Due to safety reasons because of the hurricane. I contacted Angie and she immediately responded and we did a meet and greet right away. My dogs loved her and family instantly. She provided multiple daily updates and tons of photos which will be printing out. Lol Leaving your dogs with someone such last min is never easy but Angie surely made it very smooth! Since moving to Florida I haven't had any pets in my home and really miss it, so giving some TLC to someone else's babies would be fun! I have loved and cared for pets for over 20 years. As a child, I had a cat named Bandit and a miniature poodle named Pierre. As an adult I had a mini schnauzer named Buddy although he was 35 pounds, and a rescued pitbull named Lady. In addition, I cared for my daughter’s dogs while they lived with me and attended college, and worked for over five years. They called me Grandma and I cared, loved and played with them, one was a large breed mix named Sadie weighing 90 pounds the other a German Shepherd mix named Pepper. I often walked the three dogs approximately 2 miles about five days a week. I also had two cats, Misty and Sheba. They were mostly outdoor cats but did live indoors with litter boxes for a period of time also, when I nursed Sheba back to health from a broken tail. In addition, I cared for my parents mini schnauzer whenever they traveled out of town. He was diabetic so at times I had to administer shots. Recently I kept two teacup Yorkie terriers, Thelma and Lady for 10 days and then again for seven days. I have a pet friendly home that is smoke-free, I work from home so am readily available to care for your pets. I currently have no pets of my own so having the opportunity to care for someone else’s pet is a joy. I have a screened porch for the animals to enjoy some outdoor sunshine, as well as a backyard that is fenced on three sides. I am hoping to enclose it soon, for the safety of our pet visitors. I have a dog park within two blocks of my home, if your dog is allowed and I thoroughly enjoy walking the animals. I’m incredibly flexible and dedicated to following your exact routine, whether that means high-energy playtime or long walks. I treat every dog as if they were my own and can’t wait to meet yours! I am currently working part-time, which gives me plenty of flexibility and open blocks of time to dedicate to your pups. I usually work nights but not everyday so just reach out! I have one adopted dog who's been with me for a year, and a cat I've had for six years. Because I am a pet owner myself, I know how important it is to maintain your pet's normal routine, keep a close eye on their environment, and ensure all doors, gates, and leashes are completely secure while you are away.
About: I have had animals my entire life and caring for them has always been a huge part of who I am. Over the years, I've cared for pets of all sizes, personalities, and energy levels-from high energy pups who need lots of playtime to older pets who prefer a slower pace and extra TLC. I'm well versed in basic pet first aid and always pay close attention to behavior, appetite, and overall well-being, so you can feel confident your pet is in safe capable hands. I know how important peace of mind is when you're away, and i take that responsibility seriously. At home, I have a very full (and very spoiled) house-one dog, two cats, and a guinea pig- so I'm used to managing different routines personalities and needs. Whether your pet needs long walks, playtime, or just someone to keep them company, I'll treat them like one of my own-with plenty of attention, care and extra belly rubs! This is currently my main focus so i have a completely open schedule to accommodate pet parents that may need me at all hours based on their needs I have access to several dog friendly parks and trails near my home as well as a crew cab truck so even the largest dogs can enjoy a ride. I also keep a dog seatbelt and pet friendly steps in the truck in case anyone needs a little extra hand getting in
About: I have taken care of a variety of animals, featuring fish, cats, and a few different breeds of dogs. I love being active so if you need your dog walked I gotchu. If your pet just needs a bit of loving, I got more than enough love to give to your precious babies. In my life I’ve owned fish, a cat, and currently the cutest white German Shepard. I am more than willing to adapt to whatever special needs your pet has, even as far as spoon feeding them. (Hasn’t happened yet but who knows!) I’ve done pet sitting for multiple neighbors and relatives: fish, frogs, cats (both kittens and a senior), and even a few different breeds of dogs (primarily a golden Labrador). I am happy to be at your service and to get to know your precious beans. I am an artist and need some work on the side of that to get by. Since I have such flexibility, I should be able to show up any time as long as I’m not asleep! I cannot accept pets into my own home as I currently own a dog and don’t want mine or your pet(s) to get stressed by strange animals; however, as far as caring for pets in other people’s homes, I am willing to make as many visits as is necessary. I can also take your pet on walks, clean up if there happens to be a mess (ie: hairball), change litter, clean up dog poop, and more! As of now I don’t offer overnight stays.

I currently have 2 large dogs a female German Shepherd and a Siberian Husky..both very sweet and playful. They just turned 1 and they both love making friends big and small..even cats,, which is hilarious..If you know about these four legged babies, you must know how strong, mellow yet energetic they can get. Literally a handful but the biggest babies ever. I am sure most dogs are, right? But to make this short, we all know that our four legged babies are our helpers, whether emotionally or physically, they keep us feeling loved and content right? How about doing the same for them? You can't find the time. Work is keeping you too busy? This is where I come in. Play, run, potty, walks, even rides I offer. A fun day for my furry friends since I live next to a huge dog park, which is very convenient. And, I am here to help you bring that happy doggie smile and get him or her ready, smiley and happy to see you and just cuddle with you. Both you and your baby satisfied. How about that? I am a full time Bible school student. I have a lot of time after school so I count this as not just my love for animals but my income to support me financially. I have a fenced in yard with a few toys. 8 cuddle, cradle and play tug, catch, and even go running with them from time to time. Baths are on the needed basis. Usually after intense outdoor activities.

When I saw Megan’s profile on Rover, I knew instantly it was the right choice. She sent me several updates throughout each day and provided many pictures and videos, which I really appreciated. I wanted to pick them up at an extremely late time, and she accommodated that as well. She sent my pups home smelling fresh with a new bandana and bow, plus some homemade treats.
