About: I grew up with dogs and I’ve been a dog owner most of my adult life. I’ve also been a dog owner from the puppy age of eight weeks all the way through mature life. I can take care of other pets as well, and I can be available for dog boarding, dog sitting, dog walks, and other pet care during your weekends and travels. About: I’ve worked with many different animals, including cats, dogs, birds, hamsters. I love working and caring for them. Patience is needed to make your furry friends feel comfortable. I’ve worked with many large dog breeds, which include malamutes, German shepherds, pitbulls and even Akita’s. I’m currently work during the day so I am free most evenings Sunday through Thursday. I have more availability on Fridays and Saturdays during the day. I make sure the pets are in safe areas for them so that they don’t get into anything that isn’t safe. I make sure to give them space but follow them just in case. I want them feel comfortable in their space.

About: I co-owned two dogs with my neighbor as a child. My jobs was to walk and feed them. The first was a Saint Bernard who "decided" he wanted more space and fresh air and moved to the country. Later came a Golden lab. Then, we had milking goats, chickens, emus and rabbits... I have 2 cats I love dearly. They love walking around the yard showing me their favorite finds; usually it's a whole of some kind. I walk a lot on my own a Marin and can talk your furry well-behaved pet around your neighborhood and beyond. I am very dependable, always on time (unless major accident happens) and love all furry friends like my own pets. Available most days and/or week-ends between 8 AM and 9 PM for in home visits or dog or cat walking. Some cats like to go on walks too! I am participating in the Pupcycle Club, which is a foundation that recycles old clothes to make dog toys for dogs in animal shelters in Santa Cruz. “Deborah was fantastic! She was nice enough to accommodate us same day and could not have been nicer. We could tell instantly when we arrived that she was going to take great care of our dog Otto. She took him on walks, took him to the beach, sent lots of great photos, and even bought him some pup cups! Her children were also absolutely lovely and obviously made Otto feel comfortable and welcome. Highly recommend using Deborah services! You cannot go wrong!”

“Jesse did a great job caring for our dog for four days while it was boarded in his home. He shared pictures during the visit showing our dog happy and exercising. He was kind enough to let our dog have his place to himself, leaving his own dog with his parents. Jesse was also able to keep our dog for an additional day because of a schedule change. I would recommend Jesse to take care of your dog for walks, checking, and boarding.”

I have a small patio with no escape route, ensuring a secure outdoor space. When walking dogs, I’m highly aware of my surroundings to keep them protected at all times. I do not crate my own dog, but I’m happy to do so if that’s your preference. Every pup in my care receives the same love and attention my dog gets, regular potty breaks, and plenty of blankets to make them feel at home!
