“Absolutely wonderful experience from start to finish! Lorelle was so attentive to our dog Gracie and sent updates with photos daily. I have never felt so good about leaving my dog! Lorelle was excellent and I highly recommend. Feel so blessed to have found her!”

“Emely was able to accommodate us last-minute and was quick to respond, provided multiple updates, and was so sweet with our dog. We know Penny had an absolute blast and already have plans to book Emely again!”

“From the moment we met, I felt completely at ease—she was warm, professional, and clearly loves animals. My dog took to her right away. Diana kept me updated with lots of photos and messages, which really put my mind at ease while I was away. Truly wonderful experience from start to finish!”

“My experience with Polyanna couldn't have been more positive. She was punctual and super friendly in all of our meetings. She sent me photos of Jojo while I was away, which made me feel very calm and reassured :) I was happy my dog had the chance to socialize and be with someone else other than me (she's over attached). I can't thank Polyanna enough!”

“WOW! If you are looking for an incredible rover this is your guy!! I can't say enough good things about Dillon. With short notice he watched all three of my dogs for a week, took the time to get to know them and their unique personalities. I can't imagine it's easy managing multiple dogs with different needs, but he handled all of it with ease, patience, and total confidence. He is quick to respond, reassuring, and communicative with updates, photos, and questions. I especially appreciated how understanding he was-not only with my dogs but also me! When I was delayed and couldn’t pick them up for an extra six hours past the original time, he waited without complaint and made sure they were completely comfortable until I arrived. Its rare these days to find someone who is compassionate, reliable, and easy to work with. Dillon we are so grateful for you, you exceeded all expectations. Olive Ozzy and Boots miss you already!! highly recommend, we will be booking in the future!!”

“Emely was great! She is so sweet. She was great with Coco. She updated us with pictures and texts, I even got a video. She kept me updated. I am very grateful for Emely.”

“We’re so grateful to have found Mickey! Our 4.5 year old fur baby is very attached to us and usually hates daycares or boarding, but she runs right into Mickey’s home and feels comfortable immediately. Mickey lets her roam freely, even curl up under furniture like she does at home, which makes such a difference. She’s incredibly accommodating, even with last-minute requests, and always so sweet. We’ve used her many times already over 2 years or so, and truly trust her with our pup! Love how she sends many photos and videos throughout the day and we always look forward to that. Highly recommend her!”

“My first time boarding my dog with Rebecca. Now I know why she has so many repeat clients. While favorable positive ratings are good, for me, a better indicator of a dog sitter's service is to look at the number of repeat clients. Rebecca was easily accessible. Appreciated very much her pics and comments multiple times a day. Exceeded my expectations. Highly recommend! 5-stars, A+ indeed.”

“Leaving our 8 month old frenchie with Doug was so helpful. It was comforting to receive some photos and videos while we were away. We would definitely book with Doug again!”

“Kaylee and her husband Dylan took amazing care of my dog for a week while I was out of town, and was extremely accommodating of a last minute booking. She took note of little details and sent frequent updates. My dog Biscotti clearly warmed to them very quickly, and she got lots of walks, playtime, attention, and cuddles during her stay. Couldn’t recommend Kaylee more. Thanks very much Kaylee and Dylan!”

“Connie is by far the most wonderful sitter our little Maple has ever had. Connie was so kind, professional, playful, and clearly just loves dogs. Dog people are the best people, and Connie is the best of the best. She so clearly kept Maple on a wonderful schedule and sent incredible photos throughout the day. Maple came back having learned how to do high-fives and didn’t have a lapse in any of her recall, which means Connie worked with her on everything we train her with. I cannot recommend Connie enough, and feel so grateful to have found her.”

“Joey took great care of Milo and sent tons of daily pictures which I greatly appreciated. Sent updates regularly and had great communication. Will be boarding with her again.”

“Emma was a pleasure to work with and kept us up to date with pictures and texts! She accommodated our last minute request. We will definitely use her services again in the near future.”

“This was my first time using Rover......... great first time experience!! Sunny took great care of my 2 doggies. You can tell she is a huge dog lover. My dogs picked up on that also!!!! I will defiantly use her again. I would recommend her to all dog parents!!! "Camp Sunny" is awesome!!!”

“Tessa took great care of my dogs and kept me updated with pictures and messages throughout their stay, which gave me such peace of mind. It was clear they were happy and well cared for. I would definitely book with her again! Thank you, Tessa!”

“Annie is amazing and so good with our dog. We’ve never left our pets with anyone and she made us feel at ease and comfortable leaving him with someone we trust. Also takes great action shots of our boy.”

“Novia cared for our 2 cats while we were gone on an international trip. She was incredibly responsive, responsible, and clearly cared so well for our little fur babies! She sent really detailed notes about all her visits, and left my husband and I confident that our cats were in good hands.”

About: What sets me apart is my understanding that every cat is different and that trust is something that must be earned, not expected. My two cats, Zora and Viola, came into my life when I found them as kittens living on the street. Bringing them home and helping them grow into confident, happy cats taught me the importance of patience, consistency, and allowing animals to feel safe at their own pace. Because I've cared for cats with very different personalities, I understand that some cats are social and affectionate right away, while others prefer space and time before they warm up to someone new. I respect those differences and adapt my approach to each cat's comfort level rather than forcing interaction. Living with both cats and a senior Husky, Aurora, has also given me experience managing a calm, respectful multi-pet household while still prioritizing each animal’s individual needs and boundaries. Whether your cat is playful, independent, shy, or somewhere in between, my goal is to provide calm, attentive care that helps them feel secure, respected, and comfortable in their own environment while you're away.
“Fantastic experience with Rachel! She took great care of our cat, keep us updated and was quick in getting back to us. She is kind, trustworthy and reliable. We look forward to working with her again and would highly recommend her!”

“Miranda house sat for our cat for 10 days and she was amazing! She was available last minute when our other sitter cancelled. She was very communicative throughout the stay, sending us numerous photos and videos every day. She also spent a significant amount of time with our cat each day and even watered our plants for us! Wonderful sitter, would highly recommend”

“Deborah is a passionate pet sitter who loves animals and is dedicated to caring for pets. I had forgotten to call the gate about her coming in the first night and she was so kind and understanding about having to come back a second time the same night to care for our kitty. She is very responsible and sent lots of photos!”

About: Hi, I’m Courtney! I’m based right in CDM steps from Crystal Cove, and I absolutely love what I do. My days are spent walking the coast, hiking the trails, and giving dogs the kind of attention and care that actually makes a difference. It’s genuinely my favorite part of my day. I’ve had dogs of my own for 15+ years and have experience with a wide range of breeds I can read body language, understand what a dog needs in the moment, and adjust on the fly. I have a special love for working breeds and high-energy dogs who actually want to do something on a walk. I work from home running a wellness business, so your dog gets real time and presence not someone rushing between jobs. Walks with me mean actual coastal adventures: Crystal Cove trails, Little Corona Beach, tide pool paths with ocean views. I’m an early riser, I keep a consistent schedule, and I pay attention to how your dog is feeling that day. My home is calm, clean, and non-toxic that’s just how I live. Good energy, no chaos, and plenty of cozy spots to decompress between adventures. You’ll get photos and updates so you always know they’re happy and well. I keep my roster small because I actually want to know your dog their quirks, their favorite spots, what makes them light up. Whether you need a reliable daily walker or someone to love on them while you travel, I’d love to meet them! 🐾 Working from home in my fitness & nutrition business means pets get constant attention and care. It's a daily dose of exercise and joy that complements my healthy lifestyle. Walks, fetch, or just quiet moments, pets make my day and yours brighter! When it comes to pet care, it's all about their turf. I'm a firm believer in maintaining their routine at home, where they're comfy and happy. I seamlessly fit into their schedule, whether it's mealtime, playtime, or cuddle time. Rest assured, your pet's happiness and well-being are my top priorities!

“Polina has taken excellent care of my cat, Christof, who has complex medical needs including requiring insulin injections. She is very detail oriented and provides wonderful updates complete with photos/videos every time! Highly recommend!”

“Isabel is Amazing! She took my cats outside and cared for them, they were very happy to have her there. It was comforting to know that she was there and to get pictures of the kitties while I was away!”

“Alyssa was dependable, good communicator and thoughtful sitter for my cat, Fleur. She even gave some helpful comments and hand washed a few dishes! Will be having her back!”

About: I’ve been taking care of stray cats since I was in Korea and have been fostering/rescuing them since 20. I have adopted my two cats during covid since they had no where to go at that time. I have expert knowledge about cats. I can clip their nails, take a shower, give them medicine pills, and give them flea medicine on their back head.

About: I’m Caroline, a 30-year-old dog lover with nearly two decades of experience caring for dogs of all sizes, ages, and personalities. I aim to make every dog feel safe, comfortable, and loved while their family is away. I’m patient, dependable, and detail-oriented, and I adapt easily to each dog’s individual needs. Whether your dog has a simple routine or a more involved one—including exercise, feeding, medications, or other specialized care—I’m happy to follow all instructions exactly as provided. I’m comfortable with walks, exercise, brushing, feeding, cleaning up after pets, reinforcing basic training, and caring for dogs who need extra attention or structure. I understand how much trust it takes to leave both your dog and your home in someone else’s care, and I take that responsibility seriously. Your dog’s well-being is always my top priority. Pet care fits well into my schedule. I currently have a flexible routine and will be starting a graduate program this fall in Counseling Psychology that meets three consecutive days per month. I expect to be able to comfortably balance my studies and pet care within my schedule. I provide care in client homes and follow all instructions carefully to maintain each pet’s normal routine. I pay close attention to feeding, exercise, medications, and any special care requirements to ensure consistency and comfort for the pet. I also treat every home with respect, keeping things clean and tidy during and after each visit.

About: I’ve lived in Newport Coast for over 32 years, raised three children, and have spent decades caring for dogs as beloved family members. I’ve had three dogs of my own, each with different needs — including a blind dog, a very active dog, and one who experiences anxiety — which has given me a deep appreciation for patience, gentleness, and consistency. I’m a loving, attentive, and reliable caregiver with a calm presence. I enjoy being outdoors and truly value the one-on-one connection that comes from walking and caring for dogs. Available weekdays. Weekend mornings only, before the sun goes down as needed. Please message me to confirm availability — I’m happy to accommodate when possible. For safety and comfort, I provide services exclusively in your home. This includes dog walks, potty breaks, and drop-in visits. I do not offer boarding or care in my home.

About: I’ve been raised around animals of all kinds since I can remember, my mother regularly raised foster kittens and we had foster dogs constantly in and out of the house. I currently still foster dogs and kittens on my own and am the go to sitter for all my friends and family. Spent years volunteering at shelters and rescues and also worked at a pet store for over a year. Also lover of small critters being a mom of fish, frogs, a hamster, and a spider. I currently work from home selling artwork and crafts so I’m very flexible with my schedule. I can stay all day or even over night and make sure to keep your pet company. I’m an avid hiker so I’d be more than happy to take your dog for a long hike (with permission obviously) or shorter walks around the neighborhood. I would only need to leave for short errands and to feed my own pets if my partner is unable to do so, but majority of time is dedicated to your Pets in your home. I’ve worked with animals of all ages and personalities and can accommodate any special needs your pet may have. If they are shy and need time to warm up, I will do all I can to gain their trust. If they need specialty food or medication, I have my own cats on a strict medication schedule so I’m more than used to it. If they are high energy and need lots of exercise I will make sure to get them up and running around as much as they need. I just want to make sure their lives are just as comfortable as when you are home with them.
“Rachel is wonderful - we highly recommend! We booked walking services by Rachel and will continue to, as she has a great demeanor; calm and relaxed yet assertive and warm. She’s knowledgeable and sends great, detailed updates and uses the Rover card each time. We’ll definitely be booking her services again!”

About: I have had pets for my entire life (and that's a long time). I have been fostering puppies/dogs and kittens/cats for the last several years. I am now a newly empty nest Mom with a very quiet house. In all my years having family pets, like you are now, I always found a private sitter to care for my animals while I was away. I believe pets are not meant to be boarded if it can be avoided. I am a newly empty nest, stay at home Mom with lots of time, energy and space to care for puppies/dogs and kittens/cats. We have a large, two story home with a fully fenced back yard and side pet door that leads to a fully enclosed run. While in my care your pet(s) will be cared for with love, kindness and consistency from your home to ours. A seamless "vacation" at home.

About: I’ll treat your dog just like it’s my own. In middle school and high school I had a shelter dog named Lola who took a lot of patience, care, and love. I promise to do the same with yours! I am a college student free for the summer working retail part-time (12-16 hrs/week). am able schedule flexible hours for dog sitting, just let me know and I can easily coordinate! I live in a quiet home perfect where your dog will feel safe and be able to relax. My backyard is fenced and I live in a peaceful, walkable neighborhood with a community park for your dog to play. “I had an amazing first experience with Rover thanks to Bridget. She arrived early and was so great with my dog, Luna. Bridget was attentive, caring, and made sure Luna was well taken care of. I highly recommend her and will definitely book with her again!”

About: I’m confident your baby won’t miss mommy and daddy while in my care. We’ll spend quality time walking, running, and hiking as much as they’d like, plus plenty of cuddles in between. We can do this as my partner and I both work from home. I know exactly how hard it is to leave a pet behind, so I make sure every pet parent gets regular updates and cute photos to ease separation anxiety (I have one with my pets😉🤣). I’m also a skilled photographer, so you’ll get great shots of your baby having a blast. I’m a huge animal lover, the kind whose feed is entirely animals, including species some people find intimidating. I’ve had all kinds of pets over the years, and every one of them outlived its expected lifespan under my care. I’ve looked after family and friends’ dogs since I was a kid, and for the past several years I’ve spent a month annually caring for my aunt’s elderly dog, who is deaf and blind and only trusts me with her care. Since I’m almost always home and only leave to exercise, I can play and cuddle with your pet all day long. Being athletic myself and having easy access to great trails and walking routes nearby makes me an ideal dog walker. My partner, a former tennis player, is also an expert at fetch at the park right next to us. I work from home and barely go out because I am a homebody who loves cuddling and playing with animals all day. I love running and walking near my place and can do it as much as needed. My place is a third-floor townhome plan, and it’s 1,500 sq ft. I don’t leave my place for three hours a day unless there is a special occasion. We have three cats at home who are shy but sweet and wouldn’t ever bother the dog. They are all fully vaccinated, including rabies. We have many hiking trails, beach walks, and parks near our place, so we can go to entertain the dogs as much as they want:) If you allow us, we can take the baby for a beach day too!😉
“Julie is beyond amazing and I am so grateful for her coming to my rescue at the very last minute and taking such great care of my pups! She sent lots of photos during the walks, let them have playtime in the house like I requested, and gave them so much love! It was my first time using Rover and Julie completely changed my perception of the app based on some nightmare stories my friends went through. I had been out of town and had another dog walker flake on me and was panicking about my dogs being stuck at home until the evening. I literally booked and communicated with her using the plane wifi on my flight home. She was fortunately able to come to my dogs as soon as she saw my request come through. I really appreciated her being extra thorough with all 3 of my dogs and being extra detailed with my instructions. She even asked follow up questions to make sure she was giving the right amount of treats and using the right leash for each dog. They can be quite the handful but she was so patient with them and I can’t thank her enough. Highly recommend Julie if you need a worry and stress-free dog walker who will take care of all your needs!”

About: I love all to get all the details, any special scratches, snuggles, cuddles, rubs, hugs or nicknames Fido or Fifi prefers Please Let me Know. I want to provide the same comfort a beloved family member might. Obviously, no one can replace their real Mom or Dad, but I like to try! 4 Paws Up! I have experience administering medications, if necessary. Hopefully it's just walks, fun. snuggles, and maybe a treat or two. 😄 I have a flexible schedule at the moment. I look forward to helping your pets at the appropriate time to keep them healthy and happy. I'll read and reread any notes or instructions left for me, so I can care and keep you fur baby safe and sound. I'm great at keeping an eye on the house, locking up and hanging out with your pets for a good night's sleep. I don't drink and try to maintain a healthy lifestyle.
About: Hi, My name is Natalie. I am a gentle & caring caretaker here to help ease your pet's worries while you are away. As a veterinary technician, I've supported scared animals through some of their most vulnerable hours. I'm known for being abundantly patient & gentle. I help pets feel more comfortable, more secure, reassured, & cared for. I pride myself in paying strong attention to details, which is invaluable in veterinary care & will provide an extra level of supervision for your pet should anything seem amiss or unusual when I arrive. Frequent jogging is a health goal of mine, so whether your pet is a tiny puppy looking for attention, a geriatric needing special tender loving care, or a strong young dog begging to get some of its energy out, I really can help you meet your pet's needs. I recently moved to Orange County & I'm excited to add pet care back into my routine in my new stomping ground. Jogging a few times a week is a health goal of mine, so I look forward to helping energetic dogs get out & moving! Sharing my time petting, caring for & keeping company those pets who are just not happy to be left home alone will be a very fulfilling part of my day. Very old, very young, large, small, & anything in between, I'm here for them. I want your pets to feel happier, more comfortable, less anxious & more reassured by having me there to break up the monotony of their day. Some animals just feel sad being alone, others need help getting out to the grass for a potty break. Some dogs just have more energy than they know what to do with & will be healthier, happier, more well behaved animals for you when you get home, if they've had an opportunity to let off some steam during the day. Your pet's health, safety, & well-being is my top priority. I've been extremely fortunate to grow up with a wide variety of pets, from dogs, cats, rabbit, guinea pig, hamsters, birds, quail, frogs, and fish. I understand that pets can feel more like members of the family than animals. I strive to give your pets the same level of care and respect that you would if you could be there in the moment.

About: I've shared my life with animals for as long as I can remember. I grew up with German Shepherds and currently have a senior Husky named Aurora, so I've experienced everything from raising high-energy working dogs to caring for an older dog with changing needs. Those experiences have taught me that no two animals are alike. One of the things I love most about caring for pets is getting to know their individual personalities. Some dogs want to spend every minute playing fetch, while others are happiest taking a slow walk and taking in the world around them. Some cats will curl up beside you immediately, while others prefer to earn your trust on their own terms. I believe great pet care starts with understanding and respecting each animal for who they are rather than expecting them all to be the same. When I'm caring for your pet, my goal isn't just to make sure they're fed and exercised—it's to make sure they feel comfortable, understood, and genuinely cared for while you're away. I pay attention to their routines, quirks, preferences, and body language so I can provide care that feels familiar and stress-free for them. As a pet owner myself, I understand the trust it takes to leave a beloved animal in someone else's care. Aurora has taught me the importance of patience, consistency, and adapting to a pet's unique needs, especially as they get older. Whether I'm caring for an energetic puppy, a large-breed dog, a senior pet, or a cat that needs a little extra patience, I approach every animal with the same respect, attentiveness, and affection I would want for my own. I also offer overnight house sitting and understand that caring for a home is part of caring for a pet. I'm happy to help with small household tasks such as bringing in mail, watering plants, taking out trash bins, and keeping an eye on things while you're away so you can travel with greater peace of mind. I look forward to meeting your pets, learning their personalities, and providing them with a safe, comfortable, and loving experience while you're away. I work from home, which gives me a flexible schedule and allows me to provide dependable care throughout the day. I'm available for morning, afternoon, evening, and overnight visits, and I make it a priority to be responsive, reliable, and attentive to each pet's individual needs. For house sitting, I spend quality time with pets and do my best to maintain their normal routine and environment. I understand that consistency is important, and I strive to provide attentive care and regular updates so owners can enjoy peace of mind while they're away. One of the biggest things I've learned from growing up with German Shepherds and caring for my senior Husky, Aurora, is that every animal has their own personality, preferences, and way of communicating. Some pets are immediately social and affectionate, while others take time to build trust. Some thrive on activity and adventure, while others prefer a calm routine and familiar surroundings. When caring for your pet, I take the time to understand what makes them comfortable rather than treating every animal the same way. I pay attention to their body language, habits, energy level, and individual needs so I can provide care that feels familiar, safe, and stress-free. Whether I'm walking your dog, stopping by for a visit, caring for your cat, or house sitting while you're away, my goal is to provide a calm, dependable presence and maintain the routine your pet knows and trusts. For walks, I prioritize safety, use secure leashing practices, stay aware of my surroundings, and adjust the pace and activity level to fit each dog's age, energy level, and comfort. I understand that inviting someone into your home requires trust. I treat every home with the same respect and care I would expect for my own. During house sitting visits, I'm also happy to help with small household tasks such as bringing in mail, watering plants, and keeping an eye on things while you're away. I believe great pet care is built on patience, consistency, communication, and earning an animal's trust. My goal is for both you and your pet to feel comfortable, confident, and cared for from the moment we meet.
About: I'm a dedicated and compassionate caregiver who treats every pet with the same love, attention, and care I give my own. For fourteen years, I raised my beloved Golden Retriever, who taught me the value of loyalty and unconditional love. I had the opportunity to care for a gentle Italian Mastiff, which gave me valuable experience with a large breed and deepened my understanding of different temperaments and needs. Today, I share my life with Gia, an 8-year-old Golden/Pyrenees mix. She is exceptionally well trained and a devoted companion. She brings joy not only to me but also to the many people who stop to greet her wherever we go. I had the privilege of caring for Romeo, a sweet and loving Boston Terrier, during the last three years of his life. Throughout his battle with cancer, I administered his medications, took him to veterinary appointments, supported him through surgery and recovery, and closely monitored his health. I adjusted my home and daily routine to provide him with the comfort, care, and support he needed. Romeo's journey reinforced my commitment to providing every animal with love and compassionate throughout every stage of life. I value building trusting relationships with both pets and their owners. You can expect consistent communication, regular updates, photos, and attentive care throughout every visit or stay. My goal is for you to have peace of mind knowing your pet is safe, happy, and loved. For me, caring for animals is more than a service-it's something I truly love. Thank you and I look look forward to meeting you and your pet! I have a l flexible schedule and am available throughout the week, including weekends. I strive to accommodate each client's needs and provide reliable, consistent care. I am happy to care for dogs in my home or in yours, depending on what best meets your needs. I take time to learn each dog's routine and preferences so they feel comfortable and secure. Together, we'll create a plan that works best for both you and your animal.

About: I am a lover of all animals and am lucky enough to currently have two dogs and a cat! I have always been surrounded by animals- horses, dogs, cats, bunnies and currently have two young and active border collies, Bootsy and Booker that are my world and so much fun!. One thing my animals love is consistency and a regular schedule of doing things and I understand that they need that in order to feel comfortable and safe- especially while their humans are away! I am both comfortable with big dogs with lots of energy or mellow little pups who just need some cuddles. Administering medication via pill or liquid form is no problem as I have lots of experience with pet meds. Your furry friends will be in very responsible and loving hands while you are gone! I work from home and own my own candle company so I am super flexible with my schedule. I can do weekdays or weekends- even last minute is usually no problem! Long term stays are also possible. I would love to set up a Meet & Greet so I can get to know you, your animals and what you expect during my stay. Being a neat person, I will always leave your home clean and I have no problem watering plants as well. Currently, I don't offer boarding at my house, but would be happy to come to your house and stay overnight or drop in for play time while you are away- whatever your current situation calls for. I am a detail oriented person and find the little things important for pets- whether it be walking the same walk they do day in and day out, or adding just the right amount of warm chicken stock to their food. I totally get it and am happy to be there for your animals and you!

“Jordan was the BEST!!! Both my dogs loved her so much! She was in constant communication and left us lovely pictures. Highly recommend Jordan and we will definitely use her services again ?”

About: Hi there! My name is Charlene and I’ve had experience taking care of dogs since I was 4 from taking care of my family dog Heidi. More specifically I started taking on more responsibilities in pet care when I turned 8. Taking my dog on daily walks, feeding everyday, and picking up their waste in the backyard after I came home from school. Now that I’ve grown up, I have a cat named Georgie which I have learned to care for the last year I’ve had him. Whether it’s a dog or a cat, I am happy to treat them like you would when you can’t. I am currently working remotely. I live in a very walkable neighborhood, and with a park nearby for walks, giving me quick and easy access to always be available to let your furry friend out. I have experience with all dog sizes, but I prefer to work with medium to small dogs. If boarding in my own home, I have a cat who is fine with dogs. He tends to keep to himself when around dogs and won’t attack. I’m currently working from home so I have a lot of free time in between applications to play with your furbaby all the time. If there are any special requests please let me know! My number one priority is keeping your pet safe like I would care for my own pets. I will always keep my clients updated with details to ease your mind and to make sure you know that your loved pet is in great hands.

“Emely was able to accommodate us last-minute and was quick to respond, provided multiple updates, and was so sweet with our dog. We know Penny had an absolute blast and already have plans to book Emely again!”

About: Hi, I’m Emily! We are a loving family of four, my husband, our 10-year-old son, myself, and our very active 13-month-old Shiba Inu, Nala. As dog owners ourselves, we know firsthand how stressful it can be to find someone you truly trust to care for your dog while you’re away. After recently searching for a sitter for Nala, I realized how important it is to find someone who will care for your dog like family, because that’s exactly what they are. My goal is to provide you with peace of mind, knowing your dog will be safe, loved, and cared for in our home as if they were my own. After spending 25+ years in the telecom industry, I am now a stay-at-home mom, which gives me the time and flexibility to provide attentive, personalized care for the pets I welcome into our home. Your furry family member will receive plenty of attention, companionship, supervision, and love throughout the day, with their safety, comfort, and happiness always being my top priorities. We are located in a quiet, safe neighborhood in Irvine with several nearby parks and walking trails. Nala enjoys four walks a day, and I am happy to provide the same level of activity for your pup based on their needs, energy level, and routine. We also have a spacious home with a secure, fenced grassy backyard that offers both sunny and shaded areas for dogs to relax, explore, bird watch, or simply enjoy outdoor time. I understand every dog has different routines and comfort levels, so I do my best to make their stay feel as close to home as possible. Nala sleeps in a crate at night, but I am happy to accommodate your dog’s normal sleeping arrangements, whether that’s a crate, dog bed, or out in the open. We treat pets like family in our home, so dogs are welcome on the couch, bed, and in the spaces they’re used to enjoying if that aligns with your preferences and home rules. I am also happy to follow your dog’s specific care routine, including feeding schedules, medications, exercise needs, sleep preferences, and any special instructions that help them feel comfortable and secure. I know being away from your pup can be hard, so I’m happy to send regular photo and update check-ins to help you feel connected and reassured while you’re away. To ensure personalized attention and a calm environment, I only host one guest dog at a time, so your pup receives lots of one-on-one love and care while staying with us. I do ask that dogs are comfortable around children and other dogs, and are reasonably house-trained and comfortable spending short periods indoors when needed. I want you to feel completely comfortable leaving your furry family member in my care, and I am happy to answer any questions you may have before booking. I look forward to welcoming your pup into our home and treating them like part of the family!
“Ning was so responsive and provided us with constant updates about Roux’s wellbeing! I was honestly so nervous since it’s his first time boarding at someone else’s place and he also is a very nervous boy. To make it worse, he ate something bad the day before and needed medication for his diarrhea. She made sure to feed him his medicine on time. She also made sure he was comfortable and slowly introduced him to the other pups. We would definitely book with her again.”

“Hillary was awesome! Super friendly, great space for the dogs to play in the backyard, and sent some great photos of my Kali on walks and enjoying her time! Would definitely use Hillary again.”

“Nikole was awesome!!! She sent pictures everyday !! And Gypsy felt comfortable there!! She took great care of her !! Nikole will be my go to when we travel !! I did like that Gypsy was the only dog while at there house ! Not that Gypsy doesn’t get along with other dogs. I’m just not sure in a home setting! But Nikole did her best and we appreciate her and this service !! Thank you Rover!!!”

“Alexis was great at communicating, both of there were concerns about my dog and to give me pictures and updates. She is very friendly and took great care of my dog. Highly recommend!”

“I found myself needing a dog sitter for my two dogs (1 timu terrier and one chunky chihuahua) for a 10 day stretch with only about four days notice after another sitter flaked on me. I booked Mollie and she contacted me right away to confirm discuss the details. It was very easy to set up. Drop off was very easy. She asked how frequently I wanted updates and I told her once a day is totally fine. She followed through with updates and pictures every day without me needing to ask, I could tell from her updates that they were acting like they do at home, so I had great peace of mind the whole time I was gone that they were in good hands. When I got back, pick up was likewise super easy. The dogs were happy and healthy, and the next time I need a sitter, Mollie will definitely be my first call.”

“Laura was the best Rover sitter we’ve had! She was so reliable, prepared, and also amazing at updates and fun photos. Between the sprinkler pad, long walls and runs, all the treats, and cuddle time they were spoiled rotten. Thank you for taking such fantastic care of my pups!”

“Temi is the BEST! My girl Penne always has so much fun with Temi. She runs up and gives her lots of love! I get plenty of pictures and videos and my girl is always smiling! I know she’s being well taken care of!”
