About: I am new to Rover but not new to pet or house sitting in general. I have sat dogs and cats while family and friends have gone on extended vacations. I am fully background checked (teacher by trade). I love to go on walks and am great with consistency/expectations if your dog is in a training program. I am a teacher who is off for the summer with no vacation plans! I can dedicate a lot of time to checking on your cat or taking care of your dog. Dogs will have the run of the downstairs and opportunities for backyard play during the day but will be expected to stay crated/in pen at night. Feedings happen on the schedule you provide and dogs will get at least two walks a day. Doggos will be treated like they belong in my house. If interested in drop ins for cat care, I will play with your cat, provide pets and head scritches, check on food and water, and remove litter box waste. It is important to me that your pets feel safe and that their routine isn’t disrupted too much. So a meet and greet for us to both feel comfortable about your pet’s care is a must!

After an intro meeting, day long sit and then a 2 night stay, we knew she was ready for a 9 night stay. About: I have had pets for most of my life. My family and I currently have one very playful dog, two cats and a bearded dragon. I, along with my family, have cared for family, friends and neighbors pets for several years now. I work from home, usually only leaving during the day for a few minutes in the afternoon for school pickups (most days I take my dog with me) or the occasional quick errand. About: I am new to Rover but not new to pet or house sitting in general. I have sat dogs and cats while family and friends have gone on extended vacations. I am fully background checked (teacher by trade). I love to go on walks and am great with consistency/expectations if your dog is in a training program. I am a teacher who is off for the summer with no vacation plans! I can dedicate a lot of time to checking on your cat or taking care of your dog. Dogs will have the run of the downstairs and opportunities for backyard play during the day but will be expected to stay crated/in pen at night. Feedings happen on the schedule you provide and dogs will get at least two walks a day. Doggos will be treated like they belong in my house. If interested in drop ins for cat care, I will play with your cat, provide pets and head scritches, check on food and water, and remove litter box waste. It is important to me that your pets feel safe and that their routine isn’t disrupted too much. So a meet and greet for us to both feel comfortable about your pet’s care is a must!
“I would leave more than 5⭐️ if it was possible this couple Robert and Andrea took care of my dog as if it was their own. I have an English bulldog. They cleaned his face. They fed him. They made sure he was safe. They sent me pictures of my dog over the four days each night I could see he was safe I will use them again whenever I need them.”

“Evan was great! Our normal dog sitter cancelled right before our planned trip. In a frenzy, I came across the Rover app and gave it a try! Evan accepted our booking request even though we were booking at the very last minute! By last minute, I mean we dropped our dog, Jack, off at his house within 1/2 hour of booking! Evan and his family were very kind and our dog got on well with the other two dogs in the house. We received pictures and updates throughout the stay which made us feel better about leaving our pup with someone we didn’t know. I would book with Evan again!”

“Erin is a very kind, caring, and professional pet sitter. I have a young puppy, and she took amazing care of Luna during her overnight stay. Not only is Erin knowledgeable about pet care, but she also went above and beyond to make sure Luna felt safe, comfortable, and loved while we were away. Since Luna is still a puppy and can be nervous in new environments, Erin took extra time to help her adjust. She even created a cozy sleeping space and set up a crate for her, which made a huge difference. Erin’s home is very pet-friendly, clean, safe, and well-organized, with everything needed to care for animals properly. I felt completely at ease knowing Luna was in such good hands. Honestly, Erin is one of the best pet sitters we’ve had so far, and I would highly recommend her to anyone looking for someone trustworthy and caring to look after their pets. ☺️🫶🏼🐾”

About: I have personal experience caring for two dogs, including one who lived to be 16 years old, so I understand the patience and attention senior dogs may need. I also regularly dog-sit for relatives and have cared for dogs of many different breeds, sizes, and personalities. I’m a college student currently on summer break, so I’m home throughout the day and have plenty of time to give pets attention and care. I have reliable transportation and am available on weekdays after 10 a.m. I have a secure fenced yard and a small-to-medium crate available if needed. My neighborhood is quiet and comfortable for walks, with several dog-friendly parks nearby for exercise and playtime.
“We were so happy that Holly was able to stay with Angie and her lovely family while we were gone for 5 days. We are picky when it comes to finding the right place for Holly and we lucked out again. I felt like Angie showed as much love and excitement as we do and let Holly have all the same comforts of home, like letting her up on the bed with her son and even got a Thanksgiving dinner treat. Angie has a large yard for big dogs to move around and let her swim in her pool which Holly loves. Boo Radley may be large but he's the sweetest dog around and Holly enjoyed the company. Angie was also very understanding and accommodating with our schedule, which kept changing, and we appreciated that.”
“Courtney was great! She took care of our anxious 6 month old golden doodle for 2 days. She was very communicative throughout her stay, sent photos, and even feed her using fun toys; as well as socialized her with other puppies. Extra bonus she's also a trainer and very knowledgeable. “Tatyanah and Everardo watched our dog Nova for five nights and took such wonderful care of her. They are so friendly and you can tell right away they love dogs. It was such a relief to know she was being loved and well cared for while we were on vacation. They have a spacious yard, and Nova especially enjoyed playing with their two dogs—she bonded quickly with Jojo! They took her on plenty of walks and kept us updated with lots of videos and pictures, which we really appreciated. “Bonnie was fantastic! She took such good care of our senior Pekingese, Raymond. He requires a lot of care and attention due to his medical issues and dementia, and Bonnie was great with him.
