About: I work in education and have summers (and holiday stretches) off. My dog recently passed away. He was a large / elderly / mobility-assisted / diapered / blind / medicated dog I had adopted almost 8 years ago. I had adopted a hospice dog in 2023 as well - she was a large breed with multiple cancers, so I am also familiar with that type of end of life care. I love dogs. I have used Rover often and now I would love the chance to use our empty home this summer to pet sit for others! I have an open summer! I work in education and have summers off. I do not have a schedule that I must adhere to. This is a flexible time for me. There are no other pets in our home. I know this is important for some to feel content with their pet being cared for, so this might fill a need that is harder to find!

My most recent dog lived until 13.5 years and needed extra love and care. I work from home, so all dogs will get personal, full time care at any time of the day or night. So long as your dog doesn't want to eat them, we're good. I can also feed and exercise horses if you need that service. I work from home. Will began training dogs for Assistant Dogs of America at a young age and has successfully fostered, trained, and placed several dogs through the program.
