, there's plenty of space for them to be in, when I have your pets over. I'm very trustworthy, I have a clean background, I have a valid Driver's License and car. I am doing this, because I could really use the extra money. And this is perfect for me, animals are my passion. I'd love to watch your babies, while you're at work, so they don't have to be home alone all day. Although any service works for me. Thanks! ʘ‿ʘ I'm a stay at home Momma, so I could definitely be flexible to take care of your Angels. I can make a lot of situations work. No smoke in our house, 2 sweet cats, my 10 month old baby is perfect, my Husband works a lot, so I'd just be taking care of a bunch of Angels all day, and that's what I'm great at.

Please feel free to ask me any questions and I look forward to meeting ... As summer is almost upon us, I know many of you are planning vacations. If you need a house and or pet-sitter during your away time, please, write to me. I do not always use rover to conduct payments but am happy to use the site if you prefer. About: I am 37 years old and have cared for pets over the years but done Rover/Professional dog sitting for roughly 5 and a half years now. I worked as a traveling salesman for a few years so I unfortunately wasn’t able to have a pet(it would’ve been more difficult) but I stayed at many airbnbs that had cats/dogs and I have many friends who have let me keep their pets for them over the years. I had a pet snake for about 7 years(Rosey Boa). I can care for any and all animals including fish and reptiles. I'm not afraid of Tarantulas and birds are ok too. I only work part-time so I am pretty available to help your pet. I am happy to take dogs on walks, dog park visits, and I am an avid hiker so if you think your dog would enjoy a nature walk I can bring plenty of water and show them the great outdoors. I do not have a fully fenced in yard. I live in an apartment complex but I live on an end unit and currently I do not have roommates so I am happy to have pets to keep me company. Theres plenty of places to walk the dogs around my complex and as long as they’ll get along and are housebroken I am able to host multiple pets. Cats are ok too. I love exotics like reptiles and tarantulas as well. Ferrets and other furry friends are also ok. I can do house sitting and I am open to long term stays in other people's homes. Please let me know if your pet has any special needs and I can accommodate that. I have experience with elderly dogs. I can easily take your dog for walks or to the dog park if that's allowed. I do keep multiple dogs sometimes but if your dog isn't friendly with other dogs I can easily make arrangements especially if it's multiple dogs. I like to take the dogs on frequent walks and sometimes I watch movies/TV with pets in the evening. Do go ahead and send me a request! What are you waiting for? I promise the only thing I will fail to do is disappoint you! I'm working part-time so I generally am available to keep your dog/pet company however if you have the kind of pet that can't go more than 3 hours or so being alone I cannot do that. Occasionally I have to leave the house and do errands. I have everything needed at my house for dogs. You would just have to bring food, leash/harness and treats. I have crates, bowls, toys and everything else needed. I don't have a fenced in yard but there are many areas where the dog can walk and play around here. I don't have any other dogs of my own currently.
“Diane was so welcoming and friendly. It was the first I had left my dog, Bijoux, with a stranger but she put me right at ease. Bijoux loved playing with Diane's son. Diane sent me some cute pictures of them playing. I am already looking at booking future dates for Bijoux with Diane.”

“I have a senior dog with special needs. Kate asked intelligent appropriate questions to evaluate if she and Matthew would be a good fit to ensure my dog was not a risk to himself, their home, or other dogs, and how to best meet his needs by understanding his behaviors. Once we agreed to a trial day care day. I was impressed with the care provided and my dog was very comfortable and happy being there. Kate sent photos and updates and was quickly responsive to my questions. Their dogs and teens are good companions to the client dogs, the house is dog-friendly in comfort and safety with all non-chewable temptations stowed away, and their spacious fenced yard provides stimulation and exercise. With a dog-friendly pool, they are hitting the pet resort level for my Boykin! They have earned our trust and respect as dog care providers, and we are grateful to have found them!”

About: What sets me apart from other pet sitters is my hands-on experience with dogs of all breeds, ages, sizes, and backgrounds through my work with a dog rescue. I’ve cared for puppies who need basic training, senior dogs requiring extra patience and attention, and rescues with unique behavioral needs. This has given me the skills to handle a variety of situations with compassion and confidence, ensuring every pet feels safe and loved in my care. I also have had dogs my whole life, and I currently have 4 very spoiled dogs, 2 of which are foster fails 🫶🏼 My schedule is flexible & I’m always happy to work with you to discuss the time and care your pet needs! I work early morning hours, and my shifts are typically around 4 hours. Outside of that, I pet sit full time! Whenever I’m not busy with my part time job or pet sitting for my clients, I spend my time volunteering at a local rescue. My goal is to provide a safe, stress-free, home like environment for every dog in my care. Before each stay, I like to learn your pup’s routine, personality, and needs so they can feel as comfortable as possible. For the safety of all dogs, boarding guests are kept separate from my personal dogs. Your dog will receive plenty of one-on-one attention, potty breaks, exercise, and affection throughout their stay. I treat every guest like family and strive to make their time away from home as enjoyable as possible. I can also administer medications if applicable.
“Communication was great. At drop-off I truly felt my pup was in great hands. Sent pictures throughout the day to let me know how everything was going. Definitely will be a returning client.”

About: I’ve been taking care of dogs since I was 13 years old, so I’m very experienced with their needs and routines. I’m dependable, patient, and treat every dog like my own. Being a student athlete has taught me responsibility, consistency, and time management. I plan my days carefully, so I always have time for walks, feeding, playtime, and giving pets the attention they need. I treat every pet like my own and follow their regular routine with feeding, walks, and playtime. I can also create space for crates in my apartment so pets feel safe and comfortable.

About: I’ve been pet sitting for family for years now and figured it’s time to branch out the business. I live alone, have a large back yard and a nice park nearby my house. I would pet sit at times when I am available to and take on pets in a manner that makes logistical sense for me and my schedule. I check on them and look for any signs of obvious discomfort or distress. Make sure they have time to use the bathroom/clean litter box and water. Most animals will try and communicate to you what they need, so it’s good to follow the routines they have at home and interpret what they need and at what time.

About: I love all animals and have experience with animals with minor medical needs (ie. pills, shots, creams, etc). I have 2 dogs and am a 4x foster with LCHS with three of them being medical foster puppies. I also have 6 cats who have all come from different situations and back rounds. I excel at following your pets schedule and needs. I commonly house sit for a 100+ lb dog and am more than willing to watch your dog at my home as long as they are good with other dogs and cats. I work a full time job M-F but am able to do lunchtime potty breaks. If you are interested in booking over weekdays it would be best that your fur baby can be alone for 4 hour increments. If your pet is people/pet friendly and you approve I am able to bring dogs to my office space. We do not have a fenced yard but live in a very walkable area. Our dogs are crate trained and we have no problem crating your fur baby or leaving them out per your preference.

About: I've taken care of dogs and cats for the last 8 years, on and off. I have availability on days where I don't have classes to tend to your pet care needs! I live in a smoke free, clean 2x2 apartment. I care for pets in my home by making sure they are safe from any dangerous objects, feeding consistently at a certain schedule, and making sure pets are monitored.
“Hailey is great with my girls. She’s knowledgeable and consistent. She follows instructions perfectly and always on time. She treats my girls with alot of care and respect. I’m satisfied with her service. She’s helping me alot as someone working full time with a senior dog and a young energetic staffy. Thank you!”

About: I’ve loved animals my whole life and have grown up surrounded by pets of all kinds. I currently have three cats and one dog, so I’m very comfortable caring for different personalities and needs. I’m home for the summer and looking to spend my time doing something I genuinely enjoy—taking care of animals! Whether your pet loves long walks, playtime, cuddles, or just having someone reliable around, I’ll make sure they feel safe, happy, and loved while you’re away. I treat every pet like they’re my own and can’t wait to meet your furry family members! 🐾 Pet care is already a big part of my daily routine. I currently care for my three cats and one dog every day, making sure they’re fed, exercised, played with, and given plenty of attention. Since I’m home for the summer, I have a flexible schedule that allows me to dedicate extra time to caring for other pets as well. I enjoy being active and spending time with animals, so fitting walks, drop-in visits, or overnight care into my routine comes naturally. I love making sure every pet feels comfortable, safe, and cared for while their owners are away. I always make it a priority to care for pets as if they were my own. In a client’s home, I follow their pet’s normal routine as closely as possible, including feeding schedules, walks, playtime, medications (if needed), and plenty of love and attention. I know that keeping pets on their regular routine helps them feel comfortable and reduces stress while their owners are away. If I’m caring for pets in my own home, they’ll have a safe, clean, and loving environment with lots of supervision, playtime, and opportunities to relax. I make sure they always have fresh water, regular potty breaks, exercise, and plenty of affection. I also pay close attention to each pet’s personality and needs, whether they enjoy being active or prefer a calm, quiet space. My goal is to make every pet feel happy, comfortable, and cared for throughout their stay.

About: To start off I work at a veterinary hospital as a veterinary technician. I know how to administer medications both liquid and pills. I even know how to give insulin considering my own dog has to have it. I love animals and it is my passion to help and care for them. I work full time Monday through Friday but I do have availability after 5:30pm for walks and playtime. Saturday and Sundays I am fully available at anytime for housesitting, walks, and playtime. Because of the knowledge that I have from working at an animal hospital, I am very good at reading body language for both dogs and cats. When my own animals are starting to feel a certain way I will give them their space until they come to me and our ready to play again. If I am taking dogs for walk I always will keep them on a leash unless it is in a fenced backyard where a leash is not needed. I will follow whatever rules the clients have for their pets.

“I completely trust Madelyn to care for my dog Charlie. He loves her family and their dog Penny! Madelyn is great to communicate with and easy going. She kept me updated during Charlie’s stay and shared photos which allowed us to enjoy our trip with full confidence that our dog was well taken care of.”

“Nilanie did a great job watching our dog, Lola, while we were out of town for a few days. She sent adorable photos everyday of our pup and provided consistent updates on how she was adjusting. Definitely recommend!”

“Franceska & Daniel were awesome sitters! They were very good at communicating and Chop took a liking to them very quick. I was very happy with knowing Chop always had company and not just in a cage, that left me comfort to continue to book with them especially because they treated chop as if he were their own and was just as happy caring for him.”

“Ayana and family watched our two dogs for a weekend. Communication and timely responses along with photos. Our dogs seemed quite content with their stay. It worked out great for our family.”

“Reymun was fantastic. He was diligent about sending updates and had a pleasant and calm demeanor that took the stress out of a last-minute booking.

“First time leaving my dog Thor with Aubrey. She’s great! Kept me up to date communicating how he was doing, sending pictures and videos. She’s responsible and accommodating. I like that she set up a meet and greet right away to ensure the doggies would get along. Asked question about his care and daily routines. I will definitely bring back my dog. Thank you so much for great care of my doggie. ?”

“DeAndre did an outstanding job taking care of our cat, Jayce, while we were away. He made sure Jayce was well cared for and gave us complete peace of mind by sending regular photo and video updates throughout the stay. It was clear that he genuinely cared about Jayce and treated him like his own. We really appreciated the excellent communication and attention to detail. We wouldn’t hesitate to book DeAndre again and highly recommend him to anyone looking for a reliable and caring pet sitter!”

“Grachel was very friendly and extremely reliable! I was super comfortable leaving Bella because of her knowledge and experience in caring for dogs. I'm pleased to say that Grachel treated my fur baby like her own and I have no doubt that she treats all her stays the same. Plus Grachel has the sweetest dog Lucy who got along well with Bella and kept her company during her stay, so she wasn't to lonely. I'll be using her services again in the future.”

“We made arrangements to leave our dogs with Byron and his wife for the week. They have a fenced in yard that is great for the dogs. Our dogs were droped off. Byron was able to send pictures letting us know how our dogs were. They were well taken care of. We picked them and they were all happy. I would leave them with byron and his wife anytime.”
