About: I love dogs! I take them on walks, day trips, and I do week-long stays. I’ve cared for multiple dogs at once, including a variety of breeds and ages. I have a little special talent of teaching dogs new tricks! Growing up I have always been told I have a genuine bond for all dogs. Whether it’s a fun walk or a relaxing day, I ensure they’re happy and well cared for. As a college student home for the summer, I have plenty of time on my hands to care for your pets! I love spending time with animals and can easily fit pet care into my daily and weekly routine. I'm available for walks, drop-in visits, and house stays ranging from a couple of nights to even a full week. While there are a few weeks I’ll be out of town, I’m happy to work around those dates and be as flexible as possible to meet your needs! I follow their daily routine closely, including their feeding, walks, play time, or just sitting with them so they feel safe and comforted. I understand that being away from their family can be stressful, so I do my best to make them feel calm, happy, and loved. I also take care of the home with respect and keep everything clean and in order. About: I’ve loved and cared for a variety of animals throughout my life. I’ve had dogs, cats, a parakeet, hamsters, gerbils, rats, ferrets, fish, a bearded dragon, and a red tail boa. I LOVE animals. When I was a kid I would even spend my weekends at our local pet shop holding and playing with their animals. I am a mother of two teenagers, and have been a small business owner, so I am extremely responsible, reliable, caring, attentive to detail, and have the skills to do anything necessary to care for your pets. I am available most of the time, and my time is flexible. I recently sold my half of my small business and am now taking some time for myself (that I want to fill with animals!), so I am almost always available and flexible. We have a fenced in yard, but we also live in a beautiful historic neighborhood and love taking walks around the neighborhood and to the park as often as possible.

About: I’ve taken care of dogs since I was in grad school. Mainly took care of medium to large dogs, from puppies to 10+ years old. I have a 1 year old GSP named Miles who keeps me occupied most of the time. I work 7:30-3:30 most days during the week (regular full time job). But my weekends are usually open. I do quite a few different activities to keep my little guy occupied (and I think your pup will like them too). Activities include fetch, running, hiking, some scent work, etc. I have a 7 foot tall vinyl fence that my little guys loves to play in. I also have a medium sized crate and pad to keep your pup in. I mostly keep hard chew toys around and plenty of treats.

About: I’ve cared for dogs of all sizes, from a 15lbs mini golden to a 130lbs mastiff. I love taking long walks no matter the weather (as long the dog is comfortable!) and have experience with senior dogs who require a lot of love and attention, and sometimes lots of medication. If your pet had specific needs, I can certainly make sure they’re taken care of the best way they can be! I have similar experience with cats, caring for teething kittens and senior cats who need extra attention. I love cats, but I understand sometimes they take longer to warm up. I don’t mind just hanging around until they feel comfortable enough to come up to me themselves. My number one priority is making sure your pet is comfortable and cared for. I’m a full time college student who’s lived in the Dayton area my whole life, allowing me to watch pets in the area year round (I’m a rising senior at the University of Dayton). I currently have an online internship, but it’s unpaid and I don’t get a lot of work to do. I have lots of time to devote to taking care of your critters. I’m willing to stay with pets for as long as they need, whether that means overnight or just some company during the day. I’m patient with pets that are wary of strangers; I do what I can to respect their boundaries. I will always wait until they’re comfortable enough to come up to me. I have a dog at home who is very nervous around new people. Because she’s so big we have to be very careful of how we introduce her to people. She’s a high maintenance lady, that’s for sure! But she loves just having company, and I know that many pets just want to have someone to be around.
