She literally saved my weekend plans from crumbling: I needed to take a trip out of town, and the buses don’t allow dogs onboard. Sophia demonstrably enjoyed her stay at Diana’s and got along very well with her friends and her daughter. She was fed well and given plenty of space in the backyard to play. About: I have had dogs my entire life. We adopted Frankie in June 2025. He’s very dog friendly. Frankie is about 45 pounds. He is pretty energetic and can play rough so we’d do best with dogs his size or larger that match his energy and play style. We are a pretty active household. We like to spend time in the backyard and go for walks around the neighborhood or on the trails. I typically work from home so your dog won’t be alone for long. We have done a lot of training since getting Frankie. I’ve become very knowledgeable on training and dog behaviors. I am certainly no expert, but you can trust will we care for your fur baby as if they were our own. If there are behaviors or training you are working on, I will be happy to continue that during their stay. Contact me for any additional information! I primarily work from home so I have the flexibility to accommodate most needs. We tend to walk in the morning and evening with a midday potty break and play. I’m very good with all types and personalities when it comes to our furry companions Working on switching my career path right now since there is a shift to corporate medicine in animal hospitals and as support staff I lost the feeling of being supported, or properly compensated myself. I recently started watching my neice from 6-4 Monday through Friday. Sometimes I will do delivery driving at night, but only if that is ok with you! I also have my medical marijuana card. Despite that review that says I agreed not to, I have never negotiated this. I’m an anxious, insomniac with cyclical vomiting syndrome. Some days I would not be ok without it🥺 I apologize if that does not work for anybody, but one must take care of themselves before they can care for others. This actually isn’t lucrative enough with my schedule. I ONLY do this because animals are my passion!!! Feel free to ask me any questions at all! I really am an open book! I can walk dogs and check up on dogs. I do have a flexible schedule and I can find a time that works best. I love my dogs like they are my family and I do spoil them a lot. I love training them and doing anything I can with them.
About: I have grown up with multiple dogs throughout my whole life, and have never not had a dog. I have two dogs back at home that I miss dearly. I have had experience in pet sitting since I was 12 years old and have watched multiple, large, young, old and special needs animals. I will ensure that your fur babies have a safe and loving environment while you are away ! I go to school full time and work part time at a local preschool during the week but I am free on weekends to watch your pets I will make sure that all directions are followed and your home and pet is respected. My partner would be part of the meet and greet should we need to ensure your pets are comfortable and socialized if my visits before and after work do not suffice :) It goes without saying, I will heed whatever tips you have for your pets—they’re your babies after all!!— and I will absolutely make sure their safety and well-being is paramount while in my care! About: Just like you I have always enjoyed having furry friends around. Ever since I was a baby we always had cats roaming around the house. I started horseback riding and have over 100 hours volunteering and caring for the horses around the barn. This encouraged me to start an internship as an animal caregiver at an animal sanctuary in Palm City, FL. There I learned more about animal care, among a wide variety of animals. During this time I was also volunteering at the Humane Society of the Treasure Coast where I have spent over 150+ hours caring for the cats, and finding them furever homes. Now I have started pet sitting and don't regret it at all! While caring for your pet I will insure that they are happy, healthy, and wagging their tail! I am currently a full-time student at Florida State University, so I have a lot on my plate but plenty of time for your critters. I am available most weekdays and weekends. About: Dogs have been a huge part of my life for years, and caring for them is something I have extensive hands-on experience with. My family and I currently have five dogs of different breeds, sizes, ages, and personalities, so I’m very comfortable adapting to the individual needs of each dog. Two of our dogs are rescues that I personally adopted through a North Florida dog rescue that I have been helping run for the past three years. My rescue experience has given me the opportunity to work with hundreds of dogs of all breeds, sizes, ages, temperaments, and backgrounds. I have experience handling everything from puppies and high-energy dogs to large, strong dogs, shy or fearful dogs, and dogs who may need a little extra patience while adjusting to a new environment. Through rescue, I have helped with fostering, daily care, feeding, walking, medication and preventatives, adoption events, transporting dogs, coordinating foster homes, and helping dogs transition from shelters or difficult situations into safe and loving homes. Working in rescue has also taught me how important it is to pay close attention to a dog’s body language, routine, personality, and comfort level. I understand that every dog is different, and I always approach new dogs with patience and allow them to become comfortable with me at their own pace. I’m also very accustomed to following specific feeding schedules, walking routines, household rules, medication instructions, and any other directions an owner provides. In addition to my rescue experience, I previously provided pet care through Rover throughout the summer of 2023. I loved the experience, but took a break when I returned to college in North Florida. Now that I have graduated and am back in Miami permanently, I’m excited to begin offering pet care again! Above all, I know how much trust it takes to leave your dog in someone else’s care. As a lifelong dog owner, rescue volunteer, and dog mom myself, I treat every dog I care for with the same attention, patience, safety, and love that I would want someone to give my own. I have experience in care for cats rangeing from kittens to senior cats. I also have experience with dogs. Living with 3 in the past 15 years. Sizes ranging from medium to large breed. About: I taken care of animals all my life. Fishes, guinea pigs,hamsters, bunnies, dogs, and cats! I even volunteered at an animal shelter for a summer and it was such a great experience!! I will treat your baby like it’s my own💕 Majority of my day ends around 3:30 due to classes but other times it ends before that in the afternoon. I am free on the weekends unless I am traveling out of town! I live in a first floor apartment in a gated community. All dogs are safe to walk around the complex as every dog is required to be leashed. I also have a lock to my room incase I do any animal sitting, so no randoms can come into my room nor apartment.
