“We couldn’t have asked for better people to look after our dog. From the start, they were kind, reliable, and clearly cared deeply about making sure our dog felt comfortable and happy. We received regular updates, photos, and messages, which gave us complete peace of mind while we were away. It was obvious our dog was treated like part of the family — well looked after, exercised, and given lots of attention and affection. We came home to a relaxed and happy dog, which says everything. We’re incredibly grateful for the care and love they showed and would absolutely recommend them to anyone looking for trustworthy and caring dog sitters.”

“Keira is a very happy repeat customer with Kwai and family! She is loved and cared for as one of the family, and has a great doggy companion in Sally, their delightful Bijon Frisé 💕”

“Claude had the best time with Cara! I was regularly updated with pictures and videos on how he was doing. He had an absolute ball with all the other dogs and can tell her was looked after really well despite all his health needs. Would definitely look to book Cara again in the future and recommend her to others”

“Archie had a nice week with Mark. I can't fault Mark at all. Excellent communication from initial contact and reassuring updates when Archie was with him. This was our first time leaving Archie and we would be happy to have Mark look after him again.”

“Michael took on our boy overnight last minute, and was completely accommodating. Lots of pics and updates, and Rollo came home knackered from having lots of fun and walks with his new best pal 😂 would absolutely recommend Michael’s services, and will definitely book again if we need Rollo watched again in the future 😊”

“Absolutely delighted with Hector's care, Helena was fabulous and bonded straight away with Hector. I would happily leave my dog anytime with Helena, she is friendly, professional and went above and beyond with looking after my boy. Top rating x”

“Nicola and Tom went way beyond what we expected from a dog sitter. Our Cavalier was given the five star treatment with plenty of exercise and a welcome home. We were provided with daily updates via WhatsApp while we were away to reassure us that our dog was settling in to his temporary home. I wouldn’t hesitate to go back to Nicola and Tom and would thoroughly recommend them - they were a pleasure to deal with.”

“My springer spaniel freddie can be very nervous in new situations and with new people but Anne Marie made him completely comfortable and at home he relaxed instantly. Got updates throughout the week and lots of pictures and videos of freddie having the best time. First time i have left my dog Anne Marie made it such a good expereince.”

“We have 2 wee rescue dogs, who can be very nervous, and Annemarie and her husband put them at ease straight away. We got pictures and videos throughout, and our dogs were looked after unbelievably well. We were so happy.”

“Dean was very easy to deal with and happy to fit in with Alfie’s existing routine. Alfie seemed to enjoy his short stay & relaxed into belly rubs and playing and for an anxious dog that was a big win! I would recommend Dean & will use his service again *****”

“Cannot recommend David and Hazel enough. We have just picked up our dog from his first stay, after an initial meeting up and its very clear our dog had had the time of his life at their place. They listened to us about his needs and done everything to make his stay away feel like his own holiday. We have booked again for a longer stay and feel happy and confident knowing our dog is living in a home away from home with all his needs met.”

“Absolutely fantastic. Thanos and Hollie were brilliant with Spud. He didn't want to leave😂. Would highly recommend their services and I will hopefully be using again. Thanks again for taking such good care of him 🤘”

“Yiawen was extremely accommodating and took very good care of my toy poodle and my cat during their weekend stay with her. She sent very regular updates of walks and cuddles with both. Her communication prior to and during their stay was excellent. I would highly recommend Yiawen as a kind, caring and trustworthy sitter :)”

“Paula was very accommodating, accepting my booking quite last minute (few days before) and was flexible about pick up and drop off times. She came to pick up Beau with her dog so they got to meet and continued to send me picture updates while I was away. Beau was crying after he got dropped off which is always a good sign he had a good time/ became attached. Will definitely use Paula again for short term dog sitting!”

About: I don’t currently own my own cat, but I have plenty of experience being around cats in home environments. I’ve stayed overnight and spent a lot of time with my auntie’s cats over the years, and I’ve been especially close with one in particular. I’m also very familiar with my boyfriend’s three cats, so I’m used to feeding, spending time with, and caring for cats in a relaxed home setting. I’m comfortable with different cat personalities and understand that each cat has their own boundaries. I always let cats come to me in their own time, giving them affection when they want it and space when they need it. I’m confident feeding cats, keeping routines consistent, and making sure they feel safe and comfortable while their owners are away. I genuinely enjoy being around cats and love getting to know their individual personalities.

I have my own little dachshund Joey who i adore but doesn’t much like walking unfortunately so looking for another wee walking buddy. I work part time and am free of uni work all summer so dog-walking would just be a fun way of filling this spare time i have! I’m used to caring for dogs in their own home - they’re most comfortable and it suits me best. I do bring the dogs to my own house from time to time just to meet Joey and play outside - i’m lucky to have quite a big back garden which comes in handy!

“Bonnie, our senior beagle girl had a wonderful time with Lauren and her lovely family. On two occasions, one day after the other, at extremely short notice, they welcomed her in and looked after her so well. Their gorgeous lab, Brodie, is so gentle and Bonnie was lucky enough to be with the family when 2 other lovely dogs were visiting. They also have a lovely safe fenced garden. Bonnie also has kidney problems and we knew she’d be looked after especially well. The whole family love dogs and we certainly wouldn’t hesitate to board Bonnie again.”

“Caitlin’s was an absolute life saver with my very last minute booking, and ensured everything was fine. Communication was clear and consistent, and I could tell from all the photos I was sent that Milo was a very happy puppy. Haggis was also very helpful, making sure Milo was highly entertained throughout the day and gave a wonderful tour of the local area and parks. Highly recommend Caitlin & Haggis!”

“Milo was very well taken care of today. It’s the first time we have left our 5 month old puppy with anyone but Andreea was very reassuring and gave me regular updates. He was very well cared for and was encouraged to make himself at home, which was lovely. Thanks Andreea”

About: I’ve looked after dogs with my grandma since I was young. Now I'm ready to take it on myself using all that she has taught me. I’m on study leave just now, with only one exam on 20 May, and I’m free most of the summer except 27 May–11 June. I can do walks and doggy daycare Monday–Friday from 7:30am–7:30pm, and Saturdays until 3:30pm. On Sundays I’m happy to take dogs to the Cathkin Braes for a longer walks and play. I have a fenced garden that’s great for quick toilet breaks and relaxing outside. I’ve looked after neighbours’ and family friends’ pets for over five years, and we’ve had our own dog and rabbits too. I always keep things calm, safe, and comfortable for every pet in our quiet 2 story 4 bed house with just me and my mum.
“Short notice puppy sitter for our 11 week old husky. Was lovely in person, took our puppy no issues and handled her great, sent lots of updates and pictures/videos and even dealt with an indoor toilet accident without issue. Puppies are a ton of work, especially these active breeds so that was really appreciated. Nice wee photo at the end of our puppy sleeping beside her, so obviously happy and tired out. Gave our puppy some socialisation with her dog also which is what we wanted. Would recommend and use again :)”

“We couldn’t have asked for better care for our German Shepherd, Skye! Aleksandra and her husband were an absolute dream team 🐾 From the moment we left, Skye was showered with love, cuddles, and tons of attention 🐶 They stuck to her routine perfectly, noticed every little detail we mentioned, and even had fun doing tricks with her along the way! 🎉✨ Plenty of walks through the day kept her happy and tired (in the best way), and we loved getting frequent updates with sweet photos and messages — it really put our minds at ease. 😊 Their communication was super responsive and so reassuring. At the end of the stay, Aleksandra and her husband took the time to go through everything with us and Skye came home one very happy, tail-wagging girl 🐕💙 Thank you both so much for taking such wonderful care of our furry family member - we’re already looking forward to booking with you again! 🙌 See you again very soon! 🐾 Highly recommend! 🌟”

“Olwyn had a great time with David. This was her first visit after a short trial visit, and she was so excited to return. She is so well looked after and David is great at sending regular photos. Highly recommend.”

“Jiawen looked after my little dog at very short notice. I received multiple photos throughout the time and my dog seemed happy when I collected her. Would definitely recommend Jiawen :)”

“Nabila was friendly and helpful towards me, and kind and understanding towards my dog, Bran, a rescue who can struggle at times from being separated from me. Nabila's communication was good and she sent photos and updates on how Bran was doing. I'd definitely use her again!”

“Danny was brilliant with Leo! He understood Leo's crazy energy and Leo loved his time with him. He also provided me with updates and photos on their trips to the park. I would definitely book Danny again. Thank you!”

“Cheryl gave Pippin a great day. Lovely long walk and everything he needed all day, he had his treats and seems so happy since we have picked him up. We got loads of updates so we knew he was safe and cared for the whole time. Would definitely recommend her!”

I'm work full-time during the week, and so would only be able to do dog walking, dog sitting and dog boarding at the weekends. “Thank you so much Chloe for looking after Alby. He was a little unsure at first but you made sure he felt comfortable. Chloe was really accommodating even doing a bit of training when Alby was reactive in the park with another dog - this is massively appreciated. I would definitely recommend Chloe to anyone in need of a dog sitter and we’ll be in touch again when we need any support.”

About: I have experience dog walking and pet sitting for a neighbour, including weekly 45-minute walks and in-home care for a puppy Westie. I also volunteer at a doggy daycare where I assist with around eight dogs at a time, supporting play, supervision, and enrichment activities in both indoor and outdoor secure environments. I have hands-on experience with reactive, anxious, and medically sensitive dogs through caring for my own 23kg rescue dog, including managing leash reactivity, arthritis, and dietary needs. This has given me confidence handling strong, excitable dogs and adapting care to each animal’s individual needs. I am calm, reliable, and very attentive to safety and wellbeing, and I have a strong long-term passion for animal care and rehabilitation. Pet care fits well into my weekly routine. I have a regular commitment every Thursday morning from 9:45am–12:00pm where I walk and care for a neighbour’s dog, so I’m unavailable during this time each week. Outside of that, I’m flexible with bookings depending on the day and notice given. I also live with my mum and we share care of our dog, who has three walks a day. I usually take on one of these walks per day and this is already built into my routine so it doesn’t affect my availability for other pet care bookings. Although I live at home I will be doing this myself and have years of experience walking dogs alone. I also volunteer at a doggy daycare on a weekly basis, which is flexible and arranged around my availability, so I can adjust this when needed. Overall, I’m organised and reliable, and I make sure each pet gets the time and care they need. When caring for pets in an owner’s home, I always prioritise safety, routine, and making the pet feel as comfortable as possible. I follow all instructions closely, including feeding, walking, and any specific care needs, and I make sure doors, gates, and leads are always secure. I’m confident handling dogs of different sizes and temperaments, including reactive or anxious dogs, due to my experience with my own rescue dog and working with dogs in daycare settings. I aim to keep pets calm and happy by sticking to their normal routine as much as possible, giving them attention when they want it and space when they need it. I treat every pet as if they were my own and always make sure the environment is safe, clean, and stress-free while their owner is away.

“Monica is great! My pup warmed up to her quickly and she's so understanding of her needs when it comes to reactivity or anxiety. I am very glad to have her caring for my dog.”

“Sana was brilliant. She helped look after our 11 month old puppy, when we had to go away for a long weekend. Sana was punctual and we loved our updates. I would highly recommend and we will be using her services again 🤩”

About: Growing up I was surrounded by all sorts of pets from dogs, cats, hamsters, and Guinea pigs, I’ve always been an animal lover. When I moved to London many years ago, I began looking after friends and neighbours dogs, cats and rabbits as I didn’t get to see my family pets often since I’ve moved away so I enjoyed helping out and looking after other peoples on Rover. I work in the television production industry, and my schedule can be very flexible with enough notice. I work Monday to Fridays, so available weekends and week nights. My office is animal friendly so that is always an option. I am reliable, trustworthy, well- organised, caring and I have a lot of experience on Rover. I have looked after a wide range of dogs and cats and have never had any issues. I always keep in touch with pet owners, and updates and will make sure I know the ins and outs of the care required before the booking begins.

Really appreciate it, and we’d be delighted to book you again.”

“Agnieszka took my two doggies out for a lunchtime walk when my partner and I were both working. She sent us the sweetest photos and the dogs clearly loved her. We will be booking her regularly. I'm so happy we have found someone nice and trustworthy.”

About: I’ve had family dogs to love and care for, and done jobs dog walking for a while now. I’ve looked after my teammates dogs whenever they needed me to. Really just love to spend time looking after dogs! I’ve moved over here from the USA in order to play professional football. This has given me a load of free time in the evenings and on our off days of Tuesday and Friday. A dog would be some nice company for me being so far from home. I have a roommate in my flat who is very happy to help look after and play with your dog. If neccesary I can leave the dog in a crate when briefly out or let them roam around my room which is spacious and accommodating. I’m located very close to parks I can bring the dog to run around and play in.
About: I’m a dog lover based in Glasgow Southside, living with my husband and my 7 year old Cockapoo, Grace. I’ve been caring for dogs my whole life, both my own and those of friends and family, and that experience has shaped my calm, reliable and attentive approach to pet care. I first signed up as a Rover sitter while living in Copenhagen where I built up a lovely group of regular clients and provided weekly afternoon walks, drop-in visits and boarding, caring for dogs of all ages, breeds and personalities. I loved getting to know each dog individually and becoming a trusted part of their routine and am looking forward to doing the same here now that I’m back home in Glasgow. I’ve cared for dogs ranging from playful puppies to gentle seniors and have experience with a wide variety of temperaments and needs. I’m also qualified in canine first aid, giving me the knowledge and confidence to respond appropriately in the unlikely event of an emergency. As a dog owner myself, I understand the trust involved in leaving your beloved pet with someone else. I take pride in offering professional, compassionate and personalised care. I currently work part-time from home which gives me the flexibility to provide dog walking, drop-in visits and boarding, with plenty of attention, exercise, cuddles and company throughout the day. I work part-time (weekday mornings) from home meaning I can offer lots of attention, playtime and cuddles through the day. My afternoons, evenings and weekends are flexible. I live in a ground floor flat with access to a shared garden, perfect for quick outdoor breaks. I’m also just a short walk away from Linn Park, Queens Park and Kings Park, and also often take trips to the beach (Grace’s favourite!!!) Your dog is welcome to make themself at home on the sofa or by my side, but there’s also a quiet separate room if they prefer their own space. We also have a puppy gate if needed, ensuring a calm and secure environment for everyone.

“Fiona was a great sitter for our Harry. She kept us up to date, bathed Harry due to skin issues and he loved his time there. So grateful to Fiona and her family for taking great care of him.”

“Myla had a great time with Nabila and Po her friendly husky. She sent lots of photos on their walks and stayed in touch with pup updates. I would definitely recommend Nabila as a dog boarder and recommend her to my family and friends. Thanks Nabila!”

“Cathie looked after Penny for 9 days and kept her comfortable the entire time. It was the first time we had left Penny and Cathie made her feel as happy and comfortable as she does at home. I was kept updated daily, with photos and information about what they had done or how Penny was doing. Penny was looked after incredibly and had an absolute ball - I don’t think she wanted to come home. I will be recommending Cathie to anyone looking for a dog sitter, and will definitely be booking Penny to stay again. She provided five star service and I couldn’t have asked for a better person to look after Penny!”

About: Animals have always been a big part of my life. I've grown up around family and friends' cats and dogs, and now I have my own show cocker spaniel who definitely keeps me on my toes! I genuinely love and enjoy spending time with animals, and I'm looking forward to helping others by caring for their furry family members as if they were my own! I'm work full-time during the week, and so would only be able to do dog walking, dog sitting and dog boarding at the weekends. I currently live in a flat with my fiancé and show cocker spaniel, who is just over one year old and very friendly! Our dog Penny is in daycare most days of the week and so she is extremely socialised with other dogs (including younger dogs). We live near lots of green space and parks, and have a car to take them further afield on safe adventures.

“Sara was great with our boy peanut. Plenty of walks and updates provided throughout the day! Would highly recommend Sara to others looking to have their pets well looked after 🙂”

“I found Harry to be really supportive, caring and with great communication and updates about Marcy. I'd love her to sit for Marcy again and would happily recommend to anyone looking for a home-from-home for their beloved doggy 🐶”

“Honestly the most lovely young lady. My puppy is only 8 months old, and he can be quite anxious, I was really worried about leaving him. Julia suggested a meet and greet before I left him for a few days and this helped a lot. She sent me regular updates, pictures and videos. She was able to see how loving any funny my pup was because of the love and care she gave to him. I couldn’t rate her high enough and I will definitely recommend and leave my dog with her again. Thanks so much Julia x”

“Myla had a great week’s holiday at Wayne and Lucy’s home and enjoyed having Beanz to play with. Their house is a perfect ‘dog friendly’ home with Myla having easy access to the back garden. Wayne sent photos of Myla enjoying her walks and she always looked very content and happy. I will definitely use their services again for other holidays and highly recommend them as boarders. A big thank you for taking such great care of Myla 😊 Laura”
