I live in a quiet neighborhood with several safe and enjoyable walking routes nearby. My two-bedroom apartment provides a calm, comfortable environment, and I have a fenced back patio that is perfect for supervised sunbathing, fresh air, and naps. My home also has air conditioning to keep pets comfortable during warmer weather, and there are multiple parks less than five minutes away for walks and outdoor time. I carefully follow each pet parent’s instructions, including feeding schedules, walk routines, medication directions, household rules, and any special care needs. Whether I’m caring for a pet in my home or theirs, I prioritize safety, consistency, cleanliness, and regular communication. I also provide updates and photos so pet parents can feel confident that their pet is comfortable and well cared for.
About: I have been around dogs and cats my whole life. I have experience walking, feeding, training, bathing and generally caring for animals. I have also worked at 3 vet clinics during the summers over the past 4 years, I am currently employed at Los Osos Pet Hospital and volunteer at Woods Humane Society. I have experience with many different breeds, ages and personalities and love all of them. *I have done most pet care services independent from rover so please reach out if you’d like references! I am currently a pre-vet animal science major at Cal Poly. I work part time at Los Osos Pet Hospital so I am free most of the day and throughout the night. “Anne is brand new to Rover, but she performed as if she has been doing it for 10 years. I was EXTREMELY pleased with her care of our Basset Hound in her home while we were away. Her home is fully secure and provides a very safe environment for a dog out of it's normal space. She walked Chester through her neighborhood and provided him plenty of opportunity for exercise as well as sent me numerous photos throughout his stay with her. Anne is pleasant, mature, and shows great judgement. Chester came home happy and content and is looking forward to the next time I need a sitter so he can go back and visit with her! I will use Anne for all future needs we have with Chester and would highly recommend her to others.”
