“Dongmei and Thomas took care of Ovie for three nights, and I genuinely could not have asked for a better experience. From the very beginning, they were incredibly willing and keen to understand everything about Ovie to ensure he was cared for exactly as he needed. During our meet and greet, they asked thoughtful, detailed questions and really took the time to get to know him. They also showed me the beautiful park next to their apartment and their lovely, spacious home, including a large deck which Ovi clearly enjoyed. Throughout his stay, they kept me completely at ease by sending multiple photos and updates each day. Ovie typically takes a little time to feel comfortable with new people, but it was clear from both the pictures and his behaviour when I picked him up that he was very happy and relaxed around them. They were incredibly accommodating, managed his high energy levels very well, and truly treated him as if he were their own. They even bought treats for him and played games to keep him engaged and stimulated. I would not hesitate for a second to book with Dongmei and Thomas again. Highly recommended.”

“Futon isn't necessarily bad with children, rather, he barks because he wants to play with them. Ideally, I might have chosen without kids, but I also wanted to create opportunities for Futon to interact with kids. When I found out that Kevin's home was nearby and reached out, he kindly said "Let's give it a try", and I truly appreciate his willingness to take on the challenge. This boarding expense was a trial run in preparation for a longer stay in the future. Since it was the first time leaving my dog with someone else, I was nervous. However the moment I met Kevin, I felt reassured by his warm and friendly personality. As we don't have any relatives or friends we can leave our dog with, it's a huge relief to have found someone as trustworthy as Kevin. I am deeply grateful to him and his family for their kindness and care. I look forward to working with them again in the future!”

About: We have a calm and cosy home in Sidcup and genuinely love having dogs around. We have a Cockapoo called Cooper, so we understand how important it is to leave your pup somewhere loving and comfortable. We only take a small number of dogs at a time so each pup gets plenty of attention, enrichment, and downtime tailored to their personality and routine. We’re happy with both active dogs who enjoy adventures and slower-paced dogs who prefer a calmer environment. We = my husband Nate and I :) We’re naturally quite active, so walks and outdoor time are already a big part of our routine. We usually do a mix of park walks, playtime, and relaxed downtime at home depending on each dog’s energy level and personality. We work flexibly, which makes it easy to keep a consistent routine for feeding, walks, company, and rest throughout the stay. We want every dog to feel relaxed and settled as quickly as possible, so we try to keep their routine as close to home as we can – including feeding times, walks, rest, and any little habits they’re used to. We have a secure home environment and always introduce dogs slowly and carefully to make sure everyone is comfortable. We pay close attention to body language, energy levels, and temperament during walks and playtime. We know how important trust is when leaving your dog with someone else, so we stay in close contact throughout the stay and make sure owners always know how their pup is getting on.
About: I’ve had dogs since a child and currently have a dog of my own so I am very familiar with how to look after dogs to a high standard. I think dogs should be treated like family and they will always be welcome in my home alongside my dog Whiskey. I work from home full time and have a dog of my own so I am used to planning my days around a four legged ball of fluff. I am a total lover of dogs and always make time for walks, play and cuddles. I have a fenced in garden and a dog at home to keep yours company during the day. There are lots of parks local to me which I am very familiar with. My sofas have covers on them so dogs are welcome to snuggle and can roam anywhere in my house. I have a couple baby gates so there is no risk of them being able to run out the front door if I need to open the door. I also have a ring doorbell camera at the front of the house and one facing the garden to provide added security.

“Neil is awesome with our Shiba Inu puppy Yuki. He offered for a meet and greet at his house before he first boarded, where Yuki met Neil’s two doggies Onyx and Cash and got along fine. Yuki spent his first ever night away from us (he’s 15 weeks old) and although he was a little nervous at the start, he soon forgot and played so much with the doggies at Neil’s and loved it :)! Neil kept us updated, sent us videos, and really helped calm him down. He slept all night as he was so tired from playing, and he was a dream for his stay. About: We have a 5 year old miniature daschund who we rescued her when she was around 6 months old. She's now a very cuddly part of our family and a furry, happy, fully functioning member of her doggy community. We also look after family and friends dogs. Our care involves lots of cuddles and attention, we allow dogs in all parts of the house, including on the sofa! My wife and I have a miniature daschund so one of us is always home during the week. We both work in hybrid roles which makes this possible. Our jobs can be flexible, allowing breaks throughout the day to interact with our dog from playing to toilet breaks, plus a lunchtime walk. At weekends we tend to go on longer walks as a family once a day. We have a young daughter who loves dogs and has learnt to be very gentle but also playful with our own dog. However, we are always around to supervise interactions. Our dog's daily routine is wake between 6-7am for breakfast, walk at 12/1pm, dinner at 5pm and bed (crate trained) at 9/9:30pm, with carrot/dental stick snacks in the day. We have a large fenced garden to play in and for toilet breaks.

I’ve been pet sitting since I was 6 years old; walking local dogs, visiting homes, staying over and feeding all kinds of animals, mainly cats, dogs and rabbits. I can move him upstairs if needed! I am home every day and can provide 24/7 care. I ask that your pet is ok alone for 1-2 hours at a time in case I need to go out (e.g. to walk another dog or go to the shop). Your pet has free roam of my house! I like to think of my house as their Airbnb; they can go wherever they like whenever they like. We have a fenced garden so they can explore outside (always supervised) and we will go on lots of walks in the nearby park. Whatever your pet wants I will endeavour to provide.

About: I’ve cared for both cats and dogs since I was 13 both at home and for friends and family. I’ve regularly looked after neighbors’, family members’, and friends’ animals, helping with feeding, walking, playtime, and basic care. I currently own a Cane Corso, so I’m very comfortable with large, strong breeds. I’m patient, attentive, and always focused on keeping pets safe, happy, and well cared for. Im currently a university student with plenty of time available. I have worked in hospitality for the past 4 years and after adopting my sweet boy I decided to spend more time at home with him.
