About: I’ve grown up around dogs my whole life and have helped take care of my parents’ Frenchies for years. I’ve been involved in training, feeding, walking, and giving them lots of love and attention every day. I absolutely love both dogs and cats and genuinely enjoy spending time with them, whether it’s playing, going on walks, or just keeping them company. I’ve always wanted a pet of my own, but since I’m not fully ready for the long-term commitment yet, pet sitting feels like the perfect way for me to still be surrounded by animals and do something I genuinely enjoy. I also have experience caring for senior dogs after adopting a senior Frenchie before moving out, so I understand the extra patience, attention, and gentle care they may need. I treat every pet like family and always want them to feel safe, loved, and comfortable while in my care<3 I’m definitely a homebody person and spend a lot of time at home, which makes pet care fit really naturally into my routine. I currently work a hybrid schedule with 3 days remote and 2 days onsite, so I have a pretty flexible schedule throughout the week. On weekends, I usually like going to the beach or park, and I’d love bringing pets along for walks and outdoor time. Since I’m home often and enjoy a slower lifestyle, I think I’d be a great fit for giving pets lots of attention, care, and company while you’re away. About: I was so obsessed with dogs as a kid I would pretend to be one, as my sisters love to remind me. Eventually my family adopted a greyhound when I was 7 and a chihuahua mix when I was 14 so I have experience with both big and small dogs. I also cared for my own senior dog with lots of medical ailments as an adult so I have a lot experience there too. About: I’ve had dogs my entire life, including many many guests, and I treat every animal in my house like family. I know that every guest needs something different and I put real effort into making sure they are comfortable and HAPPY. I do not believe in negative reinforcement, and I focus on building trust through patience. I know that settling into a new home can be overwhelming for some pups. To make this easy, my house is set up to cater to as many different needs as possible. I have a dedicated room (my gym) for dogs that need to be alone and watch Bluey on the TV in there, but I prefer to make my guests comfortable to lounge on the many dog beds I have scattered around the house. Also, my home features solid flooring, so I have 0 issue with catering to nerves while your fur baby is settling in. I do my best to make them comfortable while they are in a temporary new pack. I also have crates available if your dog finds comfort in that. Their choice. But otherwise, they have the run of the place just like any loved family animal should. I have a secure fenced yard and I never leave my guests outside even for a short time, and then they are back inside with me. I also play, however much your fur baby wants to. Fetch, soccer, whatever makes them happy. This is the best part of this job. My goal is to provide a calm, affectionate environment where your dog feels safe, understood, and truly at home while you’re away. I work as a consultant with a flexible schedule, which means I am home and available for my guests throughout the day. My routine is built around the dogs—we do morning yard time, afternoon play sessions (soccer and fetch are favorites), and plenty of lounging in between. Because I’m based at home, I can provide the consistent supervision and companionship that helps dogs feel secure when they are in a new space without their humans. Your dog’s safety and comfort are my top priorities. I have a fully secured, fenced yard for outdoor play, but I never leave guests unattended outside; we go out together and come back in together. Inside, my home is designed for dogs, featuring solid flooring for easy cleanup and a dedicated room with Bluey on TV for pups who need a break. Whether your dog prefers to snuggle on one of the many beds scattered around or on the couch or in an open crate, I happily accommodate their needs.

“I can’t say enough great things about Michael. First — you must know that our dog is our baby, so leaving her with just anyone won’t do and we’re always nervous to try out a new sitter. However, we were completely at ease from the very moment we reached out. First, Michael is INCREDIBLY responsive — within minutes of our booking request, he’d gotten back to us confirming availability and suggesting a meet and greet. This continued during the entirety of our stay - if we had a question or checked in, he responded within minutes. We also received multiple updates per day with a variety of hilarious photos (yet another sign that our dog was completely comfortable in his presence), reassuring us everything was going well. It was also clear from our communications and Michael’s interaction with our dog that he is very experienced with all varieties of dogs and had no issues with the extra energy our dog sometimes needs to get out of her system! She got multiple walks per day, was treated to breakfast outings walking around the neighborhood, farmers markets, and even took a trip to the grocery store! Our dog came home healthy, happy and completely relaxed, and we could not be more thankful to have found Michael for our sitting needs! Thank you again!”
