I found out I needed surgery in another state at the beginning of the year and didn’t have a lot of time to find someone who could stay in our house and watch our cats. When I had reached out to Amanda, she was incredibly understanding and sympathetic about the situation and agreed to watch our kitties during the duration we were gone. It was the best decision we have ever made and we definitely plan to book with them again if we ever need help in the future or plan to go on vacation. They agreed to stay in our house to watch our kitties the whole time we were gone and even helped us manage a few things when some complications arose during my surgery. Amanda kept in touch to update us on our kitties and the house to let us know how things were going, and sent pictures of the cats consistently to show us how were doing. She even let me FaceTime the kitties while I was in the hospital which made my whole day and helped make the stay better. She went above and beyond for my family and my cats, and helped us to make sure everything at home was taken care of while we were away! The best thing is our cats absolutely loved her and Zach. She would send pictures of all three of our cats lying in their laps or cuddled up by them. They played with our cats and kept them entertained with squirrel/bird videos on the television, and took such amazing care of our precious babies. I can’t thank them enough for everything that they did, they are incredibly amazing people. She also went above and beyond while staying at our house. We have water bowls outside for the wild animals that she would fill up, even though she didn’t have to do it at all and she would check out mail, keep an eye out for packages that may come in, and overall just made sure everything was good in and around our house. If you are looking for an amazing, trustworthy, and kind pet sitter who truly cares about your animals and will take the absolute best care of them and your house, Amanda and her husband Zach are the best people for the job! About: I graduated with a 4.0 in Vet Assisting at PIMA. I've grown up with dogs and cats my whole life. I personally own a 5 year old English Bulldog, a 13 year old cat and my 12 year old leopard gecko has passed. I love animal-loving people, animals and helping them! My dog stays in a crate while I'm away from home and at night. He likes to snuggle every morning. We go to the dog park at least twice a week. About: We are a loving family that have plenty of space and play area for dogs to run and be part of the family. As long as your dog is great with kids and other dogs I would be a great fit! We have a fully unfinished basement with walk out to the backyard we plan to make a doggy play area. If you are in the area and need to feel secure knowing your baby is taken care of than this is the place. Please bring favorite toy, food, treats, bowl, or crate/bedding (if needed). Also please give instructions as to specific care or requirements for your pup. While you are out enjoying all Colorado has to offer, your pup will never know you were gone to long.

About: I have experience with multiple breeds. Collectively i have house trained 7 puppers. My first pup I got to house train was a German shepherd at about age 16. After that, i got to house train my mini poodle and Doberman. When i got my own place i also raised 2 American bully’s and one Australian shepherd. I currently live with a 6 month old Labrador! I am open to all breeds :) I am currently doing online school, i usually work on school 4 hours a day so i have plenty of free time in the early morning, evening, and overnights to help with your pups! At my home dogs dogs are free to roam as they please (minus getting on couch). I am a student so i spend a lot of time at home, so pets will never be left unattended. Water/food is accessible per owners guidances. I have one puppy myself so potty and play seasons are very frequent. In your home i will follow all rules given by you.

I have done insulin shots for a diabetic cat and ACL rehab for a dog. I have done bandages for small wounds from sharp rocks when hiking or a torn nail. Let me know your pups needs! I work for the schools district so only planning to do this in the summer right now! I may continue into next school year, but want to insure I have the time needed for your dog! I am married and the mom of 3 teen age girls who love dogs and want another one. They would love to cuddle, love and play with your dog while in my care! I will take your dog on daily walks with our dog pup and make sure they are happy! Our dog Tulsa loves other dogs and warms up quickly. She loves walks and hikes. She is not food aggressive at all but loves treats! Let me know what your pup needs. Tulsa is crated during our absence and I would prefer to do the same for your pup if we are out. When I am home, Tulsa gets free rein of the main floor and supervision in basement and upstairs for safety. She sleeps in my bedroom and night and I would do the same for your pup, or crate if that’s what you prefer. Tulsa is trained to ask to get on furniture but is sneaky sometimes. If your dog is allowed on furniture, we will allow that on our main sofa, but keep them off our front room sofa - it’s white. I can accommodate special diets and medication, but Tulsa does not have either of those.
