About: My family has spent a lifetime caring for and loving pets of all kinds, from energetic new puppies and kittens to cherished senior companions. Big or small, feathered, furry or fluffy, they are always treated as family. Our own dogs are trained using German commands, and even our cat is leash-trained, reflecting the time, patience, and care we invest in animal companionship. I understand how important your pets’ health, safety, and happiness are, and I recognize that busy schedules can make it challenging to give them the attention they need. I am a homeschool mom of two independent children and many fur babies including two dogs, three cats, and a few extras. I am also a youth pastor so my schedule is flexible and late nights not a problem. I have a safe fenced yard and lots of furry companions; however, I will not be sitting animals in my home as I prefer this space to stay limited to my own.

About: After farm sitting for a week with five dogs, one kitten and one goat, I think I can handle just about any situation or personality! I work in Montevallo during the day Monday through Friday 8:00 am until 4:00 pm but I can assist early mornings, evenings and overnight as well. I am glad to walk your pups in your neighborhood, or ride over to your neighborhood dog park. I'm glad to play catch or cuddle and follow your pup's established routine. About: My first memory of a dog was interacting with the black labs my grandparents owned growing up. My passion for animals was cultivated early on—my family taught me how to properly care for, train and love our pets, from German Shepherds to Cocker Spaniels to mixed breeds and everything in between. Young pups and elderly seniors—I have seen it all when it comes to pets! As an adult, I worked in a vet clinic and can truly say I loved every animal that came through our door. I am very familiar with crate training, behavioral issues and proper care techniques. Open communication is extremely important to me and I work hard to make sure my clients are beyond happy with my level of customer service. During our first meeting I make sure to go over daily schedules, specific needs, special requests and unique concerns. My goal is to make sure my clients’ pups see my home as their home away from home and the key to doing that is providing a consistent environment that closely matches what they’re used to. As for the dogs, I let them sniff and warm up to me in their own time. I’m a compassionate, patient and calm person, and my personality warms up even the most nervous of pups! For the anxious dogs—when in my home, it usually takes about 1-2 hours after their parent leaves for the first time before the they relax fully. During that time, I provide extra attention and care so they know I’m a person they can trust. I’m also extremely active and dedicate a great portion of our time together playing games and going on walks. They won’t even have time to get bored or anxious when you’re away because I fill our time with all the things they love to do! I’m not currently working so I have all the time in the world to be home to care for your pet! It is just Autumn (not Autumn and Jacob) I could not figure out how to change my name on here😁 I don’t have a day job so this is my day job! I have always got along well with dogs. So I have no problem with this! I would treat any animal like my own. Any instructions you have will be followed exactly as written. Leash will always be used unless you have a back yard, safety of your pets are most important!! I am available most every day, 8 AM to 2 PM. I am active and willing to make sure your pet is as well. Anything I can do to help! I can’t offer services for in home sitting for now as I can’t have pets in my home at this moment but I look forward to it in the future!!! 😁
