“⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Five-Star Pet from Nexsy! We couldn’t be more grateful to have found Nexsy! From the moment we met her, it was clear she has a true gift with animals. Our three dogs and two cats took to her immediately — and that alone speaks volumes! Nexsy didn’t just “watch” our pets; she genuinely cared for them as if they were her own. Updates came regularly with thoughtful messages, adorable photos, and sweet little anecdotes that brought so much peace of mind while we were away. We could tell our furry family members were not just safe, but happy and thriving in her care. She played with the dogs, gave them tons of attention, and kept the cats content and calm, sticking to their routines and making sure everyone felt loved. On top of all that, Nexsy also took amazing care of our plants. It’s such a relief to come home to happy pets and thriving greenery. It’s rare to find someone so professional, trustworthy, and warm-hearted. Nexsy is everything you could hope for in a pet sitter — dependable, kind, communicative, and clearly loves what she does. We came home to relaxed, happy pets, flourishing plants, and a home that was just as we left it. We wholeheartedly recommend Nexsy to anyone looking for truly exceptional care. Cindy M”

“Donna house sat and watched Indigo (our cat 🐈⬛) for 12 days and she was absolutely wonderful, she kept us updated and sent us pictures. Indigo isn’t really a people person, but when we did the meet and greet he seemed to attach himself to her. And when Donna stayed with him it sounded like they just clicked. Donna kept the house tidied and she even shoveled the snow that we had gotten in mid April. I would highly recommend Donna to watch indigo and our house in the future. In one word she was fabulous.”

“Lila was a great sitter for Minnie. My very anxious “baby” took to Lila very quickly and that is not her norm, so I felt very comfortable leaving them together. Lila communicated and kept in touch well. She was very respectful of my home and even left a cute doggie thank you note. Minnie seemed to love her and I know this because often when I get home Minnie us sitting by the door waiting. She was sleeping in the living room and much calmer than my usual returns. I recommend Lila as responsive, responsible, and respectful. Thank you!!!”

“Katie was absolutely great! Kept in contact, loved Daisy, followed through with all our contacts when there was a problem. She will care for your pet like they were her own! We are already booking another vacation with her!”

“Beyond thrilled with how loved all..ALL of our animals were. Even our dog who cowers from anyone but his family was loving in them. So so incredibly happy our animals got to meet someone, aside from us, who genuinely loves animals! Highly recommend!”

“Derek was very responsive and very flexible with how short-notice our request was. Was willing to learn about cat asthma and how to handle it if an attack occurred, which we greatly appreciated as that was a major concern for us. Overall very chill and got some great photos!”

“Aiden did an amazing job with watching our dog and house while we were away for 5 nights. Dog was well cared for, happy and comfortable while we were away. Aiden was very communicative and we returned home to our house as clean as we left it. Thank you, Aiden!”

She sends plenty of fun photos of the two of them together, and we came home not only to homemade dog treats, a handwritten thank you note, and a spotless house but also a thoughtful gift for our future son after she noticed we were expecting. She's always our first choice when we need a dog sitter”

About: As a college student with a set weekly schedule, I bring years of hands-on experience caring for dogs of all ages, breeds, and temperaments. While I may be new to the Rover platform and the area, I’m certainly not new to pet care. I grew up in a household with three dogs and currently help care for my family’s Yorkipoo, so I’m well-versed in the daily responsibilities and emotional needs that come with pet ownership. Additionally, I’ve looked after the dogs of friends and coworkers, gaining valuable experience in adapting to various routines, behavioral quirks, and care preferences. I understand that leaving your pet with someone new can be a big decision, and I take that trust seriously. Whether your dog needs gentle attention in their senior years, high-energy playtime, or just a reliable companion while you're away, I’m committed to treating your pet like family—with patience, love, and respect. I may be new to this platform, but I’m not new to providing quality, compassionate care. Pet care fits seamlessly into my weekly routine. As a graduate student with a structured academic schedule and no outside employment, I have consistent availability throughout the week. I am in class from 8:00 AM to 3:00 PM every Monday through Thursday, which allows me to reliably plan and commit to care outside those hours. I have large blocks of free time during weekday evenings and throughout the weekends, which I dedicate to providing extended care, walks, playtime, and companionship. I’m able to accommodate a range of care needs, including early morning or evening visits, depending on your pet’s routine. I understand how vital consistency and engagement are in pet care, and I’m committed to offering dependable, attentive, and compassionate service. Your pet’s well-being is always my top priority while you're away. Safety and trust are my top priorities when providing drop-in visits and walks for your pet. During drop-in visits, I ensure your pet feels comfortable and cared for in their familiar environment, following your instructions for feeding, playtime, or administering medication if needed. I’m attentive to their needs, providing companionship and keeping them happy while you’re away. On walks, I prioritize your pet’s safety by using secure leashes and harnesses, sticking to familiar routes, and staying alert to any potential hazards. I tailor each walk to match your dog’s energy level, ensuring they get the right amount of exercise and mental stimulation. With my attention to detail and genuine love for animals, you can trust your pet will be in good hands during every visit or walk.

About: I’ve volunteered at Dakin so my expertise is felines. I have rehabilitated, fostered, trained, and socialized any type of cat or kitten. Believe me, they’re just like dogs. My partner and I are both on-call medical professionals so one of us is always home during the week days. I’m at home during the weekends studying for school. Our time is very flexible! It’s best to keep pets separated until a day or two if they come into my home and then there’s a meet and greet. Otherwise, a meet and greet is essentially a day before before entering into their domain.

Ashley L.Star Sitter
“Ashley is a phenomenal pet-sitter. She takes wonderful care of my two cats, 5 and 3 years-old, both of whom have very distinct and somewhat fussy personalities. They also both have different dietary restrictions of which she’s always been very cognizant. My youngest cat has some temperament issues, so she does have to administer medication on the nights she’s watching him, and my older cat requires frequent teeth brushing to keep her hereditary gum disease at bay, which Ashley is also able to handle. Would definitely recommend!”

Gabriela W.
“I am high on Gabby, and my big Shepard loves her, too! She handles him well (100± pds) but does so with a big heart and a warm, joyful disposition. I wish she would walk me! lol. If you're looking for a responsible, caring dog walker for your furry friend, call Gabby.”

“I highly recommend Jesse for pet sitting and dog walking. He is a huge lover of all animals! He is kind, gentle and playful with them and would never harm any animal. My Australian Shepherd Jaxy loves him and he’s very picky with who he likes. Jesse is also very reliable and will care for your pet like it’s his own.”
