She took wonderful care of Kalea and truly went above and beyond. She was very understanding when I was running a little late to pick her up. Tracy was amazing! She was willing to take care of Bowie even though he wasn’t feeling well, gave him all of his meds, cuddled with him, walked him, and sent me constant updates with pictures. would definitely use her again and would definitely recommend to anyone else!
Erin is the BEST!! My sweet girl unfortunately has to take meds and needs some special care for her health, and Erin was able to help her and do the medicine like a pro 💕 she is clearly a dog lover and has the best energy, my pup loved her instantly! And Erin is so sweet and communicative along the way, with pics and updates!
They did a great job with my senior Aussie! Invited us to come over ahead of time to let her sniff so it wouldn’t be as unfamiliar when we dropped her off for boarding. They also totally understood my dogs anxiety and support needs with that so we felt like she was in good hands. Super responsive and sent regular updates and photos!
Audrey was absolutely wonderful with our puppy, Skipper, over the weekend. He has a ton of energy, and she handled it with so much patience and enthusiasm. Her dog, Dot, was an awesome companion for Skipper—he came home happy, tired, and clearly well cared for. I felt totally at ease knowing he was in such good hands. We will definitely be booking with Audrey again!
My little guy really loved his experience with Jay, and Jay really took the time to pay attention to my boy. He bought extra food when the Tupperware I brought broke, he noticed when my boy was slow to eat, and wanted to know how best to help him get up and move around (arthritis is so sad). My dog had a great time during his stay. I would definitely book with Jay again.
