We were in the process of moving back to the USA and needed someone close to the airport, as many hotels don’t allow pets unless they’re certified service animals. On our way to drop off our pup, we unfortunately ran into a very stressful situation, but Heidi and her partner were incredibly kind and patient until we arrived. They even met us at our vehicle to collect our pup and all her belongings, which was such a relief. When we needed to extend her stay, they were flexible and understanding of our circumstances, making sure everything went smoothly. Our pup was not only well cared for but truly spoiled beyond our expectations. Choosing Heidi and her partner was the best decision we could have made for our pup during this big move. On top of everything, their rates were also very reasonable. We are so grateful for them and would highly recommend their services!”

About: Hi! I'm a lifelong dog lover and have had my own dog, Georgia, since she was a puppy. She's now a senior, so I'm very familiar with the extra patience, care and attention that older dogs can need. I've looked after dogs of all ages and have experience with administering medication and following specific care routines. I understand that every dog is different, so I always take the time to get to know their personality, routine and individual needs. I live in South Woodford (E18), close to several lovely parks and walking routes. I have a comfortable flat with access to a garden, although it isn't directly accessible from the flat and there are stairs to reach us, so I'm particularly suited to dogs who are comfortable with stairs and enjoy going out for proper walks. My approach is simple: your dog should feel safe, comfortable and cared for while they're with me. I'll stick to their usual routine as closely as possible, give them plenty of attention and keep you updated with photos and messages while you're away (if you want). I'm especially happy to care for older dogs, dogs who need medication, and dogs who benefit from a calm and patient environment. I'd love to meet you and your dog beforehand so we can make sure we're a good fit! I have a flexible routine that allows me to give dogs plenty of time, attention and companionship throughout the day. My own senior dog, Georgia, is an important part of my daily life, so I'm already used to planning my day around walks, feeding, rest and her individual needs. I live close to several parks and enjoy getting out for regular walks, so looking after another dog fits naturally into my routine. I'm happy to adapt walks and activities to suit each dog's age, energy level and usual routine, whether they enjoy long walks and lots of exercise or prefer shorter, gentler outings. I also work from home/around my own schedule, which means I can provide plenty of company and supervision rather than leaving dogs alone for long periods. I treat every dog as an individual and take the time to understand their normal routine, personality and needs before they stay with me. I'll follow your instructions closely around feeding, walks, medication, sleep and anything else that helps your pet feel comfortable and settled. Having cared for Georgia since she was a puppy and now looking after her as a senior dog, I understand how much routines and individual care needs can change over time. In my home, dogs have a calm, comfortable environment with plenty of attention and regular walks to nearby parks. I have access to a garden, although it isn't directly accessible from the flat, and there are stairs to reach the third floor, so I'll always make sure a dog is comfortable with this before booking. When caring for a pet in their own home, I aim to keep things as familiar and stress-free as possible by maintaining their usual routine and environment. I'm happy to provide regular updates and photos so you know how they're getting on while you're away.

About: Hey! We’re Adam and Priya. The parents of our lovely, adorable cocker spaniel Coco for the last 2 years. We have a lovely long garden, right next to Buckhurst Hill tube station where, as you go to work, your dog can have a great time with our dog Coco and Priya. I (Priya) am currently at home 3 days between Monday and Friday doing a mixture of working from home and looking after my little beautiful (human) son. We have a long, fenced garden with plenty of trees so they will feel like they’re on an adventure all day. They can get to spend it with our lovely cocker spaniel Coco who loved meeting new people and dogs!

Weekends for me are all about walks, playtime, and relaxing together, making sure they feel comfortable and at home. I always aim to create a calm, happy environment where your dog feels settled and well cared for! I live in a dog-friendly flat with a secure fenced garden and no other dogs, so it’s a relaxed space for your dog to settle in. We’re just a short walk from a large field and close to Epping Forest, perfect for walks and fresh air. I’ll follow your dog’s routine closely, including any diet or medication, to help them feel comfortable and at ease. I take the time to get to know each dog and make sure they feel safe, loved, and right at home. I will always keep you updated with doggy pics and updates throughout their stay❤️

About: I have owned 3 male Boxers and taken care of a range of dogs including Belgian Shepherds, Turkish Mountain Dogs, Dobermans and Jack Russells. My partner has owned many dogs including Alsatians, Spaniels, Dalmations, and Basset Hounds. We are both comfortable with the the larger breeds as well as the smaller breeds. I work from home half the week and on the days where I am in the office there is always a member of the household home and we liaise to ensure that any dog in our care, if ever left home alone, is only for a very short period of time. I am available 7 days a week, all year round, for short and long term stays. I offer a loving, peaceful home from home experience for dogs of all sizes. Because I believe every dog deserves absolute comfort and undivided attention, I only ever host from one guest household at a time. Your dog will live as a member of the family, sleeping inside, relaxing on the sofa, and enjoying a stress free environment with no other guest pets or crates. My garden is secure and backs onto Epping Forest which is where your dog will enjoy their daily walks. Whether your dog loves long sniffy walks, playing with sticks or balls or just wants to curl up next to me while I work, their routine will be followed exactly. I also have personal experience of following a medical routine to the letter and would be comfortable doing this for your dog.
