She took the time to first meet with us and our cat Wayne and talk through daily routines, her plans to gently introduce him to her cats, and any other potential concerns or notes. She sent informative updates daily (including checking if some behavior was normal or not) that put me at ease knowing and seeing that Wayne was adjusting well with minimal issues. Wayne is used to lots of attention throughout the day and can be a handful around meal times, but Kat maintained an understanding and patient attitude. I would absolutely recommend her to take care of your pets!”
