Peppa is 15 years old and requires a little extra attention like eye drops and cleaning and she was perfectly looked after. It really put our minds at ease knowing she was in such capable hands. Meanwhile, Hugo had a blast with their two other dogs and came home happy and well exercised. About: I've grown up around dogs and they've always been a huge part of my life. We had a family dog throughout my childhood, and today I regularly care for my mum's three dogs whenever she's away, often for extended periods. This includes feeding, walking, playing, giving them lots of attention, and making sure they stick to their usual routines. I'm also the go-to dog walker for my aunties' dogs, Doris and Bolt, who I absolutely adore. Whether it's long walks, trips to the park, games of fetch or simply keeping them company, I genuinely love spending time with dogs and getting to know their individual personalities. I'd love a dog of my own, but with future travel plans, I've decided to wait until I can give one the lifelong commitment it deserves. Pets in my care are looked after in a calm, secure, and pet-friendly home environment. I live in a terrace house with a fully fenced garden, allowing safe outdoor access. Inside, I have non-carpeted floors for easy cleaning and sofa covers so pets are welcome to relax comfortably. I am comfortable with puppies and follow owner instructions closely, including routines and feeding. Pets are not left alone during bookings unless absolutely necessary, and never for more than around two hours unless agreed with the owner. I can support some medication needs depending on the type and instructions provided, always prioritising safety and trust.

About: I've been lucky enough to have dogs as a big part of my life for many years. From 2019 when my family adopted our rescue dog Roy the patterdale terrier, he became my daily companion, especially while I was working from home and throughout the pandemic. We spent every day together, with morning walks (both short and long depending on what he fancied!), plenty of playtime, and lots of company throughout the day. Like many dog owners, he quickly became much more than a pet. He was (and still is but don't tell my girlfriend Rebecca) my best friend. Before moving into my own home in 2024 and sadly away from Roy, I also spent a lot of time helping care for my partner's two small family dogs Millie and Maisie. Whether it was taking them for walks, feeding them, playing with them or simply keeping them company, I loved being around them and getting to know their different personalities. I understand that every dog is unique, with their own routine, energy levels and little quirks. Whether your dog enjoys longer woodland walks, shorter strolls around the streets, energetic games, or just some company and fuss while you're away, I'll always make sure they feel safe, happy and well cared for. I know how much trust it takes to leave your dog with someone else because that's exactly how I'd feel with my own. I'll treat your dog with the same care, patience and affection that I'd want for my family's dogs. I currently work full time Monday to Friday 9am-5pm from home. This means your dog will always have company, a chance for spontaneous play time, or a safe and comfortable place for them to relax and sleep knowing they are not alone. My partner Rebecca also works full time Monday to Friday, with Monday's and Friday's being from home. Meaning that on these days, your dog will be accompanied by Rebecca and I. I have a fenced garden with a nice grass area for your dog to run around in, relax in, or go to the toilet. There are no other pets or children in the house, just my partner and I who are both early 30's and dog-obsessed! I also have a doggy seat belt in my car so your dog will be safe and secure whilst travelling with me if necessary.

“I booked a last minute boarding request with Indy for three days for my large dog. 5 stars doesn’t even cut it! My dog is a rescue and can be nervous at times, but she loved every second. Even though the request was last minute, Indy still accommodated a meet before booking anything, which went well. Layla was so very well looked after and cared for by the family, I had constant updates via text with pictures and videos, she was having the best time. I couldn’t recommend Indy enough, I’ll absolutely be rebooking when the time comes that Layla needs boarding/ dog sitting again”

I live in a first floor flat that has an open plan kitchen and living room which links to the fenced balcony so your dog has lots of space. I also live a short walk away from a park so your dog can have lots of outdoor space too.
