About: I have four cats of my own. Along with them, I also take care of our elderly dog who requires special attention and care around the clock. I also care for family members pets including, but not limited to: Feeding, bathing, walking, and playing! I used to be in college, but I am taking a year off to figure some things out. So, I have plenty of time to hang out with your fuzzy friends! I know that all pets have boundaries. Some are more skeptical of strangers than others. If I take care of your pet in your home, I will make sure to not make your animal uncomfortable with the presence of a new person by giving them the space and time they need to warm up to me! I have been told i am a gentle person, so I believe that your pet will be perfectly fine with me! However, I have a sister who lives with me who has a cat that is not so nice with others. So, if you request me to house sit for your animal, I unfortunately cannot do so in my own home, it would have to be at your home. This is just to keep your fuzzy friends safe!

“This was our first time using Sarah. She happily came to meet us and our cat Jack before we left for our vacation. We instantly felt comfortable leaving Jack in her trust. Jack warmed to Sarah quickly. She was reliable and took good care of our cat and sent some great photo's during her check-ins. We will definitely be requesting Sarah's help for our next trip. Darren and Melisa H.”

About: I've been a dog mom for 18 years. My dogs have provided me with companionship, loyalty, joy, structure, and unconditional love over the years. My first dog, Angel, was a Beauceron mix with a blue tongue. She was my best friend, my protector, my shadow. I loved her fiercely. She went over the rainbow bridge three years ago at the age of 14. About a year before she passed, our Kai Ken/Mudi mix, Cody Coyote, joined the family as her companion. This past summer, Corgi pup, Michael, moved in. My son's first official dog. We take regular walks together and they are always making us smile and laugh. I know how special pup companions are and I would love to help you care for yours. Daily walks with my pups are very important for me and for them. I need the movement, and they need to smell. On the weekend, I have more time to walk more pups, check on them, give potty breaks, or feed them. My pups have a fenced in yard and are able to take regular potty breaks every two to four hours. We take walks after I get off work. My pups eat breakfast before I work and eat dinner when my family does. I am available on weekends to give your pup/s potty breaks every two to four hours, up to three walks a day, and feeding in your home.

About: I grew up with dogs and have cared for my own dogs and cats for many years. I currently have a dog and a cat. My pets come first and are spoiled. I have experience caring for senior pets. Additionally, I am a nonsmoker and nonvaper. I am retired and work a part-time job which gives me lots of free time to watch after, walk, play with, and care for your pets. I believe in taking care of and loving your pet as if it were my own. Their care and needs are my priority. Caring for my pets always come first.

“Jesse was great with our cat and she warmed up to him pretty quickly. I appreciated Jesse's professionalism and flexibility. I will definitely book Jesse for dates going forward and I would highly recommend his services.”

“Gloria was very helpful with a last minute unexpected trip and provided great communication and updates throughout. It is quite nerve racking giving someone you don’t know keys to your home while you’ll be out of town, but she proved to be respectful and trustworthy!”

“Tammie did an amazing job caring for Toby and Prince while we were on vacation. We were sent lots of videos and pictures during the in home visits, directions were followed perfectly. Couldn’t have asked for more!”

“Danielle did a fantastic job! One of my cat’s takes a long time to warm up to new people, and in a matter of days he was coming downstairs to greet Danielle! I really thought she’d never get to see him. Not only did she feed them but she spent a lot of time cuddling them, which I know they wanted more than food. She was very good about taking out all the cat waste/food waste and cleaning their bowls after each visit. Her update photos were so adorable of my boys too. She was also very consistent on the time of her drop ins, which my cats need for routine of it. I will definitely hire her again to be my go-to sitter when I’m out of town. I had nothing to worry about!”

“Helena was fantastic! She provided regular updates including photos of our cats. We came home to very happy cats and a very clean place. Our cats seemed to warm up to her very quickly. We would definitely book with Helena again!”

“Chelsea watched my cat Henry for 9 days and did a fantastic job. She was very communicative and professional, providing daily updates about how he was doing. Henry clearly liked her because he gave her purrs at each visit. I'm so grateful for the care she gave Henry, it allowed me to relax and enjoy my vacation knowing he was in good hands.”

About: I took some time off Rover for a little while, as I was starting my career. But now that I have a dog of my own, I am wanting to get back into it. I have a 5-month old Cane Corso. I know how important it is for dogs to be happy and comfortable when their humans can’t be with them. I am a dog-lover, and would love to bring mine along while taking care of yours, but if your dog would prefer human-only care, that is fine also I do have a full-time job, with a varying schedule, so I’m not sure I could commit to repeat stays, but we could talk and work something out. I have every other weekend off While at your house I will abide by all rules you have set in place. I will be sure to keep your dog feeling safe at all times. I can leash or crate your dog when needed, following all instructions by you

About: I’ve taken care of animals since I was 12. I love walking, washing and caring for animals more than ever. It warms my heart to see them loved and happy. I am currently working a full time position but it is not an everyday job so I am hoping to fit some time in to do something I love well making some extra money on the side! With a place in my heart for animals comes with being alert to everyone and everything around when taking care of animals and pets. When walking animals I make sure to stay away from other pets or people if your pet is not comfortable with being around others. When grooming I make sure to be gentle and patient with the pet/pets. When staying in the home I make sure that they are well loved and get the attention and care they need.

About: I am a recent college graduate from WSU with a degree in Animal Sciences. I have been around animals my entire life and have volunteered at multiple animal rescues. I have also worked in a vet clinic and have experience with caring, treating, and maintaining a calm and comforting atmosphere to keep animals happy. My most recent job position of two years at a doggy daycare and boarding facility as a senior monitor. I learned canine behavior in longevity by taking care of 40+ dogs a day. This position has allowed me to put my knowledge and experience in my every day life and I couldn't be more thankful. I currently have a part-time job, so I will have plenty of time caring for your fur baby. I am flexible with working out schedules and prefer clear communication so there is no mix-up. I am happy to talk about times that work for you and your pet! I strive to always make sure that your animal is safe and comfortable in whichever environment we are in whether that be a drop-in visit or on our walks. I carry an extra leash if there may be an instance of one breaking, as well as extra water in case your animal is thirsty.

Mariah V.
“I highly recommend Mariah! I’ve worked with Mariah for years now (not entirely through rover- initially met her through word of mouth) and she has been very reliable. My doggo and kitty love her! She’s my go-to person whenever I want to take vacations or when anything comes up. My kitty loves anyone who feeds and pets her. What I love about Mariah though is she is especially considerate of my doggo’s little quirks and needs, and she understands the world of pet parenting as she has dogs herself. I trust her to stay in my home (she always makes it look better than when I left it). She’s always on time and conducts herself professionally. Most importantly, my doggo gets very excited whenever he see’s her so that says something. She takes him on many walks! It can be hard to find good and reliable people so I’m keeping this gem close to me. I hope my words can help others who are looking for a good pet sitter too! I would 10/10 highly recommend Mariah! Thank you Mariah for always being there and for loving my fur babies!”
