About: I have been side-by-side with dogs (and cats and other animals!) for all my life. When I was a kid, my cocker spaniel, Brandy, and I dove snoot first into learning how to do obedience training, which has guided me in how I care for and look after dogs for all of my life. My brothers and sisters were always 4-legged, and I find that I think animals are the best people. I am currently available most days to take your fur kid(s) on a walk, check in on them, make sure they have all the snuggles they want, and otherwise take care of them! About: I’ve cared for dogs and cats since I was a young girl and truly love being around animals. While I only board dogs in our home, I’m also happy to care for cats in your home.I accept dogs of all ages as long as they are house-trained. As a stay-at-home mom, I have plenty of time to give your dog lots of love, attention, and supervision throughout the day. I enjoy going on walks, and we live near a dog park for pups who like to get out and explore. We’re always careful during feeding times and keep dogs separated to ensure everyone’s safety and comfort. My kids (ages 11 and 15) are confident, gentle caregivers and are great at giving individual attention—especially if your pup is feeling a little unsure while away from you. I also have a dog-proof run that’s accessible through a dog door from our living room, plus a secure backyard where I can play ball and hang out with your dog for extra space to roam. Based on your dog's energy levels and your expectations, I am happy to walk him/her multiple times a day. Your dog has access to the dog run through the dog door. I can let them out into the back yard as well if they need more space or aren't trained to use a dog door. We live close to a dog park that I'd be happy to take your pup to if they love dog parks. We have a 20lb cockapoo who is usually reclusive when we host other dogs. She usually hangs in our room when we have other dogs in the house. I always separate the dogs if we leave to run errands just to be extra careful.

About: I am a healthcare professional who has luxury of working from home. I have been pet sitting for Rover for over five years now. I love the different animals, my dog loves having play-friends, and I know how it hurts my heart when I have to leave my dog for long stretches. I would love to know they are in good hands with a dog lover. That is what I can provide. All animals love me. Plus, I have one labradoodle and two kitties. They love to have visitors! Rest easy knowing your fur baby is not home alone. Will walk, feed breakfast and dinner. I live in Water Valley. Note: I prefer watching other doodle breeds. All dogs must get along with kitties. If you are unsure, and your dog chases rabbits or squirrels, it most likely will not be a good fit. My kitties love playing with the dogs. I work from home so am with the fur babies all day long. We take potty breaks every 2-4 hours. While I’m working, I move the doggy beds to my office so my “assistants” can supervise me 😉 After work we will have play time then later afternoon we might have nap time. Feedings are around 6:00 am and 5:00 pm. We settle down for bed around 9 and wake around 6. We live in an attached home and have a four-foot fence surrounding the yard. Pets will always be supervised while in yard. If you think they will try to jump fence, it may not be a good fit.

If they are used to cuddling on the couch or sleeping in bed, they are more than welcome to do so. However, I am happy to enforce any house rules and boundaries you already have in place. Overall, I maintain a very clean, organized, and pet-proofed home. All trash cans have lids, plants are kept out of reach, and miscellaneous items are never left out where a dog can reach them. I live in a third-floor apartment with no elevator. My home is best suited for dogs who are fully mobile or small enough to be easily carried, as we will need to navigate two flights of stairs for every outing. My apartment complex features a private dog park and plenty of walking paths. I also have access to a community doggy bathing station, which is perfect if your dog requires bathing while in my care.
