About: I have cared for animals all my life. Growing up my family had a sweet shelter dog and many cats. We cared for very young pets to senior pets. Now, I have my own little dog whom I rescued from the shelter. I appreciate that all animals have their own unique personalities and quirks. I work remotely and can give your pet child all the attention they need. I am happy to prep their food and accommodate them while you are away. I have a pet stroller and pet carriers to use as needed. For boarding your dog child, I take my dog on walks throughout the day and once before bedtime, and I will take your dog as well. They are allowed on the sofa and I have multiple dog beds throughout the home. I currently work remotely so I will can give your dog child all the attention it needs while they adjust. I will treat your dog child like I do my own. Typically, I walk my dog throughout the day and once before bedtime to make sure they don’t feel any discomfort. I tailor my care for your pup, so if your pup loves to sleep I will happily give them the time and space to. If your dog loves walking then I make sure to take them on walks. I have pet carriers, a pet stroller, and dog car seats in my car to use as needed. I will send you photos throughout the day or as often as you request. I take their safety very seriously. If I sense any discomfort, I immediately try to address it in the most appropriate way, whether it be cuddles or space to decompress. I will never take your dog to the dog park and I will closely monitor any interactions with dogs during walks (if you have any concerns please let me know). I always leave water out for them and make sure they are fed according to their food schedule. I will attach an Apple ID tag to them for GPS. For dog boarding, since I have a small 12 lb chihuahua poodle mix, I kindly request meeting in a nearby park first so we can check that the pups will get along before taking them to my home. This is for everyone’s safety.

She was understanding of our separation anxiety with our 3rd baby, and she made us feel at ease knowing she would take good care of our Teddy. I was honestly so nervous since it’s his first time boarding at someone else’s place and he also is a very nervous boy. To make it worse, he ate something bad the day before and needed medication for his diarrhea. She made sure to feed him his medicine on time. She also made sure he was comfortable and slowly introduced him to the other pups. We would definitely book with her again.”

About: I’ve been raised around animals of all kinds since I can remember, my mother regularly raised foster kittens and we had foster dogs constantly in and out of the house. I currently still foster dogs and kittens on my own and am the go to sitter for all my friends and family. About: I have grown up my whole life with dogs, and I am very comfortable around all types. I have volunteered at the Dane County Humane Society as an Adoption Counselor while in college, so I have undergone behavior training for many aspects of dog care. I am familiar with walking dogs on leases, with harnesses, using commands, as well as resource guarding, jumpy/mouthy/mounting behavior, shy/fearfulness, and escape artists. I only use positive reinforcement for training. I have an educational background in genetics and public health, and I am involved in my local religious community as well. I’ve lived in OC for about 3 years now, having moved from the Midwest. In my spare time I’m learning to crochet, and I love playing with my dog Pax, a chihuahua/pomeranian mix whom I’ve recently adopted. I work from home, so am around most of the day, and have a small fenced in patio for potty breaks between walks. I’m a fan of the local dog parks, and will bring your dog there with your permission. I work from home, so my dog gets a minimum of 3 walks around the neighborhood and we often go to a local dog park too after work. I’m rarely away from home for more than 4 hours at a time.
