“Second time I’ve booked with Anke and with no doubt I’ll always chose her to look after Bronx ❤️. I know I don’t have to worry as she looks after him like if it was her own dog. She reassures me all the time and keeps me updated with loads of pictures and videos which I love! Bronx is very nervous with other dogs and she introduce Bronx to another frenchie and handled the situation very well. I can definitely trust her to keep Bronx safe and even help him with his anxiety with other dogs. He haves so much fun that as soon as he is back home he just go straight to bed and chills which is nice because he can be very hyper. “Sherlock has stayed with Arpana a few times over the past couple of weeks while we had lots of family visiting for a wedding. We’ve never really felt comfortable leaving Sherlock before, but after seeing Arpana’s profile and how much of a dog lover she is, we decided to give it a try — and we’re so glad we did. From the very first meeting, Sherlock took to Arpana and her family straight away. She kindly welcomed him into her home when we dropped him off, and it was clear how dog-friendly and welcoming the environment was. Each time we brought him back, he would pull eagerly on his lead and sniff his way right up to the door, excited to see them again. A big part of that is down to her children, who clearly adore dogs and were wonderful with Sherlock — he had the best time playing, especially with her daughter. He always came home tired out, but in the happiest way. Arpana kept in touch with regular updates, which was really reassuring for us as slightly anxious owners leaving our dog for the first time. She was also very patient with our many questions and flexible with timing, which we really appreciated. Overall, the experience has made us feel so much more comfortable about leaving Sherlock with a sitter. About: I've had my own toy poodle, Nala, since she was a puppy 🐩 — she's nine months now, toilet trained, well behaved and spayed. She's grown up around visiting dogs and loves sharing her toys. Over the past year I've also looked after another small dog in my home for weeks at a time, from puppy right through to adult. I've nursed a dog through recovery after surgery, so I'm confident giving medication and keeping a dog calm and rested. I know how to change a dog's food over slowly so their tummy stays settled, and I brush Nala daily, so I'm very used to looking after a fussy coat. I only take small dogs, so I can give each one proper attention. I work from home most days and only go into the office around once a month, so your dog is rarely left alone and has company, play and cuddles throughout the day 🐾 I'll follow whatever routine you already have — meal times, nap times and walk times all stay exactly as your dog is used to. If your dog has a walking routine, I'll keep to it. Your dog stays inside my home with me, never in a kennel or outbuilding. About: I grew up with 4 cats, 20 birds and 1 huge dog. I have looked after small dogs like Cockapoos and big ones like Pomskys. Can provide basic training to pups and dogs. I work from home and my weekends are mostly free. This gives me enough time to look after dogs and other animals. I can take them on long walks either in the park behind our house, or around the lake in Danson Park. I have a fenced garden and our house backs onto a large open park. After completing my animal management A-level this is now my chosen full time career, I am initially concentrating on dog walking but in time, I intend to expand my services to include home boarding, dog sitting in your home , basic dog grooming and administration medication. My rear garden is enclosed by four 6ft brick walls, laid to turf, I have two extremely friendly spaniels one 8 year old springer spaniel and one 3 year old sprocker spaniel, whom are both well trained and walked daily by myself. My family became part of the guide dog community and through the experience of training several puppies I gained the knowledge of working with amazing dogs who went on to help people and raise future guide dogs prospects! About: My partner Josh and I both have family dogs but since moving into our own home we have missed having them around. We both work hybrid and are available for overnights and lots of walkies! About: I have had dogs all throughout my life, our current dog, Rascal completes our family. She’s a labradoodle x springer, and is not fussed about other dogs, and loves human attention, but is always happy to share us with other well mannered dogs. Rascal was a rescue from a home with 7 dogs who were unable to care for her properly, so she is comfortable in a large pack. I work from home so am happy to host your dog with us. I have a large garden which is easily accessible all day, and live right next to a big park with woods for good daily walks. I am happy to be quite flexible and can pick up / drop off for a fee too if you need. I work from home most of the time and am largely able to mould my schedule around your needs, I don’t leave Rascal on her own so your dog would always be with me. I have a large, fully fenced back garden where the dogs can play, and a walled in front garden meaning it’s a very secure environment. Our local area has loads of parks and woods, we are generally not comfortable walking dogs we don’t know off lead as I don’t want to risk something going wrong, however if your dog gets to know and trust me well, knows the local area well, and you’re confident in their recall I may consider it. Rascal is a combination of two working dog breeds so we play lots of scent and seeking games for mental stimulation.
