She was incredibly patient, gentle, and attentive to Charlee’s needs (medications), making sure she was comfortable, well cared for, and getting all the extra love senior pups deserve. We really appreciated the updates and knowing she was in such kind, capable hands. It gave us so much peace of mind while we were away. Since we got her as a puppy, she’d never needed to stay with a dog sitter or in boarding, so when we went on our long weekend trip out of town, we were nervous about leaving her with someone. From the beginning, Erica was extremely communicative, so I felt much better at the start with leaving our dog with her. When we went to drop our dog off, Erica and her family made our dog feel as if she was part of the family. She sent photos and text updates throughout the whole weekend while we were gone. We will definitely be asking Erica to watch our dog again when we have to go out of town!”
“Kelly & James are excellent!!! We had to travel urgently and found them just the previous day. Kelly takes time to understand your pet and their needs thoroughly. They looked after our pet very well and kept us updated with texts and pictures. Our pet is very anxious and takes time to get comfortable with new people but our pet did really well with Kelly & James. They are also very good at understanding each pet's temperament and managing them at the same time. They are passionate and genuinely care for the pets. Our pet enjoyed her stay at Kelly & James!! I would highly recommend Kelly & James and would definitely be a repeat customer!!”
