“This was Baileys 7th or 8th stay with Martine and Alex. As always we couldn’t have been happier knowing Bailey was in their extremely capable (and loving) hands. Martine is always great with communication and send lots of photos and updates which we love. It’s obvious they treat Bailey with so much love and care, as she is always excited when she realises where she is and quickly makes herself at home. On this occasion we had a last minute unavoidable change in our plans. This lead to requesting to extend the booking and although Martine and Alex had some other bookings in between they went above and beyond to assist in getting Bailey cared for. We couldn’t have been more appreciative as they took one thing off our plate when dealing with a lot of plan changes and organising ourselves. Knowing Bailey was in their hands relieved a lot of stress and worry at a difficult time. I just cannot recommend Martine & Alex highly enough. We often talk about how lucky we are to have found in them, the absolute best match for our Bailey girl.”
About: I've always loved dogs! We lost our beloved dog Henry at Christmas and my home feels a little quiet. I would love to care for your furry friend. I will ensure they get plenty of fresh air as I live opposite a green space, centrally located with lots of choice of parks to visit for playtime. Offering countless cuddles and the dedicated attention they deserve when they're away. I have a flexible work schedule and can work from home. I have support of my adult daughter, between us we are fully committed to a dog's needs. I have a bright, airy apartment with a large green space on our doorstep. I am used to taking a dog out regularly as part of my daily routine. A secure environment and safe space is essential when caring for dogs. I am more than happy to set up a crate if it is part of your dog's routine. My priority is to ensure your dog feels at ease, cared for and loved.

“I cannot recommend Peggy enough! It was Otis’ first time with a dog sitter and it was a super smooth process from start to finish. Peggy took on board Otis’ routine and his little quirks. The photos she sent of him enjoying himself were lovely and the daily updates meant we knew he was enjoying his doggy holidays. Because Peggy looks after guide dogs she was very knowledgeable and I’m sure he came home better behaved and we will use some of her boredom buster techniques. That being said, Peggy and her family loved Otis just the same as we do, as a pet. On our part, Otis maybe a little overindulged, not a working dog, but she was very complimentary about him!”
“Our Labradoodle (Darcy) had her first boarding with Amanda for just over a week in August 2025. Amanda was extremely welcoming and friendly and after an initial 'Meet & Greet' session with her and her lovely Golden Retriever, we were happy to confirm our booking. Amanda kept us posted of Darcy's settling in and we received copious terrific photos of the many dog walks undertaken with Darcy and her own dog. Indeed, Darcy reported back that she was very comfortable at Amandas, enjoyed the walks and the Retrievers company. I would not hesitate to recommend Amanda.”
“Laura is a lovely, smiley, cheerful person and Teddy took to her immediately. She was very enthusiastic in meeting Teddy and wanted to know everything about him and this was reflected in the quality time she spent with him and the things they did together. On the daily text and picture updates Laura did some lovely walks with Teddy and Laura and her partner took him out for their breakfast. All three looked blissfully happy. It was so comforting for me seeing Teddy happy and Laura really enjoying her time with him. Laura’s house is perfect for dogs and Teddy was good company for Laura when she worked at home. Just like at home with me. Laura did so much more than a dog sit. Teddy was at no rush to leave when I arrived to take him home and this is testimony to the quality time she spent with him. I would not hesitate to leave Teddy with Laura again. She was so proactive with him, trying out his tricks and he looked as if he was having an enjoyable time.”
“Lisa looked after Buddy so well and is a lovely person who truly cares about animals. Her gorgeous dog Giggsy is such a sweetheart and he and Buddy seemed to get on so well making it a home from home. I felt comfortable leaving Buddy with Lisa and would highly recommend her. We met a week ahead of Buddy staying so he would be familiar with her and Giggsy and this really helped with the settling. A huge thank you to Lisa for looking after our Buddy so well”

Any worries we might have had about leaving Chester with new sitters melted away when we dropped him off as he pulled us towards Jenny and Pascal and he couldn't wait to get through the door. He settled really well and bonded with Jenny and Pascal quickly. The regular messages, photos and videos provided us with thoughtful updates and showed chester having a lovely time. We wouldn't hesitate in leaving him again with his new friends!
Kate is an absolute gem and looked after Mahala super well while I was away for work. We had a meet & greet first, just to make sure Mahala could play well at Kate’s house, and I had regular updates about how Mahala was doing and her park walks and pool dips during the heat waves. Kate went above and beyond helping with picking up and dropping off Mahala as well. More than happy to recommend!
We highly recommend Antonella, she was fantastic with Coco and Max, they absolutely love her and we felt completely confident leaving them with her. She has a really good understanding and intuition for dogs; she picks up on their body language and understands what they are trying to communicate. Max has some anxieties which she fully took on board and when there was a thunder storm she helped Coco to feel safe. Thank you so much Antonella, we will definitely be coming back in the future.
This was our first time leaving our Pomeranian with Carole and everything was great from start to finish. We met up before hand for Carole to meet our dog and make sure it was the fight fit. Carole took him on a few adventures whilst he was there with a trip to the garden centre being one of them, we received photos along the way and updates. He came home happy and Carole was very accommodating. We would definitely go back in the future. Thank you for looking after our little man 😊
I couldn’t have hoped to find a better person to look after my 8-month-old puppy. This was the first time I had left him with someone else. It’s very clear that she genuinely loves animals… and they love her back. I found someone who didn’t just look after my dog but was completely committed to making sure he is happy, settled and content… and properly spoilt. When I picked him up he was upset to leave which really says it all! I will most definitely be booking again with you without an ounce of doubt. I’d like to keep this a secret to ensure I get first dips next time but this lovely lady deserves the recognition.
Jess was an excellent minder for my Italian greyhound. She was most welcoming and made such a fuss of him from the start. She was very conscientious in reading up on his details and sticking to his special diet and medication. Jess and her daughter seemed genuinely delighted to have Vinnie, and sent me photos of him out walking with them and playing. I highly recommend Jess for her loving care of my dog.

He clearly had a great stay with you both and we could have a lovely weekend knowing he was happy 😊 Kate was very responsive from initial enquiry and proactive at organising a meet and greet. Max was perfect for what our black lab needed! Max has a lot of experience and it was clear from the meet and greet that he could handle almost any situation. He was always very prompt with communication and definitely made Forrest feel at home! We will definitely be using Max again if he’ll have us!
We couldn't have asked for a better dog sitter than Beverley. She looked after Daisy for a week in her home, and it was clear from the moment we picked her up that she'd been loved and well cared for. Raz took a brilliant care of my Spaniel, especially as it turned out to be during the heatwave so wasn't an easy task. My dog seemed very happy and sounded like had a great time with the whole family, and my mind was kept at ease by updates during the day I got from Raz.
