“Simone is super communicative and reliable. She is also really good with Paolo who can get anxious and stressed on walks, and she calms him down so well. It's so great to see their bond form.”

About: For my whole life I’ve been asked to pet-sit. From the biggest of dogs to the teeniest of hamsters. I love being around animals and am fascinated with the relationship between humans and pets. I’ve always wanted a dog, but currently full-time pet ownership isn't possible for me. I’ve joined Rover so I can hang out with dogs and provide care and love while you are away. I can’t have animals in my current flat so I will come to your house to look after your pet, either as a holiday stay or during work hours for walks or home working. I can also take dogs to work with me (if they like being office dogs!) In my time I’ve cared for dogs with different quirks, and am happy to follow owner instructions to ensure I continue any training or routines. My number one priority is to make sure your dog is content and feels cared for, and will adapt what I do to meet their needs, whether that’s extra playtime, long walks or training.

About: 🐾Warm, safe, trusted, and friendly home for your pup when you go out! 🐾 Hi! I’m Eily, a lifelong pet lover based in Camberwell. Whether it’s a weekend getaway or long workday, I provide a calm, caring, and secure environment where your dog can feel right at home. I offer dog boarding, day care, and walks (if local) from my pet-friendly flat with nearby access to Brunswick Park and Burgess Park (most local). I only take dogs from one household at a time to ensure each one gets the attention they deserve. You can expect: ✅ Clear and timely communication ✅ Photo and video updates ✅ Safe walks and playtime ✅ Flexibility ✅ Most importantly, a warm and loving home environment for when you’re not there ✅ Comfort and experience Get in touch to book your slot, I’m looking forward to meeting you and your pup! 🐶✨ I currently work full time but I WFH Monday, Tuesday and Friday, but lots of time in between to care for pups and love them! I can go on walks during the day and at lunch time and if your dog has good recall (and the owner is comfortable!), we can play in the park next to my house. I live on the bottom floor of a little cul de sac in Camberwell, it’s quiet and peaceful during the day and at night. There are parks within walking distance of my flat too!

About: I grew up in a very dog loving household and my family has two dogs (a border terrier and lab). Now that I don’t see them as often I miss having regular canine company!! I tend to work from home on Mondays and Fridays (although this can be flexible) and often have time for dog care on weekends as well. I live in a flat that allows dogs, it’s on the ground floor with a garden so your dog can enjoy some sunny time whenever! We live close to parks, so I can easily get out for walks.

“Veronika walked my dog earlier this week and was great with him. She has a very calm energy and Morris really liked her. Her communication throughout was excellent and I’ve already booked another service with her :)”

About: Hi, I'm Rosie! I've always loved dogs and grew up with big, energetic poodles, so I'm no stranger to zoomies and long walks. Whether it's taking your pup for a stroll or spending some quality time with them, I'd be more than happy to help out. I know how much dogs need attention and exercise, and I’m excited to share that love! I work from home and my schedule is pretty flexible. I'm in most days of the week, with lots of time to take breaks for walks and play. If taking care of your pooch for a long stay I would keep them company 24/7. I live near a big green space and absolutely love taking high-energy dogs out for extra-long walks. As well as lots of playtime at home :) I live in a flat, but have an enclosed communal garden on the ground floor which is handy for quick pit-stops, lots of areas to investigate where dogs I look after like to sniff around. I have a balcony so I'd defer to each individual owner on whether they'd be comfortable with their dog being allowed out there or not. It's very secure with a high wall surrounding it. Otherwise, I'm happy to hang out after big walks at home, my sofa has room for larger (and of course smaller) dogs. If sleeping over they can stay where they're used to staying in your home. My family dog is a standard poodle with pancreatitis, so I'm used to special diet considerations, I wouldn't feed your pet anything outside of your preferences for them. Any questions or further information you might need - I'm happy to answer!

About: With experience working as a trainee veterinary nurse, looking after dogs through my parents dog boarding business, and owning rescue dogs, I have lots of experience caring for dogs of all sizes, ages, and personalities - including some with special needs. Your dog will be sharing our home with our sweet Staffie X rescue, Isla. She loves other dogs, and when not on a walk or playing, sleeps throughout the day - making her a calming companion! The best part? My repeat clients love how safe, happy, and excited to come back their dogs are…: “…you definitely put our mind at rest when we dropped her off as she ran to you straight away!!” Please drop me a message if you’d like to meet with me and Isla 🐾 *Unfortunately due to having Isla, I’m unable to care for dogs experiencing reactivity ♥️ I work remotely and usually do two walks a day, in the morning and at lunchtime. I can offer dog walking with our dog, Isla. Dogs will be lead walked unless agreed to be let off the lead in gated areas. Any specific requests for them? Just let me know! I will do everything I can to make sure the feel settled. Our dog, Isla, has hyper attachment (a challenging form of separation anxiety) so I specialise in looking after dogs with Separation anxiety however if your dog doesn’t have any separation issues, you can be reassured that when they are with me, they won’t be left alone - meaning more adventures and snuggles!

About: Bonjour! I’m a passionate graphic design student at Camberwell College of the Arts, UAL, originally from France. Back home in France, I have the joy of caring for my own furry companions—Mickey, my wise and cuddly cat, and Lily, my playful 1yo Hovawart. Growing up with pets has given me a deep understanding of the love and responsibility that come with caring for animals. I also have experience fostering cats and kittens through a local charity, SPA, where my family and I cared for a mummy cat and her kittens. This heartwarming experience strengthened my love for animals and their well-being. I look forward to providing personalised care and attention to your pets. Merci beaucoup! Before moving for university, taking care of pets was already an integral part of my daily routine. I used to ensure Mickey’s (my cat) needs were met by feeding him every morning and evening, regularly filling his water, and changing his litter, providing attentive care and companionship. Additionally, I frequently walked my friends’ dogs, as well as my own and my aunt’s dogs during holidays, offering exercise, playtime, and affectionate care. With my commitment to providing excellent care for pets, I understand that each furry friend has their own unique needs and comfort zone. While I’m unable to offer pet sitting at my own residence, I’m fully capable and dedicated to providing attentive and reliable pet care at the owner’s house. Whether it’s daily visits for feeding, walking, and playtime, or overnight stays to ensure your pets feel safe and secure in their familiar environment, rest assured that I will prioritize their well-being and happiness. Your pets’ comfort and happiness are my top priority, and I’m committed to providing them with the care and attention they deserve, right in the comfort of their own home.

About: Hey there, I'm Jessica :) I am paws-itively obsessed with dogs as they are beautiful, warm, happy beings. I used to have a dog for many years and learned the responsibility to take care of him in all aspects from young. I believe that being a good dog carer/ walker is more than just about taking care of the dogs; its also about understanding their needs and acting accordingly. I am fully aware that each dog is different and should be tailored to suit their individual needs. I have also volunteered in a doggy day care centre where dogs would be dropped off and cared for throughout the day till it was home time. Duties were ensuring their health, happiness and safety and providing them with lots of love and regular exercise. I understand the importance of needing to feel at ease when leaving your pet with somebody else, therefore updates, photos and videos are guaranteed. I love nature and long walks and I cannot wait to create memories with your furry best friend. My schedule is very flexible, therefore I have lots of time to spend with your dog.. whether it be going on long nature walks, dog boarding/ sitting or simply a drop in visit :) My priority would be to meet your dogs needs, making sure they are relaxed and happy. Every dog has their routine and I want to maintain their habits. I have 3 local parks within 5 to 10 mins away from me, a very spacious home with a big balcony and a puppy who lives with me who is very friendly and happy.

About: My experience with dogs is extensive; I cared for my family dog for 13 years and I have plenty of experience walking, playing with, feeding, cleaning & providing care for other people's pets. I'm comfortable with dogs of all ages, and have experience handling dogs of excitable/nervous temperament. Used to energetic and more docile pups alike! I work from home full-time, so I'm around all day every weekday to care for and walk your dog, and to give them lots of attention. Working from home full-time, I will be around all day everyday for your pet — you can rest assured I'll be nearby at all times & regularly free for toilet breaks and cuddles.

About: Hi, I’m Heather – an Irish girl living in London and a lifelong animal lover. I’ve cared for everything from small pets to farm animals, but dogs have always had a special place in my heart. Since I can’t have one of my own right now, I regularly look after friends’ and family’s pets, offering everything from walks and grooming to sitting and sleepovers. I’d be thrilled to give your dog the same love and care when you can’t be there! I regularly take care of friends and family's pets including pet sitting, boarding, grooming and walking. I work from home full-time, which means I have a super flexible schedule and can check in on your baby at any time throughout the day. Whether it’s regular walks, feeding times, play sessions, or just some company while you’re away, I’m able to be there consistently. I love being outdoors, so I’ll make sure your pup gets plenty of fresh air and exercise. My routine allows for both structured care and last-minute bookings, and I’ll always keep you updated with how your pet is doing while you’re away. I don’t currently offer pet boarding at my home, but I’m more than happy to care for your pet in their own familiar environment or take them out for walks. I know how important it is for pets to feel safe and secure, so I take the time to get to know their routines, preferences, and any special needs they might have. Whether it’s keeping them company during the day, following feeding schedules, giving them enrichment, or just being a calming presence, I’ll treat your pet with the same care and attention I would my own. Your baby’s comfort and wellbeing are always my top priority.

Amanda J.
“Amanda has been caring for our dog, Molly, a large, mixed breed rescue with a history of trauma and reactive tendencies towards other dogs. Amanda is one of the most natural dog people I’ve ever met. She’s understands dog behaviour, looks for signs from the dogs is patient, attentive, but most of all, kind. Molly is a difficult dog to walk due to her trauma and reactivity, but Amanda has taken the time to not only understand our training approach, but to even significantly read up on very specific behavioural approaches we’ve been working on with a behaviourist. I’ve seen her interact with other dogs and she’s a natural with them too. In a nutshell, there are very few people we would leave Molly with, and we never question the care and love she’ll get with Amanda.”

Eily A.
“Eily helped look after my 7 year old cockapoo Murphy in Manchester before she sadly moved down to London. I can't speak highly enough of her and the care she took of my best friend was amazing. I work shifts and she was always so accommodating and her communication was brilliant. I'd get daily pupdates and pictures and I was never in any doubt that he was living his best life every. Single. Day. She will treat your furry friend as her own of that I have no doubt.”

Poppy H.

“Poppy was excellent with my dog Saul. She communicated very well and took wonderful care of him. Would recommend and will be planning to book with her again!”

Susie C.

“Susie was great with Luna, really friendly and communicative. Would definitely book again.”

Emma C.Star Sitter
“We have a large young dog (Hovawart, 10 months old) and a large European cat. Emma has looked after both our pets with great care and respect. Our rescue cat sent out mixed signals when we adopted him. He would come and rub himself against us, seam to enjoy being petted then suddenly bite our hand. Emma quickly learnt to read the signals, when he wants to play, when and how he likes to be petted. This behaviour has now disappeared. Our cat can often be found snuggled up with Emma when she is home. Our pup is calm and cuddly at home, but easily excited /anxious and mouthy outside. Emma has always followed our instructions on how to handle these situations calmly. Our pup has made great progress. We can happily entrust our pup with Emma for a walk, and our pup is always happy to see Emma and spend time with her. Emma is responsible and reliable, we can leave both our pets in her care knowing their needs will be taken care of.”

Jessica B.
“Jessica is caring and loving towards all animals. It's in her nature. Their well-being is always priority to her. Gives 100% at all times and focuses on each pet and their specific needs individually. She is trustworthy, kind, calm and collected in difficult situations and great following instructions for specific needs.”

Darcy J.
“You couldn’t meet a more caring and conscientious person than Darcy, who treats every animal she comes into contact with as if they are the most important being in the world. She has patience, understanding and love for all her pets and those she has cared for, giving them optimum care and attention and meeting their individual needs. Darcy is trustworthy and acts with integrity in everything she does. Darcy dotes on her own fur baby back at her parents home , frequently returning to dog sit and visit , as she does for the dogs of family and friends entrusted to her I have absolutely no reservations in supporting and advocating Darcy as a pet caregiver”

Heather M.
“Heather is an animal lover through and through. Ever since I got my pup she has been always there to help groom, bathe, train and walk Leela and has a lot of knowledge about dogs in general. If i'm ever going away, she's the first person I call and one of the only people I can trust with my baby.”
