My kitties tried giving her a run for her money at first as they wanted to go outside and wouldn’t come back in, so Rachel went the extra mile and upon her own will came multiple times a day some of the days during the 5 day interim of us being away, just so she could let them in/out as they were used to and to give them that extra love and TLC. She even washes out their food/water bowls and made sure the litter box area and the rest of the house was kept up tidy and clean so arriving home it was so nice to have that done for us. She even took the litter garbage out to the cans outside the house so it wouldn’t smell. I really appreciated her attention to detail and genuine love and kindness for animals. About: Hi! I’m a physical therapist during the week and available for dog walking on weekends. I can also help during the week early in the morning. I’ve been around animals my entire life and have experience with dogs of all sizes, ages, and personalities. I’ve cared for many different pets, including dogs, cats, snakes, lizards, and a hedgehog. I previously had a deaf dog with special needs, which taught me patience and how to provide extra care when needed. My german shepherd can be dog/people reactive when on his leash, so that adds to my stress while I am away. Macy showed up for a meet and greet and was well prepared to find out if her and my pup would be a good match. She communicates and responds to requests fast, even last minute ones! I've had dogs since I was a kid, sat for others and fostered for a few weeks as well.
