About: I’ve had cats and looked after other peoples cats most of my life. My current cat is Jippy, I love him to bits and he’s like my second child. Jippy is ten now and I’ve had him since he was a kitten. He loves playing outside and in, he loves cuddles and goes mad for a good brush. Now that I’m semi-retired I look forward to spending more time with animals especially cats. I work locally part-time and volunteer as a football coach but am flexible as far as days and times and look forward to meeting your lovely cat. I’ve taken care of my neighbours dogs - german shepherd and golden retrievers - for as long as i can remember, walking them almost everyday over summers and whenever i can other times. I’ve also in recent years cared for them whilst my neighbours are on holiday so have plenty of experience with general day to day care of others’ pets. I have my own little dachshund Joey who i adore but doesn’t much like walking unfortunately so looking for another wee walking buddy. I work part time and am free of uni work all summer so dog-walking would just be a fun way of filling this spare time i have! I’m used to caring for dogs in their own home - they’re most comfortable and it suits me best. I do bring the dogs to my own house from time to time just to meet Joey and play outside - i’m lucky to have quite a big back garden which comes in handy!

About: Hi, I’m Avery, I’m currently free over the summer before returning to college as a mature student this September to follow my aspirations in the animal care sector! I've had lifelong experience with pets, both my own and those cherished by friends, family and neighbours. From raising a tiny Jack Russell puppy into a fine old girl to looking after my aunt's sick German Shepherd (miss you Balin x), I'm certainly comfortable with all shapes and sizes. Thankfully, based where I am, I have a quiet and private back garden as well as some lovely green routes through the country park not a 5 minutes walk away from home. While I'm fully flexible over the summer, I'll be returning to college at the end of August. After which I'll be available Weekends and Evenings, as well as fully open Tuesdays and Fridays. Ordinarily, I'm quite a night owl so I'm also more than happy to tire out any hyper pups should they need it. I have an enclosed garden with plenty room to tear about and more than enough space inside the house to keep even big dogs adventurous. Sadly, I've no pets of my own currently but I am very eager to fill that furry friend shaped hole in my heart. My partner whom I live with is also experienced with both dogs and cats and may be enlisted to help with caring for your pets- though only if that's an arrangement you're comfortable with. We're more than happy to make introductions for her too!

My house is near lots of fields In neilston and I work term time so I am off for 4 months of the year. I do boarding, drop dogs here and there as i have a car. I can provide a walking service and do can also check up on dogs in peoples houses. I work as a nurse 6 months of the year and have a lot of free time. I love to walk and I love dogs. I have a fenced garden but I have fields upon fields next to me which I go to. I let the dogs go on beds and sofas so they will feel at home.

About: Growing up I was surrounded by all sorts of pets from dogs, cats, hamsters, and Guinea pigs, I’ve always been an animal lover. Over the years, I have cared for many types of pets, including dogs, cats, birds, fish, rodents, amphibians, and reptiles. About: Hi, we're Kathryn and John. We are a couple living in Glasgow with our 2 pets, a cat and a dog. Kathryn has grown up around dogs and has had a few in my life so far. John has had cats for years and we are both big animal lovers. We currently have a 2 year old Goldendoodle named Luna who will be friends with literally anyone who looks at her lol. If your dog is friendly and would like to have a companion on their walk, Luna will happily tag along. If your dog is not so keen on other dogs, Luna is perfectly happy sitting at home on her own for an hour or two so she won't be offended lol. We have trained our own dog to be very well behaved on walks and are more than happy to follow any rules or specific training you have with your dogs to keep them safe and happy throughout their walks. Kathryn is in a wheelchair with a sturdy leash attached for our own dog, so John will be the one who will collect your dog for their walk if there are any stairs involved. Neither of us work so we are free pretty much 24/7. Our daily routine includes taking our own dog for 2-3 walks a day and standard daily household chores. On Wednesday evenings, John is playing away from 5:30pm-8pm. On Thursday evenings, Kathryn is away from 5pm-9pm. On Friday evenings, John is away from 4-7pm. These are the only times where it would be one of us walking your dog is required. Any other time, there will be 2 of us (3 if Luna is allowed to join lol) We do not offer boarding in our home due to us having a cat as well who will not be friendly with strange dogs in the house.

About: I have experience dog walking and pet sitting for a neighbour, including weekly 45-minute walks and in-home care for a puppy Westie. I also volunteer at a doggy daycare where I assist with around eight dogs at a time, supporting play, supervision, and enrichment activities in both indoor and outdoor secure environments. I have hands-on experience with reactive, anxious, and medically sensitive dogs through caring for my own 23kg rescue dog, including managing leash reactivity, arthritis, and dietary needs. Outside of that, I’m flexible with bookings depending on the day and notice given. I also live with my mum and we share care of our dog, who has three walks a day. I usually take on one of these walks per day and this is already built into my routine so it doesn’t affect my availability for other pet care bookings. Although I live at home I will be doing this myself and have years of experience walking dogs alone. I also volunteer at a doggy daycare on a weekly basis, which is flexible and arranged around my availability, so I can adjust this when needed. Overall, I’m organised and reliable, and I make sure each pet gets the time and care they need. When caring for pets in an owner’s home, I always prioritise safety, routine, and making the pet feel as comfortable as possible. I follow all instructions closely, including feeding, walking, and any specific care needs, and I make sure doors, gates, and leads are always secure. I’m confident handling dogs of different sizes and temperaments, including reactive or anxious dogs, due to my experience with my own rescue dog and working with dogs in daycare settings. I aim to keep pets calm and happy by sticking to their normal routine as much as possible, giving them attention when they want it and space when they need it. About: Hello! I’m Finn, I have been looking after dogs for friends and family as long as I can remember, anytime I hear of someone in need of pet care I am always first to volunteer! I am confident looking after all kinds of dogs (including puppies) and love to go for long walks in the park. I work an office job (Monday-Friday) that is pretty flexible so able to pop out for a dog walk whenever or work from your home if you need a sitter. Happy to provide regular updates and keep you in the loop with how everything is going. I work full time flexibly in an office and work from home 2 days a week, so happy to pop out for a walk anytime I am not able to have a pet in my flat but I would be very careful when in your home, making sure your pet is well looked after and your home stays exactly how it was left.
About: I’m a student in the southside of Glasgow with a lifelong love for dogs! I’ve worked at a Doggy Daycare and Boarding Kennels part-time for around a year now so feel at ease around a large number of dogs. I’ve taken care of my neighbours dogs - german shepherd and golden retrievers - for as long as i can remember, walking them almost everyday over summers and whenever i can other times. I’ve also in recent years cared for them whilst my neighbours are on holiday so have plenty of experience with general day to day care of others’ pets. I have my own little dachshund Joey who i adore but doesn’t much like walking unfortunately so looking for another wee walking buddy. I work part time and am free of uni work all summer so dog-walking would just be a fun way of filling this spare time i have! I’m used to caring for dogs in their own home - they’re most comfortable and it suits me best. I do bring the dogs to my own house from time to time just to meet Joey and play outside - i’m lucky to have quite a big back garden which comes in handy!

About: Hello! I have grown up with both dogs and cats and have lived with a Labrador for the last few years. I am now living in my own flat on my own and would love to have some company. I have a shared garden which can be used as well as my own balcony. I also live super close to the Clyde and to Kelvingrove park for walks😊 I am in the office every Tuesday and Thursday. However I am available on other days (including weekends if no plans) to look after your dog, take them on lunchtime/evening walks and to sit out with them on the balcony I have a flat and an enclosed balcony. I also have a dog bed and water bowl as I frequently dog sit my friends dogs!

Max is epileptic and requires a little extra care than most dogs, which they handled with ease. We were kept updated constantly with pictures and videos, so we were never worried. You could tell they were a perfect fit for max. He is now curled up at the end of the bed, which is a very good sign. Don’t know who had a better holiday, us or young Max. “Cheryl was just amazing with our 18 month old Romanian rescue dog. She was so patient as Luna figured out her and her lovely home. After an initial walk, we booked in an overnight stay and is safe to say Luna has a new best pal! Cheryl kept is up to date throughout the stay as it was the first time Luna had been away overnight. Nothing phased her and we picked up a very chilled happy puppy the next day.”
