About: I started cat-sitting around age 12. Neighbors/family friends. I grew up with around 5-6 cats at all times who were family! Before Rover, I worked for a professional pet-sitting company for 7-years. Many of those jobs included Cats. I am used to the individual/unique needs of each cat, as I know most of them are picky lol. Mine included!! I would love it if your Cat is a lap cat as mine aren't. About: I work in education and have summers (and holiday stretches) off. My dog recently passed away. He was a large / elderly / mobility-assisted / diapered / blind / medicated dog I had adopted almost 8 years ago. I had adopted a hospice dog in 2023 as well - she was a large breed with multiple cancers, so I am also familiar with that type of end of life care. I love dogs. About: I grew up with two border collies, three cats, and a parrot (a lot i know) they have all since passed BUT I have a ton of experience letting out pets and house sitting for friends when needed! About: I’ve taken care of my own pets as well as family and friends my entire life whether it was for vacation, because my parents were working, etc. I am happy to take care of any babies as I love animals and just want to spread the love! I’m currently working 3 days out of the week over at Walmart because I’m taking real estate licensing courses. From the first time we met with her she was welcoming, and made me feel very at ease with leaving our dogs with her. It was evident they were well taken care of, enjoyed lots of outdoor activity time, and lots of cuddles! Loved getting pictures every day showing how much fun they were having. Both dogs came home EXHAUSTED, which we know means they had a great time!”

About: I work in education and have summers (and holiday stretches) off. My dog recently passed away. He was a large / elderly / mobility-assisted / diapered / blind / medicated dog I had adopted almost 8 years ago. I had adopted a hospice dog in 2023 as well - she was a large breed with multiple cancers, so I am also familiar with that type of end of life care. I love dogs. I have used Rover often and now I would love the chance to use our empty home this summer to pet sit for others! I have an open summer! I work in education and have summers off. I do not have a schedule that I must adhere to. This is a flexible time for me. There are no other pets in our home. I know this is important for some to feel content with their pet being cared for, so this might fill a need that is harder to find!
